Maine zingoy se 3sep ko paytm aur zingoy ke gift vouchers buy kiye the jbki unki delivery 0-3 hours hai but aaj 10sep hai aur 7days ho gye hai abhi tk mujhe nere gift vouchers nhi mile. My orders me jake jb bhi issue raise krta hoon instant mail aata hai 'your gift vouchers is on the way ' 7 din se yhi aun rha hoon isne on the way but abhi tk mujhe mere gvs nhi mile. Mere 628rs fse hue hai please help. Mujhe mere gift vouchers chahiye. My zingoy order no.in the screenshot attach with this complaint. And my contact email id is : [protected]@gmail.com

I ordered 5 (500/- wroth )gift cards of zingoy in that 3 are working and 2 are not working some error occur please contact customer care like that but they didn't solve the issue they replied ticket resolved please help me, take complaint against zingoy and tell gift cards resend to the coustmer

this is to inform you that I purchase two big bazaar voucher amt 100 each order no .319292. One voucher is o.k but second voucher code 54050xxx784998 already redeem and this voucher someone alredy purchase on 01 Feb and redeem on 11th fed but I purchase this voucher on 12th Feb 2018 so how it is possible why you are sending me a already redeem voucher.Kindly check into the matter and refund my amount ASAP.
