I have bought shoes from Zudio worth ₹799 on 30th may. There is only 5 days o[censored]sing and stitchs out and inner material can easily see. I have put my concern in store and they say that only Sole fixing is under the exchange policy even if there is merely 20 days of buy product. Can anyone tell me here what should I do now ?

Hi I have purchased rainy footwear from Zudio a week before on 13th the sandal has entirely torn a part I have paid Rs. 600/- is there any value of money how can customer be fooled this way really disappointing, either you refund the cost or give me a new product I have been frequent user this is really disappointing.

Track pant regarding the worst payment fraud

I have a complaint regarding the bill payment fraud done by the store boy he asked me to pay on another qr code and i miised my bus because of it and still not recieved the product.The bank has debited the amount generated the transcation id i even shown him he then too has not given me my product even though ihave completed my payment paid the full amount is this how the zudio works, such a reputed company and this is how they treat their customers.I need a full compensation i miised my bookings wasted almost 5 hours in this nuisance, please look after it and company should too bear the same as i have bear. Its a humble request to govt of indian and the consumers court to give me full justice.Thanking you in anticipation.

I have bought a pair of shoe from zudio store at patna one mall on 2/6/22, i wore it for just one hour and the skin of shoes start peeling out, and there are other small defects too. Please help me out as soon as possible, exchange my product or refund my amount.

Dear sir,
I have visited your Zudio on dated 30.05.2022 and had shopping of ₹2101/- while bill payment store executive swiped my debit card and he told that transaction was not successful and then I payed through UPI. But my account got debited twice as per attached account statement and SMS screenshot and invoice.
Very next day I rush to store and met store manager for refund of ₹2101/- he told that he will escalate the issue to his account team and assure that will get refund in a week, but still I haven't received refund amount and here with respect you to refund the same or else I will be forced to go consumer forum for same

Excess charge on utility cover

I had buyed products from ZUDIO THODUPUZHA amount of rupees 12500/-.
Then they had charged 10 rupees for each utility cover. By complaining about this to them they had reduced it and ask as to pay only the charge of one cover.
After payment then only they give the bill.
Products are not arranged on proper section.
In shoes section they had placed a board with the amount of item displayed below. Actually the amount written on the board is rupees 499/-, but the products displayed below are of 799/-.
This is not a proper way on serving the customers. Arrange the products only on proper sections.
On all other sections the product displayed and distributed in proper. But the shoes section is arranged improperly.

I bought a slipper from zudio kolkata on 17/4/22. I wore only one time and the slippers buckle broken..this is the quality not expected from zudio. Very poor quality.my money wasted.

I have visited Zudio bopal store on 18/05/2022, where i have purchased clothes and payment through G pay of 3000 amount, amount was deducted from my acount and delievered to Zudio Although the manager of Shop decline the receipt of payment and requested to payment again.

I bought a tea tree hyaluronic acid face mask from zudio.
My mom used it as directed on the pack. She developed irritant contact dermatitis all over her face- redness, inflammation, bumps everywhere.
I am very disappointed. She has to use to steroid creams and allergy tablets for treatment....

Double payment

I paid the bill through PhonePe twice and both are successful but there was an issue with first transaction and they said that the money will get refund in 2 days. It’s been more than 14 days with no response. I contacted manager and everytime they say that they will return it in 2 days with the same story of having issues with IT. Please resolve it soon.

Today i visited zudio jhansi where due to staff negligence i waited 20-30 mins in billing counter because he forgot the employee id to active the billimg desktop cause of that i bear inconveinence i request team to take some action for their unprofessional behaviour

When I am going in the zudia mall ( at patna golambar) to find job and submit my resume with mangaer Ajay sir. then they said Don't worry I will give you job. I seen your resume.he said I will give you in sales and come back tomorrow for interview .when I come back tomorrow at 9am one of the manger whose name is abrinder sir . He is also a manger of that mall .he asked from me in your home your mother and father is agree to do this job .then I said yes my mother said but father not said then abrindan sir said .if your father don't said you to do this job why you do this job .I said this is my need so I am here .but next day when I asked to my father then said to do this job .but abrindan sir not saying properly that my job is have or not.always saying come tomorrow .I am tired to come in the mall again and again . Please take immediate action against her . And give me that job .i really needs that job.please please

I have visited ur stores just nw with my family and i was forced to stop at the entrance as i was not wearing mask..when i notice i saw many people who were not wearing mask and wandering in ur stores and doing shopping and coming out of the stores with oit mask and when i asked the security lady she spoke to me that its cumpulsory...my ques is why partiality is being shown and why the rules are been made only for ur stores and why raceism is shown...for ladirs one rule and for gents one rule...i felt very insult about this...firstly i didnt have any positive opinion on ur store and after this happened i thought never to visit ur store again...and how akward it looks when a family goes in and husband stays out...

