I booked a ola ride on 5th nov'17, i paid the ride amount in cash. The same amount is deducted on 6th nov'17 from my ola money wallet.
Complaint raised on 6th nov'17. Still complaint not resolved, now ola customer care not responding properly. They said to me, complain should close within 72 hours, after that we are not responsible.

Hi - ive paid 752 rs through ola money not driver refused to drop me to desired point due to car breakdown and there is no reimbursement by ola despite case logged about incident. I've attached details of journey and case reference no logged with ola is ticket 60486223. Please help!
