          I have tried to reach to you repeatedly through the number of the person who installed canon pixma G2012 .. I know each one o[censored]s have gone through tough times of COVID .. kids exams underway, canon printer not functional .. tried reaching the customer care too .. shifted base from Delhi to noida .. request if a genuine person could rectify the issues..

            Sir,

            We booked complaint thru customer care no. on 6.8.21 & your engineer visited our office within 24 hrs to check printer. we were very happy & thought that our printer repaired very soon.

            We approved the Printer repairing quotation received from your authorised service center CPS Solutions, Kalyan on 7.8.21 (CSP/20210806/2430523). We assume within a week our printer problem is solve but till today required parts are not receive thru your company.

            Our major work stop because of printer.

            On your company site show that part will get upto 19th sept. 21.

            We have TWO printers of Canon & both are not working properly.

            Service center owner not pick up the phone also.

            Please solve this issue urgently.

                                We purchased Printer Canon MF232W all in one from PAILTECH SOLUTION Kasarwadi Pune 411034 on 14/03/2021.

                                Now after taking one Print Error indicator becomes red and we are not able to take second page print unless printer is switched off.

                                The printer is under warranty please solve above-mentioned problem.

                                  Hi Canon India,
                                  I'm a Professional Photographer From Ahmedabad-Gujarat.
                                  I want to show Demo of Canon R6 & R5 at anywhere in Ahmedabad.

                                  But there's no any showroom had demo of the Canon Camera to Show for customers.

                                  They guven reason me to the Canon Has no Stock maintained for Sell at this time so we haven't demo of Products.

                                  Anyone do investment in camera so they want to show the demo first hand had and eye catching to look anything about camera features and more.

                                  How can i investment without seen the Products demo and take decision to buy which camera for my requirements..?
