I'm dr. Muthukumar ([protected]) from thanjavur. I left my honda city 17 for 3rd service at thanjavur capital honda at 1pm[protected] to a service man ramesh ([protected]). Around 6.30 to 7 pm, he drove the car outside the entrance and handed the car over at dark so that i couldnt check the car.
I drove the car till 2 km n stopped by n found out a crack in front windglass. Then when i went back to honda, it's closed. I called the manager, they said to come tomorrow.
After morning, they bolted that they are not responsible n i gotta pay...

The worst service ever is at honda capital and my friends too coming far are used to say honda men always broke something.

As per consumer's rights, i need compensation and proper justice.

    I had done the paid service for car at your show room on 03/11/2017. The bill for service and workshop bill was received mentioning the gst no of your company and my bank. Because of this i am not able to claim the amount from my bank i had already spoken to your person and hey said they will be sending the revised bill but till date i have not received in spite of several reminders. The bill nos are sr[protected] and sr[protected]. Request you to kindly look into this and send the revised bill mentioning the gst no of your company and the bank which i have already furnished.       I have been servicing my brio and city with capital honda omr since i bought from them.

      They just take advantage of the owners who wants to maintain a proper maintenance records.

      Today, i made a decision get my car back without the service. As a pattern, i had always seen them adding lot more unwanted things to take care if you are just listening to the service advisor.

      What a big thiefs they are?...

      Dear sir due to a rickshaw driver mistake my amaze car damaged front and left side. I dropped my car to prime honda on dated 08/11/2017. But after so many phone calls nobody in prime honda vaishali is able to answer my car condition.
      I am very shockded to see how they iritate to your valuable customer.

      Dear sir/madam yesterday i also lodged a complaint against prime honda (Capital cars pvt ltd) but stil no responce from honda side.
      Sir i have dropped my car to such agency from last 10days for small work. My car left side a rickshaw hitted and left side door fender and bumper got damaged due to the hit. I dropped my car to honda agency but from 8/11/2017 i reguler follwing for my car but no body of prime honda exicutive giving any answer about health of my car.
      I am daily seeing two or three customer shouting on shopfloor to worksho manager but they are like dummy there.
      I request you to kindly look this matter seriously. I could be a sufferer but you are loosing your valuable customer due to nonsence behavior of capital cars exicutive.

        Dear sir/madam, i had purchased honda mobilio car in march 2016. As part of accessories, a navigation/music system was fitted into it. The navigation system has issues since the very first day and all the features of it hardly worked at once. Numerous follow ups led to replacement after an year but the replacement itself is not new and has issues. The service support non-cooperative staff also had issues. The refund was promised for last repairs but now company delaying/denying it. Please assist

        Honda active bought from panachimoottil Honda KOLLAM . with in warranty period only . changed back tyre and battery and some small parts .since it is in warranty period we are ready to pay for the tyre and battery . but after service they given a 7500 bill and after negotiations fixed to Rs 6850. We feel it is against your warranty promises.

          I gave my honda city - diesel car to capital honda - meenambakkam at the milage of 27, 000 kms on[protected]. After the general service we went on a holiday to a remote place on[protected]. On[protected] the car didn't start and the complete electricity connection was out. We checked with local mechanic and he found the battery was fully dead. Since the size of the batter was not available we forced to stay another day and got it changed it on 15th.

          A complete general service with a heavy bill people believe every thing is taken care. But the basic items like battery not checked by honda in general service which made the car dead after 3 days of service is highly surprising pand disappointing.

            I own 2 cars from honda. Honda brio and honda city. Whatever service i do, i do only in honda showroom. Have never gone to any outside service centre. With the belief that honda will do good for my vehicle. Recently i changed 2 tyres for my honda city. I contacted before going to showroom and confirmed if there s bridgestone tyres. The person who attended call told me it is available. I went straight to showroom and enquired. They said its available and they ll change and i can take the car evening. When i returned home i got a cal. The person from honda, told me sir bridgestone is not available and only michellin tyres are available. I was upset but they convinced me to buy michellin. I got convinced because the person was explaining me a lot and also i believed honda that it ll do no harm. At that day i took my uncle with me to get my car delivered. I was paying the bill. My uncle was with car. He has noticed some dimple in the front tyre which was changed newly. But the service person has told it would have happened during fitting sir and nothing to worry. I gave a good feedback evem though i was not happy with michellin. After one month, the dimple which was noted earlier turned into a big one. I did not fight with showroom persons and left the tyre for inspection. Now they are telling u got 50% off sir. Buy a new tyre at 3000 sir. Why should i repay for the same tyre which was a damaged piece fitted to my car?
            If still i keep numb this pondicherry honda showroom service people will keep on making mockery at me. Please take necessary action.
            My car is honda city 2014 model, am from pondicherry.

