Without giving the loan zestmoney.in asked to pay the monthly emi. They continuously sending messages, mails and disturbing through phone calls to pay the monthly emi for the loan which I won't taken. If I neglect that, my credit score will be get affected. Please help me to cancel that active loan with zestmoney for the loan which I won't taken. zestmoney loan ID: DD61155122A0

I had applied for a loan to zestmoney for booking
From makemytrip. At that time my wife's father passed away and i wished to cancel the loan. So i never used the voucher of zest for booking a trip. I contacted zest for cancellation of the loan. Zest told me that they will only cancel the loan if they got a confirmation from their merchant makemytrip. I contacted makemytrip.com for cancellation they told me that they can’t do any...

Zestmoney.in gave me 2 loans for which i am supposed to pay rs. 1997/- each per month. I signed nach mandates for both the loans to be auto deducted. But zestmoney has been taking only one loan by auto deducting. The other one didn't ever got executed correctly. But was paid duely when informed. They told there was an issue and was resolved. Then next 2 months again the same.

The 2 months pending emi was paid as per requested...
