I booked 3 rides in January for which I did not get any refunds till now.
I raised a complaint through the app as well for which i did not get any response from there team.

I have used my friend's email id for booking a zoomcar with my driving licence, but now when i am changing my email id is not getting changed.
I called the customer care number of zoomcar and asked to change it but they told that now it cannot be changed.
But what can i do now?
I just want to use my own email id only.

Today i have made the booking through my zoomcar app. As per discount of 60% showing while booking, i was supposed to be charged 294 rs + 3000 refundable deposit. Total is 3294rs. At the end of payment mode it was showing the correct figure but when i made the payment my account was deducted by 3735rs.