              Am totally disappointed with the service done for my car (TN82 Z 0253) Honda Amaze. They haven't seen the job card at the time of service and response was very bad when asked about the listed complaints. Response to our calls was not at all to the mark. I will never come to menambakkam centre again and will convey the same to all my friends and family to not to buy or give service to them..

                I bought this city 2017 from capital honda. Within. The first week the cars digipad was not working same was replaced and now on the 20th the ac stopped working. Iam really worried and regret making this honda as my choice. Iam going g to take the car to the showroom tomorrow but i don't understand how a new car can have so many problem. I doubt if they have sold me a bad car eventhough i've not forced them for the cars delivery. Iam also planning to move this problem legally as it is already my second problem in one and half months.

                  My name kannan. Cb unicorn 150 cc bike i took on 30/12/2016 (Soranam honda in dindigul). Frame no: me4kc09mmg8125197 / engine no; kc09e87125098 / dc # tn060001 gets when third service (04/04/2017) vehicle was good. 04/04/2017 service center was in the vehicle throughout the night. The next day i came home to take the bike. After running the vehicle's engine came from 10b k. M noise. The next day (07/04/2017) go to the vehicle service center when asked to come up with the next day and said the vehicle is warm. The next day (08/04/2017) to adjust the noise coming'd have to agree. Afternoon on the grounds that it had been exactly the same problem shortly before i gave it back to the vehicle. Asked whether they had said to bring on 10/04/2017. On 10/04/2017've gone with the vehicle. Shall be adjusted to give. On 11/04/2017 the vehicle engine heat, even more so given the size of the problem is observed. Wrong or part of the service center of vehicle stole the vehicle? Cctv recordings

                    Recently I bought an used car from Capital honda nearby to chennai Airport. I bought the on Feb 15. This is my first car & am not much familiar with car. So I just checked the car running conditions & exterior looks which was quite smooth and good. I got the car delivered making sure that it's not a flood affected vehicle as well no accidental damages in the vehicle as per the statement given by the sales consultant Mr Pazhani. I noticed some minor scratches & floor mats was tampered. So I checked with the representative, he promised me to deliver the car by giving a small coat of paint & as well fixing a dent on the running board. So when I went to get my car after all the payments were settled. As I was in a urge to get back to my work, I didn't notice anything inside the car. As soon as I started I came to know that the car music system is not working and the headlamps were not working properly as well the bumper and floor mats were not fixed properly but the car was well polished with a glossy look. So I reached the person who sold the car through phone, he just responded that he will have it fixed later. So I got really annoyed after such a non sense as they fail to keep up their commitments. After a week time, I just approached a local garage nearby my residence to check on the vehicle conditions to service my vehicle. The service person clearly outlined the problems in the vehicle which was never told by the sales person from Capital honda. There are some major issues in the vehicle such as oil leaks from the engine castings & all the engine parts were completely replaced which shows some traces of an accident vehicle. To make up this the body of the car is well painted. So the next day I approached directly to the showroom to meet the person requesting for the vehicle service records and much more about the vehicle history. As I explained those things to Mr Pazhani, the next word he uttered where did you hit your vehicle. I really lost my mind with him & requested him to take back the vehicle with some depreciation cost as I used the car for a week time or to replace with some other vehicle available over there and suggested to stop the name transfer process which is ongoing. Here I came to know the real face of the person, the sales rep handled the issue as they are no longer responsible for such problems and stated he will check with his manager. I said, I will meet his manager straight to come to a conclusion but he never let me to meet his manager & suggested to come next day. I questioned him why I need to waste my day for your irresponsibility, for that the sales person speaks like if your cheated what's the point in blaming us and why you are questioning us.I replied why shouldn't I question you when I pay for the product and moreover I bought it from you people. Finally our conversation ended up in a hassle. However he is least bothered for my questions anymore. He responded like it's your fault to check those things before delivery and spoke like as if they are no longer responsible as they sold the vehicle. I agree it's my mistake but am really disappointed with their response as he ignored to provide the service records. Is this how they respond to a customer. I got really frustrated with him and left the place. A customer service person should understand the situation of the customer and try to give solution with the alternate options available but here I don't understand how such a kind of people were given a job to handle the customer queries. All they want is to fill their pockets at the end of the day. So hereby I post my experience to share others don't fall into the trap of such a company selling cars who doesn't even service the customers properly once they get profited from us.

