I had ordered Immuno essential kit on 2nd Aug 2022, which is not yet delivered as on date(20/082022), thus i wrote to Zandu on [protected]@zanducare.com, after 10 days of order they respond saying we will deliver your order withing 7-10 days. It's was already after 10 days that I had required about my order this i wrote the 2nd mail on which they replied saying we have forwarded your complain to the concerned department and will revert soon, even after 2 days of writing to them no respond.
I wrote 3rd email on which they said your product is not in stock. My question is why such product are on display if they are not in your stock.? 2 days later I went and checked on the product link they gave on WhatsApp and to my surprise it is showing as " your order is been cancelled" for which I did not receive any refund. It's been 19 days today. Such a horrible service and customer care.

I bought zandu honey in amazon.I regularly buy zandu honey and daily consume with food.I bought it from amazon last saturday, opened and tasted it .It is bitter and creates itching on the tongue.I tried it later 2 to 3 times, the smell and taste is like spoiled honey and there is same itching on the tongue.I request the zandu company to refund me..for this adultered honey.

I had ordered chyavanprashad from the company's online portal on 10th Sep 21. The company was not able to deliver and informed me that they would refund Rs. 445 but till date they haven't issued refund.

Delivery person is calling and forcing to Cancel the delivery, The person has not come personally and saying that you have cancelled the parcel.Absolutely bogus statement, Kindly contact me on my Mobile No [protected].Please Blue Dart your organization is not controlling the Attitude of person on Field delivery person Language is too bad, Sorry never Except Blue Dart.

Tried to place order from zandu site made payment by paytm. So money got deducted but order not generated by zandu site. Till now no refund send mail and called zandu helpdesk but no reply

I have order two 900gm of zandu kesari jivan fit for diabetic chavanprash on 1st june 2020 my order i'd is order #zn1758. But on 10 june 2020 i have recieved my order and when i open a chavanprash box my one bottle seal is open and whole chavanprash fell in cap of bottle and inside the box.
I am mail it to zandu care on 10 june but till now no reply and i also talk with customers care they are also telling lie from last 7 days we will call you but till now no response recieved.
I request you to kindly exchange my product or refund.
