Myself Dr Arun Prakash T from Chennai, India ( currently in Pondichery) owning a Honda city car with Registration number TN07 CB 1001, with engine number . L15Z12216638 and Chassis numberMAKGM66DEF4103017 gave my car for service on 8/ November 2021 in Chennai Perungudi Branch.
My bill invoice number is : SR055B21-11091 with bill amount of 85426 INR ( eighty five thousand and four hundred and twenty six rupees ). After taking from service, i have driven only less than 1500 KM ( thousand five hundred KM) within less than 1 month the car air condition is not working, service light from car dash board is highlioghted, a metalic sound is coming from car suspensor. After spending such a huge rupees, I have expected a clear work, but I am sorry to say that within a time of less than 1 month, veichle work is totally dissaster.
This is clear Neglegence from your side. I am levaing my car for service in pondicherry Capital Honda, and I request a Proper answer and a Proper answer.

    I submitted my Honda amaze car for service for body paint work, repairs for rodent bites and tail lamp replacement on Nov 20, 2021. It has two weeks since then and they don’t give proper explanation on the delay in service . They won’t contact and only we will have check with the Crm often . In my 7 years of Honda service I have not faced this backlog. They have been deferred my delivery multiple times.

      Hi Team,

      I have enquired about the used Ford ecosport (TN-09-BZ-6373) in Capital Honda Meenambakkam a few days ago and I would like to highlight my feedback here.

      1.I inquired about the vehicle through the car wale app. Vehicle has two owners with Fair outlook and rust under the chassis, Bottom of the windshield and every screw has rust. This is the Major drawback. The other thing is the vehicle is not serviced at all. When we turn on the ignition there is a service reminder light.
      Considering all these issues, I have quoted 4.50 lakhs two weeks ago including Name transfer. But from the Management side they are expecting 4.60 Lakhs without name transfer.And last time when I approached them they said they have an offer for 4.6 already. My question is if you have a good offer why can't the vehicle be sold in the first place? Almost it has been a month since you did not sell the vehicle?

      I need your assistance here. Please someone inspect all those rust in the vehicle and quote for a price.

      My final offer is 4.50 lakhs with Name transfer.

        I gave my vechicle TN 16B 7799 Honda City Diesel for service in Capital honda, Puducherry with oil leak as major complaint. My vechicle kilometre run is about 1.5Lakhs . I gave the vechicle on 12. 10.2021. Initial estumation amount was around 8000 for general service. Then they checked in for engine oil leak and said it's been a major issue and it alone costs 18-19k with labour cost. And they added up with the need of clutch and brake pedal and the total estimation of the three complaints will be around 36k. They asked for one week to be serviced. I went to take back my vechicle on 19.10.2021. After 1.5 hours of wait they delivered the vechicle around 7.15pm. And the bill amount was around 53k. Literally shocked to see the invoice. I calculated even after adding up the general service estimation, adding 36000+8000, it would come around 44000 maximum. I ended up paying 53000+. Even then i believed the company as i believed them for the past 7 years since 2014, i jus paid them and took back my vechicle. Soon after driving, i realized the vechicle doesn't seem smooth, as it would be generally even after a general service. It started to wobble as i drive back to home in highways. And today 20.10.2021, the vehicle has been wobbling even @2nd gear. My problem with the service centre is even after spending so much money, I'm not satisfied with my car. There was no wobbling issues before i left my car to service. Did they even run a roas test?? How can they give a vechicle in such a condition?? I know wheel alignment is a separate charge and it dint include in the bill. But even after giving the vehicle for 1 week, again i have to leave my car for new complaints here in my local area. Totally fed up with the CAPITAL HONDA this time. Time to move on to another company, another car.

          I am anant virtual more at post kolambe tal sangmeshwar dist Ratnagiri. We buy new honda activa in devrukh on month in jun and the scooter have starting problem from beginning now we struggle almost 3 months of this problem. The showroom owner didn't want to replace the scooter he says u have to talk to the dealership. Why should I have to talk ? We says we paid 90000 and something and we are not satisfied of this scooter please replace the scooter and give us new one or give our money back.he didn't want to replace. So please inform me wher should I go or wher should I talk. Because this is not his problem this manufacturer defect this scooter and he doesn't want to replace.                   Sir, I have purchased the extended warranty of our Car TN64 F6917 (Honda Amaze EX) and policy number SER-ATW-DD[protected] on October 22 on 22.10.2020.
                  services advisor advice which replace the following items
                  1.Front both inner ball join
                  2.Front both tie rod end
                  3.Front both link rod and
                  4. Front right hand side power window motor winding assembly

                  Till now spares are not available for Trichy capital Honda
                  whenever I call, they said spares are not available.
                  So please take necessary steps to replace the above items in the above policy as quickly as possible. Please check and inform the availability of spares which we will plan to replace our car.

