Xuv 500 Complaints & Reviews

Bought xuv 500 in April 2021 from PPS Mahindra Bangalore
new vehicle had oil leakage problem. PPS could not resolve, went to ANANT cars, after multiple attempt finally raised complaint to Mahindra.
they assigned some advisor and resolved problem after keeping vehicle for months.

next problem is Regen and DPF. it was coming now and then, again went to Anant cars, they kept vehicle for 3 days, said it is resolved....

My self purchased a xuv 500 from indraprasth, new delhi in the year 2014 however soon after the purchase of this vehicle, the troubles started to arise in the vehicle, which are as follows:
1. After running between 5000km km to 10000 km - problem arises in the gear box.
2. After running 20000 km, the tyre of the vehicle start burning out.
3. After running 50000 km the front disc brakes got needed to be replaced.
4....

My problem is, on 28th of september, when i was driving my xuv 500, just around 25 km away from my home, suddenly smoke came from under the hood of my car and engine also suddenly stopped in the middle of the road. No warning voice came and there is no overheat light came in instrument cluster. And steering also became hard after sudden shutdown of the car, so with difficulty i managed to stop the car towards the side of the road. And i called...

I have problem with this can since beginning .I have to put this car in service centre again and again because no single issue was solved by the service centre they are just going to make services but no one issued solved till date my car is in still service centre right now i have no vehicle to travel is
some time its AC continuous run some time the engine shouting some time its software show the alarm some time after servicing the system shows the due for services
pls do something for this issue other wise i have to sell this one

I got my xuv 500 serviced from Prime Automobiles yesterday. The promised delivery time was 17:00 hrs. but they kept me in long waiting and given me delivery at 19:40 hrs. Apart from late delivery there was no proper washing / cleanliness was provided by them and other defects was not removed completely and they told me that they will collect vehicle tomorrow, Today they picked my vehicle again and assured me that all problems will resolved positively but this is very shameful on there part that they have not cleaned the vehicle and are saying that there is very crowd of vehicles so it is not possible to clean the vehicle today itself. Kindly look into the matter and please revert.
