Hello. on 24.05.2022 at 7:45 pm a amountof 350.50 as been deducetd from my paytm account ... i havent placed any order the zomato transaction id and screen shot enclosed

Money has been deducted from my paytm wallet without placing any order . On 10:35 p.m payment of Rs.237 has been made without any information and without any known order. I want my money back .please !

Unauthorized deduction of Rs.797.50/- on my PayTM wallet by ZOMATO MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED today at 01:03PM IST. I have not made any transactions through Zomato and I don't have any subscriptions with ZOMATO. May I know the way forward to get this money back?

There were three unauthorised deductions happened on my paytm wallet by ZOMATO MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. I request you to kindly refund the amount which you deducted for no reason and tell me the reasons why that keeps on happening. Below are the payment details for your reference:

Hi, i am a student and a parttime zomato delivery partner, we have our runner application with which we get orders and delivery and can pay the customer's money to the company from the runner app itsel[censored]sing debit, upi or net banking. I have been working for 6 months i didnt got any problems working, yes sometimes there are server issues. But on 30th of november 2019, i paid rs 708 of customer's money successfully using upi, which didnt reflect in the runner app. My money got deducted. I talked with my upi company (Amazon pay upi) and they said it was a successful payment, then i talked to zomato customer centre, they said payment was unsuccessful contact to bank, i talked with my bank (Bank of baroda) and they also convinced me that it was a successful payment. Now the zomato company didn't show a successful payment of the 708 rs, and so i am not getting any refund., and the money is just gone. I know its not a big amount to cry for but i know the value of money and i wont give away a single penny without knowing where its gone. So please help me. Nobody is taking responsibility for the money

I got an offer from zomato to buy yearly membership in rs 1620 and if i apply diwali gold coupon, i will get 1000 credits. I tried 4-5 times to buy the mebership with code but their payment gateway did not completed the purchase. As i tried without putting the code, my paymnet got successful. I complain for fraud and cheating that zomato cheated me by providing a fake offer, so that they could take my money without giving credits after. I penalise them for inr 25000 for a fualty system, fooling the consumer and making frauds. Their customer support agree that i manually used the code but the purchase was denied and when the code wa not used the paymnet got transacted
