Feeling pity to write this, i 'm asking for my refund of Rs. 21, 000 since more then 2 months to Prime Honda, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. Mr. Sumit Sharma was assisting me and asked to give all the desired documents to do the refund, which I've given 15 days back. I'm continuously asking him for refund in whats app and also called him many times, he always says it will be done tomorrow, but that tomorrow has not yet come.

Its so annoying and disturbing that the entire Honda Team doesn't pay homage to their customers at all and take them for granted.

If it goes like this, i dare you'll be loosing the tag of No.1 selling Cars in market sooner or later. The so called prestigious Honda is not able to handle one single customer query.
Its a shame that how you guys have dealt with my refund process which others would have done quickly.

What should I do? A police complaint or an official tweet in Twitter Honda's official account to embarrass the entire Honda more.

    I had done my car service (Honda jazz) in capital honda service station on 27sep2019 and i had listed my complaints in hand written copy and phone call to service supervisor. It is found that my car was returned to me as if same condition with out fixing my issues.
    1. Rear side plastic panel was not aligned.
    2. Car was not cleaned properly.
    3. Steering side panel is not fixed properly.
    4. Reverse gear shifting is hard.
    This are the issues i can see visually were this is self i could command and i had some serious concern in gear shifting, ac cleaning and oil changing which i could not see. How do i believe you had addressed my issues. Worst experience with capital honda service. I have been facing your service issue on every time this is not first time. I have all my mail copies. I am paying money for service and its not free for me, dont think customers are fools.

      Good morning,
      I have purchased new Honda city v model on July 19th 2019 in Capital Honda show room at velachery. When I book my car they spoke like honey in the mouth, after delivery no one care about it what they promised.
      Also I haven't received any offers for that car yet. Even hundai Verna offered lot more things...

      First Service is very worst.

      Dealers not even care about the first service.

      Dealer told, he recharged fast tag card, but there is no amount in that.

      I can simply say ppl are money minded, once they receive the money they never care about customer.

      I am totally dissatisfied with this purchase in Capital Honda and I would like to say all the opportunity to take action for the same.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from capital honda meenambakkam, after multiple follow-ups and escalations my vehicle (Tn 06 m 0135) was taken for service on 5th aug 2019 (Monday) afternoon for ac compliant.
        Mr. Balaji received the vehicle and gave me a call saying he will revert back and update the status in one hour but since wednesday evening (Ie. 7th aug 2019) i did not receive any call from them on the update. But i had no option but to call them everyday and ask for the update he repeatedly gave me the same answer that the diagnosis is happening and he will call back checking with the team but there was no call. On 8th aug, wednesday morning i finally received a call from balaji saying the car is diagnosed with hose pipe damage so the gas is leaking and he has placed an order to get the spare parts and it will take other 4 days to get the spare and then he will check for the complaints and let me know the update.
        I am not sure, does it take 3 days to diagnose a ac gas leak. I also spoke to mr siva kumar (Crm) but i did not get an convincing answer from them.
        I travel apprx 50 kms everyday and it is very difficult to commute without my car and this lethargic attitude of buying or taking time is unacceptable.
        I would need the day - wise activities / diagnosis that is made to help me understand the process.
        I trust this is not the way capital honda wishes to conduct services with valued customers — i have been with you since 5 years and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.

            Being proud owner of Honda city stating my experience with capital Honda service center. I have taken web appointment for paid service and given the vehicle on 19th June morning to the Capital Honda service center Pondicherry. I have claimed insurance for body shopping. The person in charge for insurance taken all the documents and said that he will inform me about the progress. After two days from 19th i.e on Saturday evening he called me and said surveyor is on leave so work is not done the vehicle will be delivered on Tuesday but after that no update. I called to his number enquired about status. He said that he was on leave. Then later in the evening he called and said the vehicle is in paint booth the vehicle will be delivered on Wednessday. I am having suspicious about this kind of irresponsible behavior and customer satisfaction is not taken care. Very first day of taken vehicle for service they are prompt in updating invoice and re invoice but not about the progress of the work done on the vehicle. Because of this I lost my precious time and mental upset.

              I have purchased honda civic zx on launch by april 2019. This is my third car and being a customer of honda cars in india for the past ten years. While purchasing the manager and sales representatives promised me to provide car accessories extra. But till date this offer promised was not done. Apart when the honda card india enquired about my purchase of this car, they specifically questioned about the discount offered to me. But no such discount given except some offer in car insurance which is totally distinct one. My continuous approach to the dealership capital honda at thanjavur they are so casual and sarcastic to fulfill their obligations. So i request to comply with the offers in full as stipulated.

