Cancel my admission because due to delay in my class for approx 1 month . I have already taken other plan report 6 may

I was purchased the products for my 2 children 4 months back till date no mentor or sales person will not contact for us. i made lot of calls to your executives but they not responding and not attending my calls whenever i called by my registration number and moreover they are wasting my time to waiting my call . since 45 days i made lot of calls regarding my problems and no one can communicate to me and my kids and not responding and waiting on call by one hour and not connecting to concerned department and saying technical problem.. we fell very bad regarding of your service and i paid around 35000/- to you . Now i don't want of your products because no mentor and executive of byju's are responding. in view of that cancel my agreement with u and refund the amount as early as possible

My daughter Harshika Mazumdar was admitted in BYJUS online class (THINK AND LEARN PRIVATE LIMITED) on 9th Jan 2022 I am an ordinary private employee convinced by the words of the BYJUS representative (Meenakshi Madam), I decided to take a loan and enroll my daughter in the BYJUS class.

After a few days of online classes the student did not like and due to my financial crisis I applied to close the BYJUS online class within a week.

Then I made a lot of requests to the BYJUS customer care & cancellation section by phone and mail about my inability to pay the BYJUS online class within a week to apply for closure.

BYJUS's senior manager (Upasana Madam) told me I can't stop it now. And I will never get my money back. I was ready to return the tab I got from BYJUS but I could not stop the course because she was unable to pay the full amount. After many requests, she promised to return some money and gave it. She was told that Harshika’s class will continue till class 12 as per the same terms & conditions of 9th Jan 2022.

But Harshika's online class has been stopped since the beginning of May. I have emailed BYJUS support & customer care section many times didn’t get any positive mail or phone about her class. I don't know when online class will start. Harshika’s study has been hampering for the last 2 months. I was forced to go to offline tuition for Harshika. I'm in a lot of financial trouble right now. BYJUS are not serious about the class of students. I think they are missguided us.

I will return the Tab & Books that I got from BYJUS any day‚ but give my money back immediately. I am suffering from tough financial conditions. In covid situation my company has decreased the salary of every employee. So, now it is difficult to pay Harshika’s school fees, our daily expenses & other costs. I have already paid in advance the tuition fees of Harshika. I have paid INR 1, 25, 000.00 with a loan.

I don't want to do online classes anymore. Please refund me all the money immediately. BYJUS is a big company, but it totally scams me.

I want to desperately cancel my subscription. Please do it immediately and refund my money soon. Don't cheat me. Otherwise I will take legal action.

Please Please don't waste your money on this kind of ###, this is just a wastage of money and time they don't care abouts students and their studies they just want the money no one can give such a big amount ₹8000 per month and rhey will not take their products after 15 day I repeat never they just need the EMI every month if you can't they start to torchor you Thank you

I was purchased the product 4 months back and my kids are not showing interest to watch that. and sales persons Pallavi and Riyaj told me when ever you want to cancel the product it will be possible to cancel i already sent email to cancel but no responds from them and sales people are not answering my call to contact them. They have cheated me. I send the mail for byjus support team for cancel the product and refunding the amount. 7000 per month emi and product is not using no one is responding. They are cheaters. Please cancel the application/product and refund the amount.
Please help me on this.
