Byju's — tab not working

It is very unfortunate that we have been facing technical issue in tab which your support team is not able to resolve it for the last 15 days. Our tab is not able to able to switch on due to some rebooting issue. I contacted all the concerned. They only could provide me steps to get it reboot but it didnot work and i replied back. Now they are saying to get it checked from lenovo service centre which i refused because this tab is new one and under warranty where i expect my issue to be addressed at my doorstep. Kindly help in getting the issue resolved as studies my kid is getting impacted
