I had purchased wall metal art a month before which had 1 day dispatch tag. It's been a month I have been following up with customer care but no proper ETA shared yet and I have been following up for return/ refund but no one from wallmantra is responding over the email.

I recently bought a product from wallmantra...It was of Rs 6400. But when I saw same product on Amazon today, it was just 2000.!!!
How someone can openly do fraud like this... They've charged me 4 times...Beware of these frauds .Always check the prices everywhere before buying anything but yes don't buy from wallmantra.
I have order I'd details in my emails if someone doubts on my complaint.

The pickup of the product is completed on 8th May 2022 and i have submitted the account details to razorpay on same day but there is no refund till date .
I have given the account details to razorpay
but there is no refund till date. They told me that it will take 4 to 7 days to refund money but after 1 month no refund is given to me.

I ordered a painting from Wallmantra but it turned out be of poor quality and printed fabric in the name of canvas painting, so i initiated a return for it.. 19 days have passed and I am still waiting for my refund. Everytime I call their customer service, they say that the refund will be credited within 1 or 2 days and they are saying this from the past 19 days. Totally a fraud company.

I have not got the product yet ..it's been a month i have ordered but still it shows we are working on it.My order number is WM8193108 on WallMantra.
They claimed the product will be delivered within 15-20 days but it's not dispatched yet.

I placed an order with order number WM8187830, however, the product delivered was defective, sent out an email and they said they will be sending a replacement and created an order, however, there is no sign of the replacement being dispatched. Despite of multiple follow ups on email and call almost on a daily basis we have not received any satisfactory response, every time we call we are assured that we will have details by end of day but nothing happens, literally the support team has no clue of the orders and their delivery, they are just their to pacify the discussion and keep buying time for WallMantra and nothing beyond that. Also, the call center is so noisy that you can barely hear the customer support representative (how much does it take to give your support staff a noise cancelling headphones). Its not a company that looks for customers delight and ignores the customers plight completely.

This company is overcharging is customers. I ordered a wall light in the shape of Om. From the photo that they show on their side it appears at this is going to be something very amazing. In reality it turn down to be a very big disappointment. What they have done is they have taken a thick light polyurethane sheet and cut it in the shape of Om by using a laser cutting machine. In the centre of this Om they have fitted as bulb holding socket on one side and on the other side their fitted a very poor quality bulb. This bulb was fused only after the third day. This contraction should not cost more than 500 rupees but they are charging a walking 3000 for it if I am not wrong. Buy from them only if you want to waste your money

I have make payment for Framed Metal Wall Art of Rs. 6839. from last 1 month they are saying we will dispatch next week...next week. but still status showing not dispatched. very slow and poor services

I ordered a clock on 22nd Feb, it's almost 14 days now and I do not have my order delivered. They claimed to be delivered on 1st March.

From 23rd Feb, it says pickup cancelled, no further details after that.

I am fed up of calling them from past 1 week. Every time they say it will be updated soon and you will get the parcel in 2-3 days, but again no update.

It's a paid order.

This is such a scam in the name of 1 day dispatch.

I'm ordered a wall decorative item on 5th of FEB 2022. They showed 1 day dispatch but till now (8th FEB) no information about it. When will I receive my order?

I have placed order only because they have mentioned one day dispatch.
My order number is WM8152011. I placed order on 25th October 2021, its been 3 days i placed order and still they have not dispatched my order.

I have purchased one scenery from wallmantra.com. The screen shot of the product is attached herewith. But when the product was actually delivered I found that it is not a canvas or painting. It is printed on a fabric and really dull looking in comparison of what is visible in the product display. Besides, the frame is also of very poor quality. It looks like a roadside election banner not fit for home decoration at all. I had to pay 3000/- Rs which is nothing but wastage of money. Hence, I want to make people aware so that others do not waste their money.

On 28th july, i bought a wallclock costing 1520 /- after discount. They have a claim in their website for expedited delivery of prepaid orders. It's almost 15 days, neither they have delivered nor they are responding to any queries on delivery date. Order # wm811514
