I placed an order on 27th Nov and still, and I'm waiting for the product.

Order #130887 was placed on 27/11/2022 and is currently Processing.

I have ordered a gift bag against order No.133277 dt.19.12.2022 but haven't received my meterial till 27.01.2023. I have paid Rs.299 for the same by paytm online on 19.12.2022.

Ordered materials ( 1 vegetable cutting board and wooden box) worth 458 rupees transferred money but no update at all from them, now not able to login to the site at all since 20 days. Please take a serious action on them and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Was ordered 1 wooden vegetable cutter and 1 wooden container and made payment of 458, now not able to login to account as well not a single update from them, please register a complaint on them.

I have placed an order on Waytenz and payment of Rs. 6831/- was already done online but order has not been received yet and status still shows as processing.

There is no customer contact number given on website so I can't raise a complaint.

The company tok money 198 rupees bot even after a month fails to supply product and tracking comes it shows as processing always

I have ordered a figurine set for Christmas and there is no revert nor refund and product details . The mail id is fake and there is no contact details

I placed ordered today 18/12/22 for mop steel wringer and paid 551 but no confirmation received. I tried to send email but bounce back.

Ordered artificial tulip flowers for 349 rupees with order id 132940.but there is no mail or mobile configuration for the same.This is their customer care number [protected] i contacted for order process person called vipin lifted my call.i enquired about the order he told me that product is not available so cancelling the order will start refund process.he asked how did I paid i said UPI through paytm.he asked me to fill the refund application form sent to WhatsApp I tried to open its indicating malware i said the same thing to that person.so he told me i will send message hi to your mobile add this number I did so he sent me hi then I asked what's next process he told me iam generating refund process so I should copy paste to the other number in 1 min I did so 4 times i got suspicious about the process and started screaming at him then he told me you will get Google doc application through message fill up the form details like name order id etc I tried to open again malware.i yelled at him i said i will report to cybercrime and consumer complaints he started scolding me and demanding bank details.and some OTP also generated i just ignored it and have cut the calll.call the bank immediately and cross checked everything is fine luckily unable to hack.i went through great turmoil i called to report fraud and to initiate refund but he is again trying to cheat me I'm always very careful so it helped me.i didn't get one thing when I transferred through UPI and they took my mobile number to refund money how much time it will take to transfer directly to Paytm through mobile number.i asked same thing he started scolding me again.the other numbers he tried to cheat me some with malwares [protected], [protected]. I hope this helps everyone.of course i blocked all the numbers.please be careful with online frauds.

I purchased on 12/12/2022 paid through Paytm but no information about delivery details

I have ordered a Shoe on this Shopping website Waytenz.com and found it to be a fake website with only online payment options and no Cash on Delivery i lost Rs.250 for the Product in Have Ordered.. Kindly Block this Website and Take Necessary Legal Action For Scamming the Customers with their Shopping Fake Websites.

I placed the order 126003 on 31st October 2022. I have not received any update regarding the order. I tried posting a query on their website but it is returning an error. I also sent a mail which was undeliverable as the mail ID does not exist.

I have ordered kids shoes but did not receive any sms no contact number of this company they are not receiving any email any sms email and sms both comes with an error this is totollay faradulent waytenz is a fake site they are fooling customers please take action against them and remove this site

I placed order or 3rd Oct 2022 . I didn't receive any updates calls or messages. It's still showing processing. This is fraud. They don't have number to call. I send several emails. No revert from them.

No Updates and no response from the customer care when asked for the status

I ordered a planter set and paid via paytm in full.
And then I found no order tracked.
No confirmation message and no number to contact.
Then I realized its a fake site.

I had ordered kids wear this month.but I didn't get my order, can't track through this site.I have done payment through online, so my money was lost .Also their email id that they provided in their fake site was wrong and not found.thats y we can't mail them..so sad

I had placed an order on 26/September/2022 . My order no is 116706 with waytenz. I was supposed to wait for some day to get it deliver, but sooner i get to know that this sight is fake and won't deliver anything.My order amount is 1050INR.
Kindly help me out to fix this .

They took my payment, asked to fill delivery address, email, phone no.

After processing payment showed order number(114541) generated but didn't show delivery details like when order will be delivered.

I haven't received... Kindly do my refund.

I havd ordered a combo of 3 flower vases from Waytenz.com. I have also made the payment by paytm as ash on delivery was not showing. It has been 4 days and there is no update and still is in processing state and nothing iw shown clearly. Absolutely fake site which looks like real. Please do the needlful. I want to cancel the order with order id 110904. Please refund my money asap

I ordered a 12 set of glass container for Rs 199 ( Order No. 110398). Normally we get details to our gmail or mobile no. once order paid. But i didn't receive. Then i got to know its review like its fake website shows product in low price and then we haven't receive any product. So i tried to cancel this order by mailing to help.[protected]@gmail.com. Then I received mail address not found. So even givem address is fake.
There are so many review of people. So tried to ban this kind of fake websites.
So please help in this regards.

Maina apna beta k lia clogs order kia tha payment v paytm se ki but na koi conformation aae na koi oder deliver still waytenz is fraud aap.. Humari online payment v chali gye...pls is aap k regards koi action lana chiya ab sb k paisa return hona chiya nhi toh yeh logo ko fool bna k lutta raehga pls

I made a purchase through waytenz site for which I made a payment online . It has been a month and I have had no update and didn’t receive anything.

Why we are not banning the site if the site is fake. Cyber cell should block the site and track the people who are exploiting people online.

Waytenz is a fake company! i didnt received my order confirmation after paying the full amount. No such mail nor i didnt get the confirmation of order to my mobile. i try to contact the waytenz but didnt get answer from them.

I placed an order for more than Rs 3000 and no way to get it cancelled . It’s a fake company