Waiting for 45 mins on queue

There are four billing counters in ZUDIO PANANGAL PARK, CHENNAI. But they are providing only 2 counters for billing. because of this lack of service Providence of the company we been waiting in the queue for 1 whole hour.

Disrespectful to Customers

Today, I faced a very horrible situation today at Zudio, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad.
I visited there with my friends, we spared more than an hour in selecting the perfect clothes for ourselves. Atlast we went there for billing and there were 2 executives named Miss Jyoti and Miss Gayatri who were billing for me. The bill amount was Rs. 2, 801
I opted for Gpay (UPI) payment mode and The money was debited from my account and was sent to a UPI Id mentioning Zudio’s name in it. I do not want to disclose it here but I have that UPI ID.
Later, the executive asked me to repay the same amount as she said it maybe an error from the server and they have not received it. I repeatedly tried to make them understand that I cannot repay the amount until and unless I am getting the refund. She very rudely, I repeat very rudely said that it happens to many customers…
My Friend said, that We cannot pay again for the thing Until and unless we are getting the refund.
She again very rudely replied leave the product here… collect it after we receive your money…. In reply I said I do not stay nearby and I cannot visit again for the same nor I can leave the product there for which I have paid.
The manager steps in and asked me to send my ID proof with address and my contact detail to their Email Id so that they can contact me if They do not receive the payment, which I completely understand and I did the same… but as soon as I sent it I received a message for the same amount credited to my account and I thought god such a relive…
I said “Ma’am I got the money back, I think I will pay you in Cash now so that it does not happens again with the server error” and I took the money, I paid them and in reply she said “hum to bol hi rhe the aajayega, ap hi nahi maan rhe the”
I replied yes, but mere pass nahi aye tab tak mei apko vapas kaise pay kru.
She said haa haa theek hai hogya n apka kam ab jao ap…
I in reply said that firstly, I’m buying this and not taking it for free you talk with respect to your customers you are an executive here you should know how to talk with customers this us rude.
In reply she said you are also an executive; I said I’m not your executive and neither I’m your friend talk with respect. “Dhang se baat kijiye ap”
She again said hogaya n apka apjaiye ab..
I mean what is this? Is this the way you can treat your customers? I was not expecting such behaviour from ZUDIO. Street vendors shows more respect.
I got so angry that I snatched my money from her hand and left my product there only on her desk
But I was humiliated and I felt very very disrespectful. I truly expected ZUDIO to take required action against this.

I purchased shoe from zudio but I had some size issues so I went back within 48 hours but they refused to exchange saying there is no exchange for footwears but in the bill they didn't mention anything about no exchange for footwears ....

Its been 2 months still we havent refunded the amount.
We scanned the machine and done the payment amount is deducted from our account but shop denying that its credited by them.

Pathetic service by the Zudio Ujjain I experienced today.
1-They are charging Rs 15/- for the mask (Surgical mask) who's cost is only Rs 1/- as per the government rule.
2- They didn't belive in the queue system, if you visit at the billing counter for billing then you have to wait for atleast 15-20 min for billing because they will take other persons product for billing who come after you.
3- When you ask for manager then the manager is on off and if you ask for the E-mail ID for complaint then they denied for that.
4-The staf itself don't belive in rules they didn't wear masks but they ask customers to wear mask.
This are some points which I noticed and I feld really bad in visiting Zudio store again probably it was the first and last visit in Zudio store from my side.

I bought a tiedye crop top and a simple printed tshirt material croptop. It is such a disappointment that in the 1st wash itself both seem to be night dress to me...like it has been a year old ...tiedye looked faded and the other one had its material stretched unevenly that low quality material does...i am not buying anything again from zudio...

I purchased clothes @ Zudio, Kothaur (Gubbi_Cross) on 25 of Sept’21.
When I tried to pay through Google Pay, it did not go, so I paid with the card. Unfortunately, my google amount also went through (after3days) to Zuido for the same bill. I have approached twice to Zudio (counter once and manager once) for a refund. But they are not refunding instead asking time. As for now, it is already 12days and there is no assured...

Wrong size purchased by mistake

I want to file a complaint against Ms. Poonam Pokhiyal located Zudio, Gulmohar Mall, Ahmedabad as her behaviour was very rude and she denies to exchange the size as we had mistakenly taken S size instead of XL however Ms. Poonam behaved so rudely and doesn't allowed the change of size also.
It was very disheartening.
Waiting for a positive reply feom Zudio.