                I bought zx i top model on 31 dec 2019 from prime honda this car breakdown on monday night and once i contact service centre they ask me to deposit 743/- then only service will be arrange
                Next morning after paying due amount they send allianz support and charge battery timely which i send car for replacement to service centre
                They simply given some old battery and avoiding to give replacement
                It’s really strange to hear this from reputed co honda kindly replace my battery at earliest

                  I bought a city last year march. There was a gear shifting problem from the begining. Complained two rimes in the time if service. No response from the honda yet. Kindly rectify or will escalate the issue to the head of honda. Have got hyundai verna last may 2018, its far better than honda city which i own and better than any other lower end cars.                     Car no. Tn 09 bq 6097, serviced, with a request to remove hissing noise in the steering, low mileage. My complaint no.1-[protected].
                    The vehicle was not washed and the vehicle was poor state on receiving after service, the sound in the steering continued to exist, ie no change. It appears that the vehicle was taken inside the workshop and sent it back to eye wash the customer.
                    After i complained to the capital honda, i received few message stating "we will update you on the status of same very soon." there after one mr jagdish phoned me and asked me the prob and he informed me to visit the workshop when i go that side.

                    Is it the punishment to give the vehicle for service?

                      I had poor customer service experience from capital honda omr.

                      My new car (Apr'18) had faulty ac vent (Back seat) during delivery itself. Also the door rubber seal has come out in less than a month.

                      I spoke to sales person mani siddu who handled delivery, who said if i inform in advance he will order parts accordingly. So first 2 services this wasn’t done. For 3rd service, i carefully provided heads up 10days in advance. Mani never picked up my call nor responded to my whatsapp msgs, however i called landline number to ensure they liaise with mani. But this wasn’t fixed in 3rd service too.

                      I wanted to complain about this. I was given a phone number of person named karpagam from customer relationship, she didn’t want to listen and gave another number of person named john. John said he will order parts and call back, probably just to keep me shut at that point of time.

                      Now all my free services are over, this was probably deliberately delayed so that this can be charged during next service.

                      I will never go to capital honda omr again even though it’s hardly 2-3kms from my home. If only feedbacks are taken seriously there is scope for improvement.

                        I am writing this to notify that the inconvenience caused for me due improper diagnostic and service.

                        Vehicle number ka04mn 8123

                        On july 24, 2018 i had regular service on for my vehicle in honda service station kasaragod / kerala.

                        Prior to the service there was a abs warning light on front panel. I informed them to check the warning during my regular service. They diagnosed the case and informed me that, there is a problem in abs control unit and that needs to be replaced. Since the control unit was under the support contract i asked them order and replace.


                        One august 11 the vehicle brought to service station to replace abs control unit and rear shock absorber. After replacing the control unit the warning was still there. So they removed the control unit and they asked me to keep the vehicle for more days for thorough diagnostic.

                        On aug 16 they diagnosed and said 2 wiring kit is damaged and need to be replaced which will cost me around 15 thousand.

                        One august 27 i took my vehicle to another honda service center, kannur. They diagnosed the case and found that connection to the right rear break sensor was disconnected. They connected it and till today the issue not raised back.

                        Now my question is why honda service center was not able to identify the problem.
                        Are they running the service station without proper diagnostic equipment. I had to take my vehicle to the service center 3 times due to this.

                        Also i had noticed them doing wheel alignment and balancing every time i have taken my vehicle to service center for regular service. But as per honda this done after every 10000 km.

                          I recently got my second service done from capital honda. Before that we were informed there was a upgrade in the stering part so we had to give the vehicle for the upgrade after which all my issues began. I am not able to drive the car in the night as there fog formed through all the windows and front and rear view as well. We complained about it in the second service they said no issues, however we again gave the vehicle since it was not possible for us to drive at night. Again they said there is no issue. However the issue is still there not sure who can resolve this, we didn't have any issues like this before the upgrade need help.

                            We have booked new honda amaze on july 28 2018 at your capital honda show room trichy. While booking that car that sales people in trichy show room said we will give you once your car is getting registration.
                            As of now they didn't respond well to our call even though they got an full amount still they said musiri rto is went for training so we can't make an registration. But we enquire in rto office we came to know that rto is available at working days. As well as they registered all type of vehicle on that day. But your sales people keep on said it will get one more week to register your vehicle. Its very worst service we enjoyed in an organization. Please let me know that when will you give our vehicle.

