Byjus — product refund but emi cancellation message not received | |||
Had purchased byjus product on 17th nov, 2018. Which was taken on bajaj finance. Also cancelled the product on next day, without receiving product or even before the product was ordered. When checked with bajaj finance for cancellation of my emi which was unknowingly scheduled as 2nd december, 2018, they are asking for cancellation letter from byjus. When talked with byjus team they says it will take 7-8 working days, which might well pass my emi deduction period which is scheduled on 2nd december, 2018. I dont want my emi deduction to happen. Only way out i can see is to ask my bank to dishonour the payment, if byjus team doesnt provide me timely product cancellation letter. I have been requesting them every day but there is very little heed to this. If i dshonour the payment it will effect by cibil score. Please can i request yet again to provide me with product cancellation letter. Was this information helpful? | |||
