I order xank company rag mw * smart watch square dial in black colour on 28/06/2018 and they deliver me on 30/06/2018... But the problem is they not deliver me proper product which i order them to online..

Xank has delivered very bad quality product which is totally china made. Their customer service is very poor. Even they delivered not proper working watches. I am giving this geniune feedback to xank.

I orderd one wictor earpod combo (Buy 1 get 1 free) order no.8f89a8cb-5c3b-498f-a482-47e7cc31d40a dated june 25, 2018 time 08:42 am amount is rs.- 499/-. I received this item 29.06.2018 when i open this box it contains two packs of earphone, when open one of the box i got one of the earphone was broken like this condition (Photos attached) so i want to replace this item....

I brought smart watch which had activity tracker, gps n many more. But the product which i got was fuked up no activity track no gps n the everything is waste in it i complained in email about this but they said they hav sent the correct product dont know wht to do. Please anyone help me by them taking my product accept my return request i m not asking much more from them just asking them to take my product return...

I bought a smart watch online (Xank.in) on 14th of this month it got delivered on 19th. They watch i ordered was different and the watch they sent is different product with damaged. From same day i'm trying to call them they always say 24hrs time if they answer my calls. Mostly they are avoiding my calls. I want a replacement or refund.
From 20th to till day i'm calling them they are not responding well.
Please help me out.br...

Description:- i order smart watch to after checking out the descripton in this black smartwatch and salient feartures, but i recived white band watch even not working watch i complaint to customer care they said we dont have any option for black...

So i bought a smartwatch as described in the website. When i received it, it was totally a different product as shown in description. I try to connect with the fraudalent team @xank.in. They inform no refunds or replacement. I wen to social media and gave a complaint. Think about it within 20 seconds they call and apologize. They told me they cannot refund if they will refund they will chrge rs. 300/- for which the customer comes in loss....

The worst website ever i have seen.
I ordered mono bluetooth device from this website and they cheated me by placing the worst piece which not works properly.
I will request to all the customers not to buy any products from this site. This is the worst website i have ever seen.
Services they provide all are fake.
Once i got worst product they all are busy in other..

I have booked a smart watch in online on 9th of june and delivered on 16th of june. They have given very low quality watch with no specifications mentioned in the online catalog.

No gps. Camera, and quality of the software very poor.

I have reached them by mail and they replied what ever we mentioned we provided. I have all the evidences with right from the billing. Kindly block this company.
