person @Kansk Sabnekar while selling the product did not mentioned that you claiming to be India's no. 1 edu company don't respect your customer and arrange the reverse pickup. Infact he said we will immediately get back the refund on dropping a simple email to support. Is this the kind of behaviour once you sell your useless products to customers?
Can you keep your promise that I will get a hasselfree refund or I need to approach the
Police or may be the court or may take the route of social networking websites...
