I have also given the payment Rs 334 in total.

I have not got any intimation on the same.

I do not have any information too.

I just have the Gpay Transaction ID and the screenshot. How will I connect!

Scam website. They attract customers by putting unrealistic price points and never deliver the products after paying. Authorities should arrest these crooks.

. No products been delivered.. no verification after payment..

I placed order for 1 items from this website on 14.04.2022, my order value is ₹299. After sending the payment it was found out that I was cheated and it is a fake online shopping website, item has not been delivered till date.

Under the circumstances, you are requested to take the prompt action for refunding my money at an early date and take legal action against this fake website so that no other person would be cheated further more. website detail is given below.

I has purchased 2 products from the website waytenz.com but products are not delivered and there is no way to contact them

I had placed an order on the website, but did not receive the delivery over a month now

I have ordered two baby clothes and payment done for 460 but it's showing still in progress.

My order #57347 was placed on 11/04/2022. I haven't received it yet. I want my cash back. Please take order as soon as possible.

Watenz online shopping site

This waytenz company is doing fraud with us. I ordered online few items from this for amount ₹ 2834. Payment done through Paytm i have transaction id also but where we go to complain for this. I didn’t receive any bill, when my order placed or delivered, mob number given on the website in T&C tab but number doesn’t exist, email address also not found.
Please take action ASAP

This waytenz company is doing fraud I ordered items rs 2872 Payment done through paytm. Please do something google remove these type of sites and refund payments

I have placed an order through this website. Order #43241 was placed on 12/03/2022 and is currently Processing. This status is showing on website. I have made the payment through Paytm. I tried to reach out to company through its mail address which is published on it's website but unable to send the mail due to wrong mail address. is there any way through which i could get my money back? please help me out

My order # 50390 dated 17th March is not delivered...there is no update or any response from the website

I placed my order in the Waytenz website on 11/03/2022 at 2.57pm. My order number is 42929. I registered my email with them and tried contacting their helpdesk, the email found to be fake. It only shows my transaction is successful and will be processing my orders soon; there seem to be no any delivery in my items. I'm already having doubt whether it is a genuine merchant or not.

I had placed an order of dress for my son for Rs588. I did not receive and text or email regarding order details. On browsing I got to know that the company and website is fake. What is disappointing to see is that this site is showing on top leads on google search for shopping. Such a fake company.

Orders place money get debited through paytm but no response

One question comes into mind if online company is there then why gmail id as customer support

Dear sir, who ever it is KINDLY help people & middle class parents who are wishing to buy KIDS toys. this is FRAUD website . we purchased around 11500/- of listed items/toys in the website on feb/22/2022... the email id for tracking is not working and no phone working.

I have placed an Order #27855 on 01/02/2022 and when I check status shows everytime, currently Processing.
After sent several mails on website mentioned email id didn't get any response then I realised it was fake shopping site.

Ordered a lunchbox, no invoice delivered. No response to any e-mails.

Placed on line order on Waytenz for laptop table and parents made on line on Waytenz Paytm account. Inspite of many reminders on email as the web site do not have any contact no. Or address to followup after orders placed on Waytenz. It appears this is a fake website to loot public money

I had placed an order with an Waytenz an online e-commerce platform on 27/01/22.
My order number is #26139
I was trying to contact the company to find out about my order but the email provided by them help.[protected]@gmail.com does not exist.
The website also has a contact facility where a message can be sent . My attempt to send a message also failed.
This has alerted me to the fact that either this company does not exist or has shut down.
I would like to push for a refund of the money I paid online.

On 27-1-22, ordered for a set of apple shape knitted bowl covers and paid Rs, 199/- online. The beneficiary was "PAYTM*BEWANQPAYTM.SURAT.INDIA'

No acknowledgement, no order confirmation or any intimation about processing.

Ordered 3 items worth Rs 737/- on 31 Jan 2022. Didn't get any update on my mail id nor on my mobile.
The order could be processed only after making the payment through Paytm.
The site still showing as your order currently processing.
It's a fraudulent online shopping site and must be blocked immediately and action taken against the fraudsters.
The ad came up on Google search while searching for table lamps.
