Sir / Madam,
We have booked our 2013 Honda Brio Automatic A/C car at Capital Honda Chenai on October 24 2012. We have asked our delivery to be on 3rd week of January 2013. The salesman committed that they can deliver the 2013 model even before the date or even Jan 1st of 2013.

When we asked for the schedule after we have arranged our finance in the first week of Jan 2013, we have been told that we won't be able to get the car on 23rd jan 2013 and they have also told that they can't tell me the schedule as and when it will arrive.

I have talked to the Vice president of Capital Honda and had been told that the Salesman has given a false commitment which he is aware that they usually do that for sales.

I asked the Vice President how can he say that the sales man usually give the false commitments for sales. When i asked for the schedule of car delivery then he said he cannot guarantee the schedule of delivery.

I have planned to gift the car to my husband during the fourth week and when i said that to the vice president then he said that he cannot value my sentimental or emotional feelings.

How could they give me a commitment and fail to fulfill that?

Please intervene in this situation and let me know how could i proceed further as i am feeling emotionally bad.

    Hi

    I gave my car for servicing to Capital Honda in Chennai three times already in 2009. The majpr problem I had asked to be fixed was that the car alarm goes off on ts own at any time and the automatic or keyless entry does not work sometimes. The car was sent to the service station and was handled by Johnson who has been unable to fix the problem and has neither been able to offer a solution. A few days later a customer service person called me and asked me if I was happy with my car service. I categorically stated that the service was of poor quality and the one major issue that I had asked be fixed was not fixed.

    I asked the service advisor to put me in touch with his manager, which he refused to do stating the manager was not available and that she would inform the concerned person.

    This is not the first time I have received poor service from capital honda.

    I think there is a lot going on behind the scenes at Capital Honda. I used to give my car to them because they were prompt in service and arranged for pickup/drop of the vehicle and hence very convenient. However, the current experiences seem to indicate that the actual servicing of the car is poor quality and they dont have competent technical staff to provide the right opinion and fix issues reasonably.
