Deducting unfair amount from account & block-listing from customer care.

It is with a heavy heart I’m writing this unprofessional and swindle behaviour of Zest money. They have deducted amounts from my bank account without a reason, once when it happened i ignored but the condition is like I wake up to their deduction and its trauma everyday. I wonder what do they earn from cheating students like me. The worst part is they are ‘blocking’ me to call their customer care and not even responding to email. Purely fraud behaviour. I will go to court once I’m capable of that. They should better have a higher complaints redressal mechanism.

Extra emi deducted but not reflecting on the payment history
I have total 4 EMI i did the payment of all before due date. But today when i opened the app it said one of EMI is over due so I did the payment again but it is not reflecting in the payment history. I had already paid all my EMI but this one I paid extra. I have total 4 EMI but they made me pay for 5 EMI.

Emi debited from bank not showing in zest money dashboard
On due date 5 January my emi amount was auto debited from my bank account but not showing in zest dashboard.

I was given a Flipkart voucher 59857E6AF947 but did not use as there was an error while applying the voucher. even though i have not used the voucher the company is asking me to pay the emis which is unreasonable. request to resolve my issue immediately.

False report on cibil on paisabazaar on name of ghalla consumer loan

Hi Team,
I have noticed a loan acount booked againt by personal details in Ghalla and the loan vide reference no[protected] in Cibil report which was not taken by me at all. Hence i request zest team to check the same internally and get the same corrected from your end on top priority with correct customer details as this has ruined my credit score badly and i am unable to get any loan sanctioned.

Zest Money is the worst company I have ever seen. I have a loan with zest money due to my son was engaged in coding class of Whitehatjr. I requested whitehat to cancel the class. They did so. Now whitehat has confirmed that they have already processed the refund amoubt of 59319/- but there is no response from the end of Zestmoney. They do not reply my mail and keep their words.Zest confirmed that they will settle the process within 7-10 working days(It was 8th of May) but already it's gone. I suggest not to deal with Zest and I am going through a legal action against them. They are shameless and do not value customers. They have the worst service.

Request for Cancellation of My Existing Loan

I would like to raise a complaint against the inconvenience caused by you. I had raised a request to cancel my loan in February. Still now it has not been cancelled. Money is still now being deducted as emi for the loan of which I have already raised cancellation. You had also asked for all the relevant documents required by you to proceed with the cancellation. But I see no progess in it... This is not expected. I want the loan to be cancelled at the earliest along with the refund of my money.

I have taken a personal loan from Zest Money and repaid all of My EMIs. but on checking the CIBIL report, I saw there is wrong entries of Days Past Due(DPDs) and Overdue . I have asked Zest money for NOC and EMI statements but they are not providing me any of those documents. Many times they dont respond to my mails. I have requested their Customer service multiple times regarding these issues, but as of now, they have not done anything. On asking to the Lender Incred finance, they responded they cannot do anything. I dont know, how would I resolve this issue.

I had one year ago account in zest money and rarely I had purchased some products from Flipkart and Amazon and all loans fully paid closed and after that I had closed due activated my zest money account. Now I have no zest money account.recently I checked CIBIL there is outstanding personal loan to DMI FINANCE worth Rs 6731 not paid. Reason ? Zest money lender is DMI FINANCE.They bought loan from DMI FINANCE while we apply EMI. After we closed zest money EMI fully, it is not paid to correctly to DMI FINANCE .otherwise it is not shown outstanding balance. I may be approach consumer court if their rectify this error

vaibhav shah here i like to inform you that, i had closed all my loan which were belonging to me in may 2019 than after in this august 2020 some guys from Mumbai are calling my to my brother number and harnessing him to make the payment ( as i work in Dubai ) i don't know how they find my brother number, so every time he had gently answer them, as he no knowledge about he had asked me, and i had said that may be i had missed out the loan because loan about which they are talking about which was never been taken by or my family members, then also payment of Rs13200.00 was being made in month of august now in October they are again telling that. they had not received payment ( why if payment is not being reflected they had inform immediately) now pressuring us to make payment via link. and in link name of the party is different. We said that then they started abusing my brother, in very third language and harsh word

i request you to take action other wise i have to go to action, this kind of thing is not tolerable, we are respected citizen of India, if any payment is due there are various ways to communicate.

I am forced to come here to raise a concern about how unprofessionally your team dealt it is still dealing with my CIBIL issue caused by you. Please be advised that this issue is with my account since more than 6 months, all I get is “we are sorry for the inconvenience, please send us the latest CIBIL report”.
Okay, I sent your team several times. Whenever I ask for an update, here they are again asking for a new report and asking me to wait for 30-40 working days for the CIBIL to get updated.
I have given you more than enough time, earlier the issue was on delayed payments which is your system issue, never my delay in making payments. Now 3 months ago, to add to those; I have a different person’s account details and his loans added to my CIBIL.
This is absurd, first of all you put me in a place where other lenders and Mi refuse to give me any sort of loans, now it is as if you are giving me an add on to it!

Wrong Cibil report updated by zest money

I am Rahul Deorukhkar. I don't having any current ongoing loans in zest money and I have cleared all EMI on or before due dates of previous loan accounts.
Recently I have checked my credit score and history, I was shocked to find my score got reduced due to wrong report given by the consumer loan, mentioned as DMI finance limited (3 accounts)
I have written continuous emails to [protected]@zestmoney.com with complete details to zest money but zest money is not able to solve the issue till date.
In my current cibil report, the loan accounts is still showing as active and also I have cleared all the EMI on time still lender has updated overdue amount.
Requesting you to resolve this matter at the earliest.Other wise I will take legal action as per RBI guidelines

Zest money loan issue
I have paid all my zest money loans [pre closed them] never missed a payment.
When i checked my credit score they show me that i have 2 missing payments and my score was reduced. I specifically asked this to a zest money customer care executive he said this will be fixed nothing yet this has been a month now.
Requesting to resolve this matter at the earliest, it's negatively effecting my credit score.

Loan amount not received by Merchant, but installment deducted from Bank account
I had applied for Loan to pay Club Mahindra. The ZEST Money account shows that Loan is disbursed twice, but the merchant has not received the same.
Also there has been total of four installment deducted from my bank account in last two months.
I have been following up on email since last 2 months and I just get a response that we are waiting for merchant confirmation and the amount will be refunded back.
I have also attached the email from the merchant Club Mahindra that they have not received any amount.
Still Zest money is not working on my concern.

Dear sir/mam
I have not even choose meritorium in zest money to pause my emis. It get auto select by zest money. And also money get deducted from account at the same time. And show you have paid partially amount.
I have also raised a complain to zest money on 7th april 2020.
Yesterday rest of pending amount also get deducted.
Previous 1 month i continuously complaing regarding this and giving reminder, but no one from zest money replying me.

I do make the payments timely, even then, zest money not complete my doorstep kyc. I regularly call them for completing my kyc but they didn't, is this how service is provided? I requested zest money for cancellation voucher of rs 45000 which i have not applied, without my concern they create account, credited voucher, pushed me to use that voucher and more getting message and call from zest money to pay overdue amount i couldn't understant i simply not want that voucher not at all required it andwhich i dont use it and these call mentally harrased me but still no complaint response from zest money pathetic service which i have ever had, in customer care no body guide me for cancellation process and said no cancellation proceess i would take legal action against zest money fir and cyber cell and consumer forum
