I purchased a samsung mobile phone from fithoor.com. But the mobile phone is not working properly.Incoming and outgoing sound problem in phone. Please take it back. I don’t need this phone. Please refund my money back as soon as possible.
I mailed lost of complaint against fithoor.com on through email. But they not respond me and not pick my phone.
Please take a strong action against fithoor.com and send me money back...

On 24th April 2016 i ordered combo pack of Samsung mobile and 16GB Samsung memory card wich is of cost 949 rs on Cash On Delivery, but i received duplicate product on 28 th April 2016.
So i want my money back, please help me over it.
Fithoor.com eCommerce website delivering duplicate products, so please take action on such fraud eCommerce website.
not only me many innocent customer getting cheated...

I have ordered a combo of samsung guru e1200 dual and 16gb memory card from fithoor.com on april 19, 2016.My order id is FTR468. I received this parcel today.When i opened the pack i see the phone is of only single sim and there is no memory card & i am trying to contact fithoor on [protected] but the number is currently in off condition. so what i should do.. to whom i have to contact..?...
