Byju's — BYJU's hackling customer and deliberately not cancelling courses before 15 days | |||
Hi Team I am a student who has registered for a BYJU's course, I have found the course is not relevant as they promised and trying to cancel it within 15 days as stated by them, now they are hackling and passing me from one Point of contact to other, I tried calling customer care but they are neither cancelling, nor responding at all. I sent an cancellation mail as they stated in their website, but it seems that is a false address provided by company and that mail delivery is itself failing. They are just deliberately procrastinating to pass 15 days so that after that period I will not be liable for any refund, I am complaining because of this predatory practice which is not at all customer friendly and turning out to be kind of money extortion with false advertisement.
