Byju people, your teaching experience may be too good, but no thanks I don't want any of your coaching because I don't have enough time for it and it doesn't work out the way as one of your counsellor explained to me. So it's a request from me to please refund my blocking amount i.e INR 10, 000.
And I don't want any further explanation.

I don't want byjus because it is not working with my child so cancel and refund my money.

Very unsatisfied with the services. Insisting the customer to pay the full amount(50K) for admission consulting. If a candidate drops off in the middle and the services are at the very initial phase even before the consulting started from the schools they are not refunding not even a single rupee.

While paying the services they said they will assign a dedicated person to dealt with all kind of assistance but every time you called for any help each time a different person will respond and we have to explain again everything as new. It's like a call center services.

They are advertising all tutors very experienced but I didn't found any expertise in teaching skills in GRE classes. Felt that the online services are unsatisfied even though paid 20K and nothing to do with that b'coz there is no refund.

Don't opt for these services and don't waste your money&time.

I have submitted a cancellation request in byju's and my request number is 360947.They said that my cancellation is in progress and would get a call from byju's soon.I have not received the call or any messages from them.I want to make sure that my product is cancelled.

I had requested for the cancellation of byju's but they rejected my request.It is not useful as the counsellor said and the tab provided is draining the battery charge fastly even if it is not in use.So kindly cancel the invoice and the capital float loan of Rs 41500.

One educational councillor visited our place by saying that thru school league my child has received scholarship. Despite repeatedly asking sum time to decide, he putted us on so much pressure that give me registration amt of 23200otherwise scholarship will b over as soon as he moves out from our house. On a guested holiday of 2 oct he insisted to made payment by debit card we did then asking for further bank details. Company is not providing any learning material after payment of 23000 and asking for bank details. When I asked a few of my queries he became restless and started misbehaving. Cheating the public, govt should interfere

Regret to inform you that i have requested to cancel the byjus app on 8th January by mail and no reply has been received
from your end till 2nd February despite our repeated followup and now you have approved the cancellation and still you are deducting EMI amount from my account.this is illegal and request you to cancel my loan as i am no longer using your service and refund the emi amount deducted with 12% interest immediately.Today i have spoken with one of your person who is so irresponsible and no longer capable of handling a genuine customer issue.I also demand you to give your MDs contact no or mail ID as i need to bring this kind of indifferent, and cheating false promises to his notice.If i am not getting my issues solved and don't get the refund, i will be forced to publish my concern in public domain and proceed with legal proceedings

i can return your kit if you have any dropping point in Cochin as sending back to Bangalore by courier is difficult as it may attract damage to the product.
