I'm writing to share a concerning experience I had with YourPrint.in regarding an order I placed for customized T-shirts and caps for a breast cancer awareness campaign through my NGO. The order number is 1934464, and I paid an amount of Rs 4046 on 11th October 2023 with the expectation of receiving the items by 18th October 2023.

A couple of days after placing my order, YourPrint.in informed me that they didn't have the pink-colored T-shirts available for customization. Instead, they suggested white, but as breast cancer awareness is symbolized by pink, I declined the alternative and agreed to cancel the order for a refund. I went ahead with another vendor to complete my campaign. However, despite the verbal agreement to cancel my order and initiate a refund, there was no communication from YourPrint.in.

In response to the lack of communication, I wrote an email to YourPrint.in's customer care ([protected]@yourprint.in) on 19th October 2023, detailing the discussion I had with their representative and reiterating my request for a refund. To my surprise, I received a response from Mr. Vasu, a customer care executive, stating that the product was now available, and they intended to proceed with printing and shipping.

I promptly responded, explaining that I no longer required the product since I had already completed the printing with another vendor. I explicitly requested a refund. Unfortunately, the response from Mr. Vasu was that the refund could not be processed because the order was in the process of printing.

My situation stems from YourPrint.in's inability to provide the product as initially ordered and their subsequent reluctance to refund my payment. This has left me in a difficult position, particularly as my organization is an NGO that relies on its funds to support various social services.

I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter and securing a refund. I have documented all communication with YourPrint.in, and it is evident that this situation is due to their inability to fulfil my order promptly.

Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated, as I cannot afford to lose any funds that could otherwise be used for our charitable activities.

I have been a victim of fraud. I had ordered two T-shirts with order number 1801539 from yourprint.in online shopping. It has been 20 days since I placed the order, but I haven't received the products or a refund. I was provided with a WhatsApp number, +[protected], which I have been using to communicate with the seller. The seller keeps saying that the order has been cancelled and that the money will be refunded, but I haven't received any refund yet. Can you take any action regarding this matter and help me get my money refunded? I checked online and found that there are 37 complaints about this seller on a reviews website.

"I had ordered 2 t-shirts from Yourprint.in with order number #1801539 almost 15 days ago. They had promised to deliver in 2-3 days, but I haven't received anything yet. I don't know if this is a scam or what, as they are not cancelling my order or refunding my money. I just saw many complaints on the Yourprint website and I am shocked. Where should I file a complaint and can someone tell me if this is a scam or not?"

I just wanted to save another customer if someone planning like me. Zero customer service. They don't finish their words. They do not give correct answers to things, they only speak as much as they have to say what can I do for you your order will be dispatched in 2 to 3 days which never happens. When I placed the order it was showing that it will be received in 3 to 5 days and today is 12 days since my order was not received when I said I don't need it now and canceled it then no reply comes but the order will be dispatch in 2 to 3 days that's it.

Yourprint.in basically a fraud and fooling business

I ordered a bag (yourPrint [Order #1756096] (February 24, 2023) )with customized text print and with shoe compartment

The product delivered has the customized text in different colour plus there is no shoe compartment

Now instead of replacement for wrong product they are giving a small amount as cashback

I need full refund as wrong...

I ordered i cover from yourprint on 8th feb today is 24 feb its been more than 17 days they didn't shipped my order yet and when i talk to them they are not even giving my refund back worst company and worst service they are just scammers

I had ordered two T-Shirts and it was supposed to be shipped on 22nd October. Till date, they are just replying in chat that it would get shipped today. Worst customer service and looks like they are cheating people. ]]

the second order (#1622980) had some printing issue with one product from their side on 7th September and I asked for a refund for one of the products and go one with the rest of my order and both had an expected delivery for 13th and 17th September respectively and I haven't got any status for the same whenever I reach out through mail or chat support I get only a single reply your order is on high priority its been more than 15 days placing my order and placing the refund request there's no update on any one of those. I am completely disappointed in their service there is not even call support for the customers and not even legit chat support who replies with legit solutions. if I don't get a reply within two days I will file a complaint on the consumer forum for this .

Hi, I have made a customized t- Shirt order to Your Print on 25th August 2022. My Order no is 1615583. The order was supposed to ship on 30th August 2022. After waiting for more 15 days, still the order is not yet shipped .

They don't have proper customer service desk, Chat desk is always giving scripted ans (It will be shipped in 2 working days). If asked for refund, they are not ready to give the same. I am stuck. Please help

still they asking time to delivery. They want to extended time only not ready to dispatch and not responding properly. people don't bellive such company and should not waste your money through online payments.

I had ordered a customised tshirt for my brother on 20th august and it was supposed to get dispatched on 25th august…and now its September still no sign of it…whenever they are asked they say it will be dispatched in 2-3 working days…

I immediately canceled the order within seconds after realizing they have a very slow delivery speed. I used Amazon pay to pay. When I emailed them about the refund they claim that they have refunded their amount but it's because of bank issues that takes 2-7 days for it refund.

The account page cancellation is under review but the support email reply said they have approved cancelled and refund has be done, but just on the way, which is a blatant lie.

They keep replying that order will be shipped in 3 working days and even after a month the product is not delivered. This is a fraud company. fraud company

Worst fkin company. Been 20 days since i placed order and they just say it has gone for reprinting. Kudos to them for scamming fkn wastemen.

Have placed an order of 3 customised tshirts and 1 customised phone cover on the 23rs of July. Today one of their customer care person name ROHIT is telling me the products have not even been printed (today's date 6th August). This is horrible service from yourprint. Highly disappointed. The customer care person name ROHIT is not even replying to the concerns. Extremely appalled by this service.

I have ordered the product on 12/07/2022 and it was supposed to shipped on 17/07/2022 but it didn't. So I tried to talk to them and get the chance to chat with them on 17/07/2022 and their is guy named ROHIT who replied that due to quality issue they sent the product for reprinting as product required printing process, and it will be shipped within 2-3 days. And today i.e. 20/07/2022 I again tried to chat with them and again the same guy named ROHIT replied the same as he replied 3 days ago. Now its found that they are doing money fraud with people by taking prepaid or half prepaid method.
Please do something so that no more people trapped in their fraud.

Worst service ever.. did not received the perdrive (493 INR) yet. And the CUSTOMER service Guy (Rohit) is such and ### with robotic replies.

Still not shipped after 12 days

My order number is 1504094 and I placed an order on 30th apr for a customised wallet at yourprint.in. The track shipment link had the estimated delivery date as 11 may but the order hasn't been delivered till today (14may) and the track shipment link hasn't been updated after may 9. Looks like the parcel is just lying at the same place after may 9.

I have ordered customized airpod case for my sister birthday which was on march 24 2022we just received email stating item is delivered, today is april 19 2022still item is not delivered to us and no refund, bo proper response to the complaint email.
