I want to cancel my application an refund

I don't want byjus because it is not working for my child so please cancel my class and refund my money.

I Ramchandra kadam, father of Sanket kadam. I am drafting this mail for filing complaint about not receiving proper support from teacher. I paid till now Rs. 6500/- but I am not satisfied with your services. There is not any progress in sanket study. Your employee Shubham come my homes and make promises and explain to us that if you don't like it or your child doesn't use it, you can cancel the scholarship and get your money back but as per he explanation I'm not getting any type of services. In that one month period i called you and ask for cancelation but from that day to till this day you ignoring calls.

Your organization is bad because you make calls until i pay the dues. And now I get a lot of calls from banks for payment
To me, this is beyond endurance now. Please cancel your plan because I'm not satisfied with your services. we will refund your tab and books to your address.

I had requested for the cancellation of byju's but they rejected my request.It is not useful as the counsellor said and the tab provided is draining the battery charge fastly even if it is not in use.So kindly cancel the invoice and the capital float loan of Rs 53000.

Hello Byjus Team Myself ayesha hayat I enrolled on byjus some months ago but now I want to cancle my subscription because I didn't had a good experience on learning from byjus also my family is financially weak and I don't and my parents aren't allowing me to continue studying from byjus so please therefore I request you to cancel my byjus subscription and reply on my query asap!!

Byju is not helping us We want to cancel addmission.but they're not responding.no mentor and any other person is helping.we don't want refund but stop detecting EMI amount and future course.my child is not interested and not using the course.so it's useless to us.please help us.

My name is Anurisha so many times I call byjus but no response please my parents have financial problem. I bought byjus membership 4month ago and have filled 3 EMI but now I want to cancel as my parents dont have suffient amount to pay due to some personal problem.
