I have bought a brand new 1.5ton Ac, from the day one we were feeling like there is an issue with the Ac with cooling as it can not hold the cooling for a while but as our room was having some air leakage via vents so we thought ok we should give some time and cover the vents and try. After covering the vent also the issue did not resolved so we raised a compliant[protected] there were few tech.persons visited and checked the Ac despite of acknowledging the cooling ac they rae telling ac is good no issues with it but at the same time we have shown them the issue by running 2 hrs the ac and when we turned the ac off it hardly hold the cooling for 5 minutes.

We have mail them but no response.They are trying to ignore the facts.
We have invested almost 40k, our hard Earned money in the Ac.

    I bought a new window ac on 18 july 2021. On 9th august i lodged a complaint(No[protected] on customer care about my A.C ' s room sensor issue. It was not cooling properly.2nd day engineer came, checked and said that pcb board has an issue and new part will come. 2 days later he came with the PCB board and changed but the problem remined the same. He tried to contact with his carrier technical team but no body responded him. He said that they will contact technical team and resolve as soon as possible. Later i contacted many times to service centre and they alwaya said that they will come but nobody came. Called many times to customer care and they replied that they escalated my request and service centre will contact me. But still nobody contacted me after 22 days. My AC is working like cooler. Due to room sensor error my room tempreture doesnot match with my ac tempreture. Ac is infront of bed so that i have to switch it off after a hour but within a few minutes feel vert hot as room tempreture still high. Please resolve mt problem .

        The worst experience with carrier people.

        They are not responding for customers.

        I bought a new carrier AC in VASANTH & co..with in day a I got a problem in my new AC …
        I complained lot of time with carrier people..

        They are not giving proper respond from carrier.

        They said me like give consumer complaint ..

        This is the way carrier responding to the customers.

        With in a month got problem with my AC

            My Ac was not working, raised a complain to carrier the mechanic from carrier visited infirmed to replace the AC as it's a detective piece.

              Dear Sir/Mam,

              We installed a window air conditioner(1.5 ton) 4.5 years ago from a reputed company named carrier but having a few problems with it since two years. We called for the service but it has been neglected, we also paid around 4000 bucks but still have'nt seen any results instead its conditioning is even worse instead its just working like a ceiling fan. We are extremely furious with customer satisfaction provided by your company. Its been five to six days the ac still has not been repaired. We are facing the hot summer and the air conditioner is not working.

              In the first place they told us that the ac would be repaired with only a single seasonal service, then they told us that there is a problem with leakage and the compressor gas has to be refilled. They took the ac to their service department for and repairing delivered us the product without any final testing. Now they they are telling us to replace the cooling coil which costs around 6000 bucks. In total they made me spend 4000 rs earlier and now pushing me to edge to buy a new part worth 6000rs. For a person like me from a middle class background its really disturbing to spend almost half the amount of the product itself on repairing and maintaining it. I am not able to afford such expenditure after such a shirt duration of time, infact the company guarantees its products quality for atleast a decade.

              We would be highly obliged if you take any actions against the service department of our locality, i.e. baltana (pin 140604 ) distt.mohali, punjab. earlier our AC was in running condition with less chilling, but now its compressor is not working and stopped totally. we are contacting your service office but they are not responding at all.

                It does not function properly regarding the room temp option. iIt always maintain room temp below 26 degree in spite of You opt for 30 degree

                  This is S Annal from Pondicherry. Me and my sister went to Pondicherry mall Reliance Digital to purchase Ac, there they said about carrier Ac. We bought carrier 1.5 ton ac on 19.04.2021, and they delivered product on 20.04.2021 afternoon. For installation they came after 2 days of delivery only after we called them many times... installation persons came on 22.04.2021 they are not responded well to us.. one of the person said that he doesn’t know where to connect the wires in indoor unit of Ac.
                  Installation was not professionally done... Before we Heared alarm sound but was not continuous.. We are hearing continuous high pitched alarm sound from today morning 7am even after we switched off the main power supply. We have 8 months kid at home.. Pls consider this, no human can tolerate this.. This sound irritates us a lot... Morning we have filed request, till now no-one came... Kindly consider us and do the needful. And we need replacement too.. thank you

                    Dear sir
                    I had purchased a carrier ac in jun'20
                    After that on july'20 onwards the gas was leaked and was filled by the technician while free service.