                    I had bought Honda city 2017 delivered on 8th March 2017 and today ie on the 11 the of March 2017 as my birthday present the cars touch pad stopped working. Iam very disappointed with this and require a replacement for this ASAP and this mail is to make my problem in black and white.Hope that you will do something.

                      I had purchased a Insurance through Honda Assure Insurance. It's a Zero Depreciation Insurance. Now when bumper is damaged they are giving only 50% cost of the paint job & saying that in the previous claim bumper has scratches & marks.
                      I had given my car on Monday[protected] & confirmation of the claim is given on Wednesday[protected] another lie that it will take 4 hours to settle the claim.
                      But there is no major damage to it.
                      The policy is from royal Sundaram VHP/01187381.
                      The purchase of Vehicle is 21/02/2013.
                      Its only a attempt of the both the company to make a fool of the customer.
                      Kindly check into the matter that a zero Dep. policy need a 50% cost to be paid by the customer bcoz he had not taken the claim from the very first scratch on his vehicle if its needed or not.

                        Honda cars india ltd. — service related complaint against capital honda - pondicherry

                        I own a honda city vx model 2015 reg: py 05 a0041. I have gone to capital hondai on 19th nov. 2016 for removal of back door dent which was covered under honda assure icici lombard insurance. I got the delivery date on 25th nov 2016 and i have paid an advance of four thousand rupees for a spare part that has to come. When i called them on 25th i. E yesterday, they simply said that it may take another two days. I feel that they should have mentioned earlier about this time delay. I'm a doctor by profession and i had to run hardly 100 kms everyday to my office and my clinic. I feel sick of this issue n dissatisfied. Same thing happened at my last service.. Dr. K.                           Hi friends Iam servicing my Honda amaze car in capital Honda meenambakkam before two weeks 10-9-16 I left my car for service I spend 13500 for service but before one week 18-9-16 wight smoke came from my car I took my car to service center thay said car was flooded but no flood in chennai that time thay sed their was a problem in Ingen and repair cost will b up to 70000 I have external warranty for car till but warranty will 1ly applicable for robatic mistakes I registered this complain before 2 days a call came for me before 2days from hond and the service person said will call in 10 min but 24 hr passed still no response.

                            With reference to the above, i have given my honda city car no. tn 10 w 9669 to honda –aadit auto company pvt, ltd., chennai – 27 for general service and below particular complaints.
                             water leakage between front wind shield and roof cover
                             change of front door panel due to small dent

                            Remarks … before the next service, ie., in the month of april 2016, the same complaint is there, leakage was not arrested

                            Remarks … after change of front door panel, the centre lock system was failed when the car was dropped to arrest the repair, even after 15 days they could not identify the problem and arrest the same. and now they say the required spare parts are not available in the work shop. hence, they suggested me to change the new front door panel and get repair the centre lock system.

                            • it is surprised to note that even after charging heavily for the service and other charges on parts, painting, the service (repair work) was not satisfactory to the customer.
                            • why can’t they do the repair work to arrest the water leakage up on the front wind shield?
                            • when the new front door panel was totally changed, why was the centre lock system failed?
                            • when it was complained that the centre lock system was failed, why can’t they still identify the depth of the problem even after 15 days of time and reach the solution?
                            • finally, they suggest me to change the new door panel to get repair the centre lock system to the worth of rs.35, 000/-, is it right?
                            • if this is the service and mechanic level of honda –aadit auto company pvt, ltd., how can a customer be satisfied?
                            • if they could not satisfy a customer for purchase of your own product, where is the remedy?

                             even after the service done on 10-05-16, the same both complaints are there, there is no words to express our feeling about the service. the service done by your people water leakage between front wind shield and roof cover could not even arrest water leakage in last week summer rain.

                            I request you to guide me in this regard to get a prompt and best of best service from honda –aadit auto company pvt, ltd., chennai - 27.

                            Honda is not a forge company. They are making profit in their cars but also from many such programmes such as Honda Assure Insurance & Honda Buddy Loyality.
                            I will never suggest to buy Honda car for mere 5000 points & you never claim such points but the other customer is fooled by the car.

