I purchased this product from ws retail in year 2015. The invoice i received from ws retail has the wrong serial number which is not recognized by apple. I need this to get my device unlocked. The retailer has not provided correct serial number for the product in the invoice and hence this might amount to a possible fraud. I reached out to the flipkart support and they declined to help me with ws retail issues....
