I have ordered kurtis from this website, i havent received anything, the website is closed, they stole "bunaayi" websites photos and pasted in their website, it's a fraud, i cried for so many days that how did i fall in this trap. I didnt get my money nor dresses, they sent me a message, that it is delivered on 4th august and i know it wont come. They closed their website

Same here. I am upset that even after being very cautious, I chose this site of all the genuine sites available. I have raised a complaint with Razorpay too.

Payment process also done. But still I am not getting any product from zed kurti i got a message form them "your order will be get 29th july 2020 but till now nothing to happened
I was so excited when I ordered the product. and i done the payment but where is my order??? They didn't even mention any contact number...
For queries we need to fill some box which mentioned in their site. I enter my queries but still am not getting any reply mail or something.. it's very hurtful..
People cheating just like that and thefts the money.
299 is not a small amount .
I want my money back or I want my purchased product. If not please punish them .
if i did not get any message from them i will go social media in live report .. it's hurting me a lot
How do I track the product ?

I have ordered 8 kurties from zed kurti online shopping on 26th July 2020 and completed my transaction of Rs.2392 through razorpay.
But I did not get any confirmation about the order or any other information related to the order from zed kurti shop.

I have ordered two items in zedkurti website on 20th July..paying through razorpay gateway..
I didnot get any order delivery and no tracking and no messages regarding that
.
They didnot mention any customer care number also..just email that's it..while sending mails about this also they are responding for that..
I need my money back..pls anyone help how to get back my money..

I have placed a dress at "Zedkurti"
Payment process also done. But still I am not getting any product confirmation message form them.
I was so excited when I ordered the product. But after completing the payment method am not even getting single message. They didn't even mention any contact number...

Order not delivered
Please note I ordered 2 dress in zedkurti website .. on 25th jul. Still not receiving any order confirmation mail and tracking details for the dress.. the dress worth is 599... I worked a lot for getting this amount... I sent more mails to Zed kurti but no response from them... I want 2 ordered dress or I want refund.. plz do needful hereafter please check all the websites whether they are delivering products to the customers or not.. if they are not doing such things please take action... Many people's are affected by this website... Plz provide our money or dresses

I had order 3 dress on 23 july i had received only a msg that ur order has been shipped but it has been 10 days i havn't reciceived any more msgs plz kindly refund my amount.

I was trying to order on july 24, 2020 in zedkurti at 9:30pm. Due to poor networking, the amount for ordering in zedkurti is debited but the order is not placed. The amount is paid using upi. The payment request number is zedkurti zedkurti [protected]. I also attached the payment receipt for reference... So kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

The money is deducted through razor for an order placed at zedkurti.com but the order isn't placed.. please look into this

First Zedkurti site is currently unavailable u just resolve frst like this kind of issue if customer see means how do we believe you atleast ur payment method be in COD that is not available

I ordered 8 Kurtis n zedkurti website and still it’s nt yet delivered.on top of that could not even reach them.pls Make sure those who all lost the money to get t back.
I ordered my product on July 22 they sent message it will reach me on July 29 th but still I didn't receive no messages nor calls from them kindly help even 100 RS is also a hardworking money . I had ordered for 598 2 Kurtis kindly help
Zedkurti is fraud. I have purchased two kurtis and made payment.i think they fooled us. Please return my money or else make dlvry of items.
