Canon printer purchased on 27.02.21 thru amazon

printer not printing with accurate colors

complained many times

We gave our priter for repairment at Gloria services, 39/6185 B, Alappattu cross road, Ravipuram, Cochin:682015, on July 28.They have not responded until we made a call at that moment only they are telling spare parts for mechanism is not available.

With very regret it is intimated that Canon service team of Vadodara nominated by sub dealer of canon Ahmedabad is now denying to provide above cited part of zerox machinne aftr lapse of 10 days from initial technical failure of machine.However initialy this team of canon have assured for the part easily.

Now this team of canon is pressing hard for purchase of Whole Fixing Assembly worth Rs.24000 by them stating that canon company does not have this part which is very surprising from well known organization

It is very clear that this machine is running under the warranty upto 05.11.2021

This zerox machine was purchased vide Gem Contract No GEMC-[protected] dtd 29.10.2020 throght Space Office Systems(I) Pvt Ltd and supplied by Ahmedabad Dealer .

I had registered for printer installation on 29th Jul 21. However, as on 1st Aug 21, the installation is still pending.

I had purchased the Printer for some urgent requirements, however because of your poor service, that too in city like Bangalore is proving my choice of going with Canon as a big mistake.

Send someone by today evening, or I will project this thing.

I purchased the G 3010 CANON PIXMA printer online five/six months back. its now not functioning proper. I want that the same may please be inspected by your service provider, at the earliest possible.

Dispaly problem

Printer was purchase on dtd.[protected] through Amazon. Yesterday, one error was observed on screen "0" And printer is shown DOOR OPENED but Door is not opened. Printer not operated in normal. This printer serial no. QX7347901
Please help for solve the above error so we will start my work.

Printer took page in wrong direction and and page stuck. i tried removing but it seems something still stuck and showing error in printer

Not paper print

It is pronting light and white lines

Printer are print in lining print please solve the problem.

I recently shifted to India from Ireland.
I bought a printer there canon pixma g3000, while I bought it I got assurance to get service globally. Now the customer care denying to lodge a complaint because it is not bought from India.
Even before I moved to India I have confirmed from Ireland customer care and they confirmed to get service in India. I am based in, Nagda Madhya Pradesh.
Please help me on this issue.

My printer model is Canon PIXMA MG2570s l faced some issues with the printer. Issues is l fill a canon official cartidage but printer showing error light
So can you solve this problem? I call customer service of canon, But service doesn't near me.25km range there is no canon device center. Due to lockdown I will not go at this place. So solve my problem

I have canon g3010 printer and some days ago, I have facing power on issue, so I took printer to canon service center named om computers Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh . He took my printer and 10 days service center called me and said, your printer is now ok and total service and parts charge is 2300 rupees.
I shocked that at center he said that there was some cable fault but now he is saying 2300 rupees charge for cables. Service Center is fraud and I am fully disappointed with this canon service center.
Also know that this printer buying cost is only 9000 and service charge is 2300 rupees.I think this service center is fraud and misguide customers . Please help canon India.thanks.My mobile no [protected].