                              I recently booked a honda jazz with capital honda OMR chennai, TN. Last week i got a delivery to my office late in the evening when it was almost dark, we found out the car was damaged and an awful paint job was done over it.They thought they can fool us by giving a damaged car in the dark so that we wouldn't notice. When we said we would complaint about it, Mr.Nitesh Sales exe., he replied saying he doesn't care because he will change his job. And manager Mr.Sathyanarayanan And . Manager Mr.Madhan kumar both forced us to take the damaged car. And after so much fuss they took my car for better painting service and promised me to give it on last saturday (5.3.2016) but they failed to do so, when asked they said they can give it only on wednesday, which i am not ok since i am already taking a damaged car on top that the delay which i cannot accept. The pleasure and the mood of getting a new car has been totally spoilt by the dealers. Because of the dealers i don't feel like getting or referring to someone to get a honda car. I wonder how many innocent people got cheated with this dealer. It would be nice if you could take some action over the issue.

                                I had given my car for service under insurance claim and change of parts on 13.11.2015. Till date the car was not shown to the insurance surveyor. It was supposed to be delivered today but the car is at the same place at the yard for seven days. The poor service from the service department has created an hatred towards honda now. Honda is loosing its reputation because of such treatments to customers. Capital Honda's Employees informed me that Survey was completed on 16.11.2015 but till date it has not been done.                                   I gave my car for servicing to Capital Honda in Chennai on May 07 2015, They charged me 7040. but they are not given bills. On the same day they told me printer repair we will sent the bill in email. Still not i am coordinating with capital honda but not yet received the bill.                                     I own a Santro Xing XL. I have a complaint regarding misbihave and wrong information given by CAPITAL Hyundai, Sector-2 Noida fist time i am go to fist time in hondai workshopand my experinace is not very good. I suggest you guys to stay away from these people.

                                      Our car Honda Civic met with an accident as on 27/Feb/2013. We gave the car to Capital Honda at Perungudi after filing for FIR and receiving it on the same day. The initial estimate of the car cost was that Rs. 40000 from our pocket and remaining insurance will pay. After looking at the damages they claimed that Rs. 75000 we would have to pay and the remaining the insurance will cover. We agreed and accepted to that. They estimated that in 3 weeks time the car would be ready.

                                      Then the follow up started, every second day we would call them or land up at their office to find out about the status of the car but in vain. Either some part was not available or not dispatched or etc etc. They have never once given a correct answer and manager keeps promising to call but does not bother. We have hired another car for our daily usage and its on a daily payment basis.

                                      We just need a date and time confirmed as to the date of completion of the work and handing over. It seems that no one knows whats happening and ironically in this day and age of technology I think their part dispatch happens via a bullock cart without any indication for follow up. We are still waiting for our car and no one seems to have a clue about it!

                                      Pathetic.....and think of all the trouble the owners have to go through! Apart from paying for the car we are paying for the second car hire and the mental tension of not knowing when we will get our car and inclusive of the tension given by the car hire person to atleast know the date by which we will be returning his car.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I'm one of the happy customers for owning a Honda Brio. I bought it in the year December 2012. I felt happy when I drive my car, I love it and it loves me back. But I'm very much worried about servicing my car with Capital Honda Chennai, from whom I bought the car. I'm facing a lot of issues because of their poor service. Below are some of them.

                                      1) Capital Honda charge customers with unnecessary part replacement, even if it is not damaged.
                                      2) I suspect the technicians and service managers replace the original parts from the customer cars with damaged ones. Asking the customer to replace the damaged ones, there by making money for labor charge and they can sell the good parts outside. It happened twice to me.
                                      3) Without understanding what needs to be replaced / serviced at specific interval of car servicing time, they ask customers to change the parts (Wheel alignments, tyre replacements, teflon coating etc., ). This clearly shows their motive in making money (May be the service manager and technicians themselves or the whole Capital Honda - Aadit Auto company pvt ltd.). They can develop business with their hardwork but not by cheating their customers.

                                      Recently I gave my Honda Brio for service to Capital Honda Meenambakkam. I found no damage when I left my car to them, all the damages such as scratches are all noted down by the representative who came to pick up my car. But before delivery the service manager called me and informed that my car's wiper blade has got damaged and they need to replace it. I told them it was in a good condition when I gave my car for service and how did it got damaged. He told me that the technician reported the damage.

                                      As I know my car's condition very well than them, I told them no need of replacing it just send it as it is. When I received my car after service, I found an abrupt damaged wiper blades. I understood one thing from it. Either the technician has damaged it or the technician and the service manager jointly cheating us by replacing the good wiper blades with damaged ones.

                                      One thing I can say now is " CAPITAL HONDA SERVICE CENTRE IS SPOILING HONDA CARS REPUTATION".
                                      Suppose If I have no other choice of getting a good service for my Honda car then I will lose heart and " I WILL GET RID OF HONDA CARS AND WILL BUY / RECOMMEND SUZUKI CARS INSTEAD"
