My zomato account suspended due to bgv failed. My login I'd FE1514915 I just joined a week ago now they suspended my account. I don't know how to reactive my account. Please solve ..

I payed onboarding fees on zomoto after paying I selected go online but the app show your id is suspended due to BGV failed what is the issue I am fresher and pay the onboarding fees using my bike due please activate my account and help me

I did ordered Fulka and Butter Rotti but they have delivered Chapathi when I ask customer services they are telling both Fulka and Chapathi are same, How can I could be?

Also girl name called Simran from customer care disconnect my calls and sent message issue has been resolved when I was I on call..this is what the service they are doing.

Please don't order anything with Zomoto and services is very very bad

Zomoto caller called on 30th june 2019 for gold membership to purchase it within 30 m in to get the offer in 560/- he sold membership in hurry by hiding below facts
1. When i have asked all restorents showing in apps are eligble he submitt it and told there in[protected] in delhi ncr2. Second these are selective restra and expensive. These facts was shown after purchasing membership and i immediatly approach to my refund my money as very few restra is in my area and all are expensive. On 1st july 2019 i written a mail to zomoto for refund my money as it is no use for me but unforunately zomoto is not responding properly and always dening to refund, on sept i raised complaint in nch after that his caller called me in sept 2019 to refund my money but again wrong commitent given and 432 rs paid to me against the my amoount 560/- they still deducted 132 rs while i never use it and raised my compalin of refund on next day of purchase. Its fraud by zomoto by making fool on phone call, need to refund my balance 132 rs immediate

I regularly eat that restaurant ss aashiq hotel... Today i went to order thought zomoto app.. Really shocked because i regularly order food 180/ kg than zomoto offer applied max 130 not crossing but today going higher value of money that's original price at restaurant rupees 150/kg only. But app shows 220 rupees what's worgly going.. Then i called that's restaurant verified chicken biriyani at 150/kg... Ur cheating or tricking ppl..in case it's continue no one use zomoto app again.. I

Money is deducted but still payment is incomplete. My money got deducted from account i have got message of money deductions but in the app it show payment incomplete. I have done payment through zomato application and i have paid via google pay.

I have made orders and both times failed due to incomplete payment however amount has been deducted from my bank account.

By mistake it was cancelled by me due to short size of cake. Still cannot get my money back. I want my money back

I orderded food at 9:04pm on 10/05/19 as process as usual the money deducted at 9:04pm.

Bt order no placed at moment. After that the screen shown that payment faiped try again ir order after some time at 9:27 pm the order placed nd accepted by the resturant.

So in that time i order from anthor food delivering flatform. So i dont need that order bcz of so much time
I contacted customer care they did'nt responded.

The deliver boy came at 10:06 so refuse to take it then customer care called me i explained my prblm they said that order rejected by customer. They didn't said the rules. They cancelled my order after that the screen is showing is ur order rejected and ur money couldn't be refunded. What is if ot thier technical then we also suffer? Nice this is what zomoto done nd looting ny money with their technical prblm!

We placed an order rs.820 - with zomato. Money deducted but can't received the order. Please respond at the earliest to the my complaint against the zomato food based app. This app providing cheap customer services to the customer... This waste app. Zomato customer care number was not connected... I refer my friends to not instal the app. If my friends already using the app then i would refer to delete the app

T is being brought to kind notice that we are dealing with restaurant food web " in kanpur, panki location. We served orders to zomato in the month of dec-18 & jan-19. We have made numeral follow up with zomato for dec-18, their service invoice having our gst no. & also requested to release our pending payments.

Have cancelled order within seconds and informed zomoto chat support immediately.
Received communication from restaurant that they have cancelled order at their end. But my payment to zomoto still not refunded.

If my order cancelled and restaurant also declined, i should receive my amount back or they need to serve equivalent food. My case is genuine, no food wasted because of my immediate cancellation. I had poor customer friendly response from zomoto chat support.
