Changing my seats in Wave cinema

19 January (Thursday) i downloaded the book my show app then i book Pathaan movie tickets in Wave cinema Noida and I choose 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and the seats are infront of big screen in Wave cinema i am not comfortable to watching the movie very close becase my eyes are so week if change the seats after that i feel comfortable only this is solution of this problem i am requesting you book my show plz plz plz plz plz plz plz plz changed my seats plz do something for my biggest problem because i feel so[protected] bad today next time i cant do this problem so plz change my seats ..thank U...

Bad movie experience

We went to watch samrat prithvi raj movie on 15/06 in wave cinemas at 5:45
The movie experience was really bad as the projector was moving again and again shaking the whole screen, there were blackouts in between as well as audio missing. That really spoiled movie experience

complaint against the male staff of waves movie hall - kaushambi

Dear sir/ madam,
This a complaint against the floor male staff of waves movie hall - kaushambi. I had purchased 2 movie tickets for the movie uri, dated 17th feb, time 7pm. As i entered the security check, i diligently allowed the lady staff present there to check my purse, she screamed "you have guthkha in your bag", i politely told her i do not have gutkha and let her check my bag again and told her these are my medicines and let me enter the audi. There was a male ground staff present there, outside the audi, he then misbehaved with me and used abusive language towards me. I said i would take this up and complaint against him and entered the audi as i was already late for the movie. After a few minutes, he entered the movie hall and threatened/shouted at me of dire consequences if i complaint against him, using abusive language towards me and stood infront of me hindering me to watch the movie. I humbly told him several times i have paid for the movie tickets and he should allow me to watch the movie peacefully, as i am not carrying any guthka and he may check me and my bag again. I also went ahead and humbly told him, if he has any confusion, he can speak to me during the interval and allow me to watch the movie peacefully. But he did not listen.
He repeatedly came in and did the same thing couple of times and molested and humiliated me in front of so many people inside the hall. I felt humiliated. Then i told him, he cannot harass a lady in this way, and defame me in front of the other patrons present in the hall. On that he started shouting and abusing me again, stating i am trying to take the advantage of a lady. My 12 year son was with me, he got scared and traumatised at his acts. Finding no other way i told him i would call the cops for my safety. Hearing that he threatened me to come outside the movie hall and said "come out of the hall else tujhe ghasit ke bahar le jaunga". He was behaving like a goon. I called the 100 no. A few times but unfortunately the phone did not connect. Seeing that he started taking my picture and when i opposed, he twisted my wrist and injured my left hand and broke my nails, trying to show his muscle power. When i raised a hue and cry and asked his name he did not reply, then i tried taking his picture, he then threw my phone and fled.
I had bought the movie ticket to watch the movie and have some entertainment time for me and my son. My son is still traumatised because of the unacceptable / demeaning behaviour of the male staff. I continued to watch the movie, without giving in to his heenious acts, as i wanted to give confidence to my traumatised son and stand tall as a strong mother fighting against injustice, infront of my son. The male staff should apologise to me for his demeaning acts and should be dismissed from his services by waves.
Moreover during the interval, i went ahead to the counter and politely asked for the complaint register where i can complaint against the male staff, knowing his faults, he did not come infront of me, but sent a one pager feedback sheet via one of the staff who was serving the snacks at the counter. If it was actually my fault he should have come forward and checked again. Again feedback form provided to me neither had any continuation no. Nor any complaint no. It was very evident, it was no point giving the feedback in that sheet as it cannot be checked or no record would be found and it would not go to the waves concerned authority for justice towards me.
I request the waves authority to take strict action against the male staff and he should write an apology letter to me because of his unacceptable acts towards a lady. If strict action is not taken for these kind of demeaning acts by the male staff and if this continues, ladies would not feel safe to go to the movie hall alone with children.
If strict action is not taken and if i do not receive an apology letter from the male staff within 48 hours, i would be bound to take up the complaint with the competent authority available under the indian law for getting justice.

act of mannerless misconduct

An employee named umesh conducted a very improper and irrational behaviour with me when i arrived at the baggage counter of the cinema. I arrived at 11:30 and my show was at 12:30.. I had train at 4 pm so had 2 bags.. I asked them to keep the bag but they refused to keep it before 12:30. I begged him to keep him as i had to explore the mall till my show he refuted. I said its an act of inhumanity, he started yelling and abusing me, i was shocked and terrified. I told him how is he talking to a customer like this but he continued abusing me infront of everyone. I being a medical student and hearing such stuff from a employee was shocked. Please look into the matter immediately.

movie viewing experience ruined

Very dissatisfied with wave cinemas noida, the service is very poor and disappointing. We were given the tickets that were already booked by someone else as a group of persons came to us and asked us to leave as that seat was booked by them, then the staff helped them to settle down somewhere else, this took almost 5-10 minutes. And after some time in the climax of the movie, two projections were projected on the same screen and it continued for almost 5 minutes even after so much efforts by the viewers. The trailer of skyscraper was shown in the middle of the movie. A clip of that is uploaded below.
After that when we approached the management they refused to cooperate and they gave us useless and lame excuses. The management doesn't know how to deal with customers.
Wave cinemas is a very big name and we don't expect this type of pathetic services from them.

