I was purchased the product two months back till date mentor or sales person will not contact for us. I send the mail for byjus support team for refunding the amount but one of the person ms swapna contact but she told refund is not possible because already two months is over but i am paying 8000 per month emi. Byjus people, your teaching experience may be too good, but no thanks I don't want any of your coaching because I don't have enough time for it and it doesn't work out the way as one of your counsellor explained to me. So it's a request from me to please refund my blocking amount i.e INR 5000.
And I don't want any further explanation.

Byju is a fraud. They will give false promises.
We have good teachers each and every school. So no need of byju.
Product is not worthy. Also it's too costly.
Like youtube videos, mentor timings will never suit.
He gets 5 years fees, which will not happen in any other international organisations too.
Cancellation is very difficult. He will say within 15 days, but it will never happen. Response will be very very poor.
He gets loan from finance institutions in our name. Don't give aadhar card, PAN and bank details, you will be locked with ECS. Don't share any OTP.
Don't accept for scholarship.

I need to cancel my subscription that jee mains /advanced course for 2 years and they have charged me Rs. 1, 00, 000 through EMI process i already paid for two months that nearly 19K. Byju's customer service is positive for take money and negetive for solve issues.
