Hello,
I tried recharging for 297 INR on 10/11/2015 on my Vodafone Mumbai prepaid for 1GB 3G data which failed but money was charged from my bank account. Please see attached screenshot of my statement which shows the amount was debited.
I immediately sent an email to [protected]@freecharge.com informing the fail recharge wherein they responded to me :

A recharge website called Freerecharge.in has been cheating its consumer with a concept called Balance. The amount redeemed as a part of credit card cash back and failures during the recharge transaction is withheld by the site itself claiming to be a balance to be used in future for recharge which can be done from their web site only.

They people are big fraud.
they deduct the amount from your credit card but u dont get talktime.
I got recharge my idea mobile on 28th February 2011 for Rs.360/-.
I was charged twice for single transaction.
Now i came to know when i received my credit card statement.