                              We are having honda city car 2012 model. Recently our side mirror orm light alone got damaged and we have been asked to change the entire set costing around 4500/-. We were quite surprised by this as in other dealers like toyota, hundai are replacing only the light which will cost not more than rs. 1000/-, whereas in your case its totally not justified and asking for full replacement. Please let us know whether it is possible to change the light alone or not

                                I purchased honda activa from cargo honda urban state, jalandhar punjab. i consulted bank employee sonu mishra hdfc for my 2 wheeler loan of activa with his reference i went to cargo honda showroom urban estate when i met to the manager of his showroom he said that you could confirm everything from sonu mishra because he was sitting in the showrroom on daily basis activa.so i have taken decision to buy the honda activa on the same time i have given 10, 000 to him inside the showroom.without any bill, insurance copy of anything they handed over the activa to my wife when i asked to the showroom they said our manager aarti mam had gone now you could collect your documents by tomorrow .without any documents i took the ride of my new activa. Agency didn't give me any receipt of my down payment. moreover, company told me to contact sonu mishra and get revert of 10000rs. As you know this is the responsibility of company to answer.After long exertion agency give me the receipt on 18th june. i applied for a RC. The cost of RC was charged 5200rs . At that company gave me a provisional paper of RC. whenever i called for RC. Agency' employees used harsh words and no response for my RC. Even the date of provisional paper has been expired(30th june). As per labor law i have been suffering for the last few days. For the very first day my activa's self start button is not working properly. i am facing problems while starting. i think there is a problem of battery or anything else.i went to agency many a times for discussing this issues. I have got fed up now from all these things. I am a business man. There is a great loss due to company' s services. kindly take action against company. Nobody has to right to exploit their customers.
                                i look forward to settle this matter amicably. if, however, the matter is not satisfactory resolved within two or three days i will consider taking further a
                                legal actions against company...

                                  I brought honda city emt in 2015 dec with caska music and navigation system which has suggested by crystal honda employees and i agreed and pay extra for that caska car system after one year o[censored]sing caska music system i noticed that caska music system screen got scratches and scratches getting increasing day by day...
                                  I show that to crystal honda employee but they told me that its because of direct sunlight. I decided to go for authorized caska service provider and as i do so caska service provider ask me for warranty card i show them warranty card which has honda provided me on time of delivery but service provider refused to accept that n he shows me how honda provide you "wrong model warranty card" and service provider open the caska music system and shows me the type of fitting your honda employees did "caska music system fitted supportless it hasn't any support from upper side it just on the base of sponge. They had to fit it with proper clips while fitting music system and just because"improper fitting i am facing screen crack issue which taken off get up of my dashboard " what should bi do i spend 55k for that caska car system and result is here
                                  As like display they used nothing in fitting of sounds only one sound of my car is working rest three are just for show
                                  Very disappointed from honda and i start using car service other than honda for this reason

                                    My jazz is covered under honda asure insurance bumper to bumper. I don't know to whom they have association with insurance and least bothered and where there is dog bite or rate bite. They are speaking different language which is not accepted at all. Need solutions for this

                                      I bot wrv on jan 5, car have problem in its touch pad, it gets nearly 2-3 minutes to start, touch was really bad. On top of this car engine performance is too bad, it need lot of pressure and engine power to pull on slope areas, little risky to drive in hill stations, with 5 members in car it, pick up is so worst, engine doesn’t pull the car efficiently, i don’t get chance to test drive the car before purchase, already own brio, with trust on honda went for it, but now i completely regret it. I feel not worth the money, completely disappointed on honda. Honda must get the car back or improve the performance.

                                        My car city 2017 tn 12 u 8669 got serviced on 3/2/18 at meenambakkam capital honda service centre, i forgot to remove the navigation chip, when i tried to remove the navigation chip driver advices me to remove it only when the car is turned off or else it will lead to system failure then on stopping the car i forgot to remove the chip, when i received the car back my navigation chip is missing. Kindly help me in getting my navigation chip back, do the needful

                                        Recently I brought new Honda jazz car. I went first service he made Scratches in my car. Foolish service I told pls remove the Scratches then only I take my car. He do some Polish after I went my home that Scratches still there. Pls resolve my problem. We have 2 another car Honda BR-V. Then worst services ..
