I bought zandu honey in amazon.I regularly buy zandu honey and daily consume with food.I bought it from amazon last saturday, opened and tasted it .It is bitter and creates itching on the tongue.I tried it later 2 to 3 times, the smell and taste is like spoiled honey and there is same itching on the tongue.I request the zandu company to refund me..for this adultered honey....

I had ordered chyavanprashad from the company's online portal on 10th Sep 21. The company was not able to deliver and informed me that they would refund Rs. 445 but till date they haven't issued refund....

Tried to place order from zandu site made payment by paytm. So money got deducted but order not generated by zandu site. Till now no refund send mail and called zandu helpdesk but no reply...

I have order two 900gm of zandu kesari jivan fit for diabetic chavanprash on 1st june 2020 my order i'd is order #zn1758. But on 10 june 2020 i have recieved my order and when i open a chavanprash box my one bottle seal is open and whole chavanprash fell in cap of bottle and inside the box.
