Dear sir
I was forced to avail the Byjus Product educational product for my daughter, for 76500/- by paying Rs.11, 500/- through NEFT transfer and remaining through RBL with a loan amount of Rs. 65025/- with emi of Rs.5400/- .
Marketing Executive pushed myself and psychologically manipulated with my wife saying offer of Rs.5000/- with immediate enrollment, without giving time for thinking. He not even explained about cancellation policy and taken the sign in papers, went off. He hardly spent 30 minutes, his focus was in collecting the money and dumb the product on the Innocent parents like me
Nothing was done from there and then when I pushed them where is the product and they dispatched late. I have filed product cancellation on 09.11.2019, till now no resolution was carried out, they keep calling, intimidating and use tone of voice to scare us, psychologically manipulate.
I have requested to cancel the product and subscription at the earliest, for return and refund as I was not satisfied with their response. The were manipulating the cancellation request is with in 30 days! I was completely disappointed with the attitude and the tone of your voice, Mr.J.Deepan, Senior Manager, as representative of Byjus As well as Byjus ! ( Byjus, Boast in the field Education service, which is unlikely, with the motto of pushing customer at any cost!) and he had threatened that its my fate to pay the money, SInce I availed the product, no matter I use it or not, I need to pay. I told him, why I have to pay for service which I have not used, and asked for cancellation and refund.
Byjus marketing person didn't explain anything about cancellation policy, just asked me to sign papers. There should be fair business practice, and not with a intention taking advantage of clients and looting innocent parents money.
Everyone works hard to earn even a single rupee. I hope after reading this mail, ByJus come to senses, give proper resolution for me.
I have given false promise and does not comes under fair business dealing or policy, it's kind of trap for parents. If there is no proper clause, revise the product and subscription policy, so that parents like me are not taken for granted. Please ensure Byjus follows fair business policy from now on, not to take advantage of parents..
I have given request for cancellation of my product as well as subscription, and refund (₹.27, 500/-) by collecting the product from my end.
I have made number of calls and mails from my registered email id. I could not get proper response.
I received call from RBL finance (Byjus) informing me to talk to Byjus to resolve the matter at the earliest. RBL Person informed with confidence Byjus would resolve it today. Different BDs call daily and tell me they are from RBL, asking same question daily, they were like collection agent, calling from call center in bangalore.
Since i am work from Monday to Saturday, 7am to 9pm, i hardly get time to visit your regional office to hand over the product, more so I am 40km away from the regional office, unable to request my wife to visit your office.
So, I request your team to collect the product, refund the money in cash (₹.27, 500/-) and to collect the product, along with RBL loan cancellation official letter signed by Byjus, at the earliest.
Kindly send this email to concerned officials, who might be aware of the issue.I also need an apology from Mr.J.Deepan for his threatening tone, and egoistic attitude towards me as customer.

Daily I am getting 3 to 4 calls from call center, and they say they are from RBL bank (BYJU's) and why I am not paying EMI, and keep asking same story!
If this is the way Byjus conducts business in earning money and market leader in IT enabled Education Sector, no matter where they go, even if they go global, and they will not succeed and definitely meet with failure.
Respect the customer and don't take customer for ride, cheating innocent parents is not a good sign.
Cancel the product and loan, give me the refund of Rs, 27, 500/- .

My account is in the name of Student Name- Aliasgar Bohra. I have been constantly calling the concerned team for a refund and cancellation of my account and have not yet received any positive response for the same. I was sold the product and not provided any details about the refund policy by the Counsellor and now it has been more then 15 days and the counselor has yet not responded to the escalation raised by the mentor. I need someone to address the above issue immediately and provide me a solution for the same. I have been mislead by the counselor and need to cancel my amount at the earliest. I do not want anyone to call me who cannot take a decision for my issue.
I am really frustrated now and following up on the same since more then 2 weeks I will not be paying a single penny until my concern is sorted out.
