I baught bluetooth speaker and my order id is 19975, i have returned this product almost 2 month ago but i have not received cash back from your co. Although i have mailed and called you so many times but not getting any response.
I am feeling cheated since your executive don't respond and they cut my call as i tell my order id. I have already given my bank details.

I have ordered the jbl speakers on 30 june 2017 but received the fake one. I have also returned the product on 11 july 2017 and now after 2 weeks of returning the product i still not got my refund.
I have also mailed them but no reply from them.
Also their customer care number is also not working.
For your reference my order id is #50207.

I was told when I ordered the below product that this is original Bose but when I received it does not seem to be original and the audio quality is also poor and not what I had expected.

TO be able to make a return possible, I was trying to reach out to the call center number, which automatically drops after you select language option as 1/2 for Hindi/English.

SO I am writing this email to put a return request...

Done make us fool. This company provide very bad service. And this is also shamefull for this site. I had ordered a sony extrabass headphone-xb400 black with red shade on 15-07-16, and just received it today on 20-07-16. I am really disappointed with this e commerce website, these guys have sent me the fake product. The package was torn, only right side of the speaker was working. I have confirmed with the sony itself, and they told me that the product that i have received is not genuine at all.
