Ordered gift prepaid for daughter birthday(14th) on 6 th April 2022 was supposed to ship by 8 th April not received orde number 1482873 not solution provided only chat option not contact number only assure my product will be delivered for days of follow up, feel I have been scammed

I have ordered around 6000 rs products from them. And I only got 2500 rs product and also damaged. And pending product they are not replying.
Fake company.
I tried to contact with them but no one replying back.

I ordered two phone covers for my phone. The size of the phone cover was incorrect and loose. I contacted them for a replacement. After following up for a million times, they logged the replacement request. After the phone case was printed they shared the photo of the product and said that the color is different. I said that I would not accept the order and still they shipped the same order. When i raised the complaint again they share the same replacement id which was logged earlier. The customer care is not responding properly now and i have to contact them by making multiple accounts. I think its a fake site and should be taken down so that they cannot fool other customers.

I ordered on Jan 16 and still the status is showing as printing. The Customer care is hopeless and not responding to anything. They are mailing and saying will take 2-3 days to dispatch. But till now nothing has happened. This is the worst service I have seen in my 15 years of online shopping.

First showing expected deleivery at 1 jan 2022 but still not recevied my parcel in jan 5 i need my parcel urgently because i need to go out of kolkata

I ordered a customised back cover for realme 8 5g but they sent a realme 8 cover. so it doesn't fit my phone i had paid in advance for it so pls either give my money back or a new phone case

They took the order on 22Nov and today is Dec 8th and the product is not even completed printing.
When I ask them to cancel and initiate the refund, they say they wouldn’t be able to.

Such a worst service and fraud.

I ordered Tshirt and cap for my kid on August 13 2021, still it is not delivered. Paid in advance. Customer care never picks phone calls. Email them and they will send a standard statement. Their chat option has again a standard answer. They are fraud.

Can anyone give any solution?

I ordered a custom printed back cover. They allowed me to pick my image and resize it, move it and align the picture over the back cover. After I was satisfied with the alignment, I placed the order. When I got was about 1 cm misaligned. I had included the image of the camera and the flash in my order, perfectly aligned with the hole. But in the actual back cover you can see the image of the camera and the flash printed above the hole about 1 cm. When I complained they are saying "minor variations o[censored]pto 2-4 mm are a part of the printing process and cannot be eliminated. Re-printing will lead to similar variations in the print."

I am very dissatisfied and want my money back, but they are refusing to refund

It's been 13 days since i ordered... No update after july 16. No response to email or to call... I ordered the product to gift to my friend whose b day is on 25. Today is already 24... Kindly deliver the product asap..

I ordered for a customised mobile back case cover. But the product output was very very worst. No brightness and no clarity on face, the printed case looks dull and black shaded. When i asked them to replace the order or repay the amount; i got a reply stating 'that's not possible'. No customer care no. Was found to contact them either. This shows that this web is completely fake to make consumers fool and loot their money with worst quality....

I ordered a customized back case for my mobile model lenovo k8 plus on the website yourprint.in

The mobile case is not in the correct size, because of this mobile is moving freely inside the case, not tightly fitted in the back case. Also the image they printed on the case is not good, there are some black marks on the image.

I have complained this to the support people of yourprint.in website, but they are responding correctly.

I would like to return the product which i received and get my money back.

Kindly help me with my case.