                  We need to quickly replace the parts due to uncomfortable driving.

                    My Honda Amaze TN11R 7476, was picked up for service in Capital Honda perungudi service centre and assigned to Service Advisor name Poochandiran.

                    The car was taken for service by capital Honda two weeks back 16th of FEB and returned on 2nd March, During this two week I had multiple challenges with the Service Advisor Poochandiran

                    To know the service details and he was able to coded the amount / estimation for service but not able to explain service split / changes. finally call front office to more details
                    and speak to the Service manger to know the standard service coverage and about the additional charges cleaning the AC went, Front bonnet cleaning charges
                    Break & Disc PAD changing etc.

                    This really took more than 4Days for me get the information from the service manage to continue the service. Service Advisor Poochandiran have not tried the test drive of vehicle
                    and code what are the problem in the vehicle and what repairs needs to be done in his level. He never proactively call me to inform about the Delay / Vehicle status during this two week
                    I personally call him alternate days to know what is the status of the vehicle. No Service Estimation delivery date is confirmed / communicated.

                    Make me more upset through SERVICE & CHOSSING HONDA . As i am using Maruti Alto & NEXA - Scross for the past several years and I did not face such problem in service complaints .
                    Service is prompt informing about the details of the repair cost & Customer follow up .

                    CAPTAL HONDA in perungudi completely miss up in the last two service where both the service experience, Vehicle service is not satisfactory and Up to the mark expected from HONDA.
                    Last time when I gave my vehicle to body shop and the issue reoccur got repaired now in this service .

                    This time I am having a serious issues after service, replacement of Disc PAD & Brake Is CHARGED & BILLED as the same is informed by the service manager when I contacted for the vehicle status update
                    Now after the replacement the vehicle is not tested by the Service Advisor Poochandiran and Car Delivered on 2nd March . Now I am having an high heating issues in the front disc pad where I test
                    Driving to 2km and when I contacted the service advisor he keep saying you have to replace the DISC without checking what is the problem and this is not informed while I spoke to service manage
                    So, I am sure there is some issues in fixing before not a problem with the DISC I regularly check all this things for a safer side I am 100% sure this is purely a fault from the service technician & Advisor

                    As this vehicle is used by my family members in case of any FIRE CAUSE / BREAK FAILUERS happen HONDA SHOULD BARE the COST OF DEATH / MECHINCAL ISSUES
                    SINCE THIS IS NOT TESTED PROPERLY FROM THE SERVICE CENTER BEFORE DELIVERY I CHECKED AND INFORMEDTHE SAME TO A PERSON WHO DELIVER THE VECHILE .

                    I would sincerely like to brought this to knowledge of HONDA TEAM because The BRAND Value should not spoiled because of Service Advisor & Service responsibility .

                    Please take a look at this problem and do the needful.

                      Hello, two week before we handed over my car [Honda jazz] to capital honda chennai meenambakkam branch for service... Till date they say a particular car wheel spare has not arrived so it would take another few days for delivery... It's been more than 15 days our car is for service... Really disappointing to watch this kind of response from a well known trusted organisation... They reported that the car wheel alloy material is not in stock.. Traumatic to hear such a worthless answer from Honda... Very disappointed and felt bad for buying Honda jazz...im totally under stress because of this issue...never gonna opt for Honda in future as well

                        I booked my Honda Amaze car on Jan 2019 through Capital Honda Perungudi, OMR. Chennai, Tamilnadu.

                        When booking the car, the sales person Prakash promised that he will get under chasis paint done.

                        I have followed up with him almost an year.
                        Every time he says some excuses and still under chasis paint is done.

