I ordered 5 (500/- wroth )gift cards of zingoy in that 3 are working and 2 are not working some error occur please contact customer care like that but they didn't solve the issue they replied ticket resolved please help me, take complaint against zingoy and tell gift cards resend to the coustmer

One voucher is o.k but second voucher code 54050xxx784998 already redeem and this voucher someone alredy purchase on 01 Feb and redeem on 11th fed but I purchase this voucher on 12th Feb 2018 so how it is possible why you are sending me a already redeem voucher.Kindly check into the matter and refund my amount ASAP.
