I ordered smart watch and i received wrong product.. I wanted fossil smart watch but company send me titan men's watch in box of fastrack watch.. Plz work on this issue because that company cheat many people and i also send return requests but i have no reply... I want my right product.. Because i really like which i ordered so plz plz work on that......

I have ordered fossil gen4 smartwatch from watchesworld.in . I got the order on 12th september and after opening the product I was shocked to see a duplicate wrong product. A duplicate Titan watch . Such a fraud company. If anyone knows how to contact these people, please let me know. It will be really helpful. Because when I put a review on there website no response came and there is no option to return also....