                          My name is R.PREMKUMAR (Cell No: [protected]) from karaikal (Puducherry state). I had purchased HONDA CITY ZX trusting the HONDA brand on September 2018 . My Vehicle no: py:02 – S 9396. Engine No; L15Z14427769. VIN: MAKGM669FNJN300967.
                          Periodically I am maintaining my car. On 13 Feb 2020 my car was serviced in puducherry . March month the car display didn’t work it becomes white blurred in 2 minutes. I had informed to the service station in puchucherry. They asked to me to bring the car. My home town is 130 km away from the service station moreover public exam was going for my son at that time. So I can’t move to the service point on march.
                          March end COVID Pandemic starts and I didn’t get pass to enter into other state so I can’t take my car to the service point. . On 16 sep capital Honda –puducherry arranged service camp in my town. I took the car to the service station they changed the oil and do some maintenances. But they didn’t have equipment to solve my display problem. They asked to come to puducherry.
                          On 23 october I went to puducherry service station they checked the display and told it should be changed as it is in warranty period they agree to change new display unit in a month.
                          November 10 I went to service station. The in charge told we have booked for the spare and you will get it in November 28 . I went to the station on December 1 st week now the supervisor in the service station told me “ The display problem is very common in Honda . Small service station in pondy itself we have more than 100 nos of complaintant monthly we are getting 10 display only so you should wait for another 3 month”
                          Without display reversing my is very difficult. Though I had paid more than 15 lakhs I didn’t use my car with pleasure due to this problem .imagine a long travel with audio. What is the use of buying the brand car.
                          I have some question
                          1, Is there any wrong with me other than trusting the Honda brand.
                          2, If any accident happens when I am taking reverse its Honda company take the response.
                          3, spending more than 15 lakhs i didn’t have the driving comport / who will be answerable
                          4, In small station like pondy itself Honda car have 100 nos of display panel problem means lakhs of
                          display panel problem all over in India. Is Honda producing a low quality display unitS?
                          5, Trusting HONDA is a wrong?
                          Last 6 months I have worried about this problem try to rectify it. Its Honda payable for my depression? Don’t force me to move further.

                            In the last 6 months of lockdown for the second time the windshield in my Brio has cracked. The crack starts exactly at that point where the wiper falls. Both times the crack has been at the exact same spot. The first time, Honda service Center professionals convinced me that it is due to some stone that would have fallen on the windshield. While I was absolutely not convinced how a stone could fall on a covered car park and during lockdown when I didn’t take my vehicle out, I still went with it as I was not sure what else could have caused the crack. So, after insurance paid for 50% or so, I paid the rest out of my pocket and replaced the windshield. Now again within 6 months the sam exercise has reappeared. I checked the wiper blade and could find that it is rusted and during service no one bothered to check the wiper blade or replace it. My vehicle is with Capital Honda OMR and the service Center folks are adamant that it’s not because of the wiper blade but because a stone or some hard object has fallen on the car.
                            Is it even sensible to tell me that in a covered car parking where two other cars are kept, a stone or a hard object falls on this particular car’s windshield and at that particular spot for the second time in the last six months?

                            Why can the Service Center accept its mistake that they missed noticing the rust or fault in the wiper and replace the windshield that’s broken due to their fault?

                            Why do they want to fleece honest customers who service car regularly with them time and again? The car number is 7503 Honda Brio.
                            Is there someone who can intervene and put some sense into this matter?

                            I am ready to take legal action if need be, as this is not just in the interest of money but in the interest of getting justice.

                                My honda city was left for service and insurance clam at the capital honda Meenambakkam service center, when I asked for the estimation slip to be provided to the insurance company there was no intimation of any estimation charges. When I got the estimation email which also states that an estimation charge will be added if not claimed and why was I not notified when I asked for the estimation upfront. Is this how the protocol works ?
                                A customer needs to be intimated before the estimation is made if there are any additional charges are to be made.

                                  After the second service suddenly average of honda amaze dropped to11.5kmpl. Before the service meter was showing average of 15.5 kmpl. I drove 283km after the second service, the meter was showing an average of 11.5kmpl for 283 km trip.

                                    मैंने 25 अक्टूबर को गाड़ी खरीदी थी जिसका नवंबर महीने में एक्सीडेंट हो गया मेरे द्वारा कंपनी में बार-बार बोलने पर भी उसको ठीक नहीं किया गया जबकि मेरी गाड़ी का बीमा है उन्होंने सिर्फ बातों को घुमाया और अब मेरी गाड़ी की बैटरी भी खराब हो गई है वह भी उनके द्वारा ठीक नहीं की जा रही वहां कंप्लेंट करने पर वह सिर्फ बातों को टाल देते हैं

                                      The way of service advisor is very worst we are waiting for 3hours for changing type but now they telling that no type available. This is not fair by the advisor rafeeq working in perungudi customer advisor and laso we are waiting for car key 15mins bec of they generating bill to take my car this is very very worst service centre for honda. I will definitely tell to my friends don't go to this service centre and i will complaint to the higher official's for further enquiry.

                                        Mr muniratnam manager body shop promised to deliver the vehicle on 23rd nov 2019 after insurance surveyor visited company on 19th nov 2019.

                                        Till 23rd nov 7.30 pm he never called me or answered my calls.
                                        When i spoke at 7.30 pm. He told he cannot tell when he will deliver the vehicle.

                                        A vague reply frustrates a customer. After asking even 5 or 6 times, mr muniratnam told he cannot tell when he will deliver the vehicle.