Fraud and cheap management

Today i.e 1 October, my friend went to wave cinema in koshambi at 9:30 and ask tickets for 11 am show, but they cheaters gave the tickets for 10 am show.
My friend didn't noticed that and when we went to cinema around 10:50, then we noticed that.
After that we complain the management for the issue, his reaction was - this is your mistake, you should check the tickets
I said sir we trust the wave cinema so we didn't feel to cross check it.
Then he said - we can't help in it.
I asked him - "Sir aren't u trustworthy?"
He said- " We are not"
I think his name is "Ankur Dixit"
I am completely shocked by his behaviour.
I have seen so many movies in wave.
I was always used to go in wave.
But this is shocking for me. Now I am never going to watch any movie in wave, and never recommend anyone.
This kind of behaviour is not at all acceptable.
They were so rude, impolite and cheap.

I booked 3 tickets for avenger 12:40 pm show in wave cinemas noida. The movie stopped in between due to technical glitch. It spoiled our time. The screen is so bad and looks like poor dvd. I need full refund!

A security guard misbehaving with me at the ticket. He threatened me to not let me by tickets and let other people, other than the previous bookers to break the ticket line. The person use disrespectful words while talking to me. Person was wearing spectacles and had vermilion on his forehead. Please take action against him.

I had swiped my debit card at waves multiplex chandigarh for the payment of 3 movie tickets bambukaat silver class. The money has been deducted from my sbi account and i even showed the message i received on my phone to them but they said i have to make again payment as that slip is necessary but payment will get refund in one hour Rs. 420. I met there incharge MR. Abhishek and he also assured me the same. But i have not received my payment refund yet. So its sincere request to do the needful

Wave cinemas not showing casting

I Arjun from JAMMU J&K... As a film student its compulsory to show the whole casting team till the end.. but today i.e 10th january 2016 at 8:15 PM show i was watching Wazir at wave cinemas Jammu. At the end they cut the whole casting and switch off the screen. And at the interval i purchased some combo scratch offer food that was for 500rs and got 1 Usb light but unfortunately it is not working.

Online ticket booking not confirmed, amount debited.

Dear Sir,
I have booked three tickets on 26/09 for the movie KKPK, Dated 27/09, Showtime 3PM. and received an email of order confirmation (attached here), and amount deducted (statement attached)
Since this was quite different from my previous experiences of bookmyshow.com and other portals as there was no showtime or seat No mentioned. Also I didn't get any sms over mobile phone.
I have forwarded the mail to customer suppoer email address given in that mail and asked for the confirmation (rajeev.[protected]@wavemalls2.com) but it got fail to deliver.
Then I have called on[protected] and the customer support person told that this mail is confirmation of your booking and you will get tickets on your booked showtime and seat no by showing this on ticket booking counter as an order no would have been mentioned in the mail.
on 27/09, when I reached to the cinemas on booking counter with my family, they didn't find any booking confirmation and finally I have to pay again for new tickets.
I have sent many mails and did calls to customer support department of web cinemas but no of responding me.
See your kind support to get me refund. This is a serious fraud and I want reimbursement of the same.

I have finding a hard stone in my veg burger & cheap qulty. at wave cinema, raj nagar, Ghaziabad dated on 23.03.2016 time 8.30 pm. my teath is crk. i fell so pain. not take any action by wave cinema's athuirty after complaint.

I tried to book 3 tickets for movie ghanchakkar on 29th of june 2013 at 8:20 pm, but the webpage showed transaction failed. So i booked the tickets again with a different card. Later on I realized that deduction was made from both my bank accounts i.e. I had been charged twice for same tickets. I thought the refund process will be there, but to my disappointment there was none. I had also submitted feedback but no response was there from wave cinemas. I had also emailed them at contact.[protected]@wavecinemas.com but still there was no response. I request you to please look into the matter.

Contact your Bank and dispute the transactions. Under Visa Rules you should be able to dispute all carded transactions within 30 days of purchase.

Online ticket NO REFUND

On 2nd june 2013 ,me and my friend booked tickets for 7.15 show of yeh jawaani hai dewani twice and both the times are transaction was unsuccessful but money got debited from our respective accounts.It was written that are money will be credited within 7 working days in our accounts and we will receive receipt for the same on our mails.But no receipt received yet therefore,we doubt that we will get our money back.
Kindly take some action regarding this.

WAVE CINEMAS — Not picking up the phone at one of the cinemas.
I am Ashish Kumar, booked my ticket 16 july 2011 for Harry Potter 6 P.M show....but i wanted to confirm that . I tried the numbers given on their site[protected]/97). On dialing one number only the bell was ringing and on the other number kept busy all the time....i dialed a lot of time near 1 P.M to 2 .15 P.M.I want the answer and the reason of so disastorous customer service.
