Zest Money Complaints & Reviews

This is such a fraud company. I have settled up my loan on 1st april. On 1st may rs. 6000 has been deducted. Still money is getting deducted. I have called to zest money 1000 times. They said payment is pending.. Pending is not updated. They have not provided noc till date. I had 2 loan. According to them 1 is closed but they have not provided noc for that also.. It's been 3 months in closing that loan. My both loans are paid. But this fraud company still deducting my amount from bank

Madam/sir,
I have already preclose my loan of rupees 5167 having order id: 11z4et5a3301 on dt - 11/05/2019 but it still shows pending emi.. My registrated number is [protected] (Ritesh kumar dash). I have mailed the issue on zest money help desk, i. E., [protected]@zestmoney.in on dt-14/05/2019 and also repetately called the customer care but the issue not yet solve and they send me reminder for emi repetately.. I have also attached the deduction amount statement.. Kindly check and look into this matter as soon as possible.

I wish to state that i couldn’t be regular in clearing off my emi’s. However, i do make the payments. Even then, zest money keep harrassing for money when i have already given them a date. Now they are threatening to send police over. Is this how service is provided? What’s the point of making payments when harassment keeps continuing. If there’s a financial problem, they must understand. It’s not that i am not paying. I have already...

On 12th DECEMBER 2018 have raised a complain against ZEST money, but unfortunately issue not yet resolved.
On 13th DEC got message from ZEST money customer care :

Thank you for contacting us. I have raised the cancellation request with the merchant. If the voucher code has been added in your account, we will not be able to process the voucher code cancellation. The cancellation takes 10 days, as we need to contact the merchant and once we receive the update that the voucher is not used, then the loan cancellation will be processed.

15 DAYS ALREADY LEFT also have lost a huge amount of penalty.
NOTE: I HAVE NOT USED THE VOUCHER CODES.WITHOUT USING THE VOUCHERS, HOW THE EMI IS GETTING DEDUCTED.
ITS A FRAUD COMPANY.

Cancel the Zest money loan amount, as that account is my Primary account and also connected with loan, credit card etc...I have lost a huge amount of penalty.

OR ELSE I WILL SUE A POLICE COMPLAIN AGAINST ZEST MONEY FOR FORGERY .

Someone help me as zest money has fraudulently imposing emi on me even without buying anything from any merchant. I just want to cancel the voucher and don't want to pay emi without even buying anything. Zest is far worst than credit card as in later we can cancel and don't have to pay emi without buying anything. Atleast wait for the transaction they have clearly miss leading customer's with false faqs that guarantee that emi application will be closed but when we tried to do the same they won't allow, can anyone help me in this and what step can i take to end this traumatising episode

Dear team zestmoney i applied for loan rs.6999 but problem is that i did not my loan is not approved for this amount and they approved only rs 3000 so i am not able to by any product which i want and i am not using the coupan. But today i got massage that rs 515 deduct from my account this totaly bull # because first thing you did not approved loan as i want and second why i pay without buying any this. I want my deduct money back otherwise i will go to consumer court and case on you guyes and make fraud case

I would like you to inform you that i was just checking for the loan from zest money, my intention was not get as i am a credit card holder of N no of banks,
by mistake from your side 10000 rs loan is approved which i don't wanna to use, so right now i am requesting the same but if it is not get sorted out then
i have many option, either i will transfer all my amount to any other account and also i will not pay any sort of emi's including that i will mark email to rbi
for a clarification that how you guys are cheating from customers without giving any sort of confirmation & information