                    Today again at free services it came to know that gas is leaked again, and after checking technician claimed it is because of outdoor unit, as somehow monkeys or anyone has disturbed the vote.

                    If this time leakage is because of disturbance, than why gas was filled on July .

                    And what is the mean of free service at first year..

                    Pls sens all the service feedback form attached with reply of this mail.

                      I have bought Carrier AC Astura neo+ 1 ton during may 5th 2020 Month (Bill attached).

                      During installation we found that indoor outlet was not closing even though the outdoor unit get stopped.The installation done buy local people arranged by shop-owner.

                      That time itself we asked, can i get a new piece since its not working.
                      The shop owner told, replacement not possible but since its being under warrenty we can fix the issue before that Let covid get over.

                      Its hardly been 6 month and today a guy from Tiruvannamalai came, and he told condenser is working and you need to pay 650+ labour charge 200

                      I don't know what quality that carrier produces the AC because they delivered a defective product and i end up in paying Rs.850

                      Why should the end user has to pay for the defective product manufactured by Carrier and delivered by retailer.

                      Is carrier manufacturing a quality product or what ???

                      I at least expect a justification why should the end user has to pay ?
                      Is that the ethical ?

                        I've purchased carrier austra inverter ac. For rs.47532 in june19, in the same june 2020 my ac got problem in dead condition i lodged a complaint, service person came to my home done something ur fan motor not working we need to change, after 10 days they came with fan motor and changed and they your pcb board is not working we need to change, so after 25 days they came with pcb board, but after fixing that also ac not worked, they said we don’t know we will come with carrier technician, he said new pcb board problem, then after 20 days they came with another pcb board that also not worked, again another technician came completely zero knowledge about ac, broken some ac parts also, he told i will another fan motor and see, but he changed fan motor, after that also its not worked, and decided to go for replacement on 26th aug, manager mr. Vignesh confirmed if last pcb not worked i will assure you replacement, but now 5th sep when i make a call they are telling carrier not accepted replacement they are sending again technician, how stupidity behavior from such a big company, but they indirectly telling don’t purchase carrier inverter ac, inverter ac we don’t know wat problems will come, they are using my ac for learning, now they are cam up with depreciation, how company can fix value for my money which was wasted, and suffered lot because of not having ac, so indeed time they taken is too much, after 5 technician visited 5 times they didn’t solve the problem, very much disappointed with carrier austra inverter ac.. Kindly do the needful for replacement
                        Service person whoever came is not having knowledge on ac, as per my knowledge they make minor fault to major fault
                        I need a compensation for 3 month which i suffered because of no having ac.

                              Myself ramu pachamuthu. I have purchased carrier ac 1.5 ton through filkart on 05 oct 2019. Since that, i'm facing issue with this machine. Initially, ac had cooling issue like it took much time for cooling a room. Even, it is small room where we suppose to fix 1 ton ac.

                              Next to that, my biggest concern is ac smell. The machine is smelling very bad whenever it running. Particularly, starting of the machine and it would last for 10 mins.

                              Also, its expelling much dust while running.in product features, it was mentioned dust and bacteria proof. However, machine is not functioning as per description. Because of this, my respiratory problems got worsened.

                              Further more, some abnormal sound coming while running the machine. Also, ac machine not all responding to remote. We are struggling with remote and machine.

                              I have reported to this customer care over phone (Wait time 15-30 mins/attempt), and dropped email multiple time.

                              Finally, the service person came and looked around and nothing fixed. Just checked gas level and cleaned filter. Post service only, smelling and sounding of ac has been increased.

                              After all this, i wrote email for replacement request with high disappointment and much tiring to report this issues over phone. However, i never received any response from them.

                              I'm highly disappointed with carrier service and product quality.

                                I have booked a complain on 28th may which is under warranty. On 8 june they closed the request without visiting my home. When i have called again to customer care. Now they said that it is out of warranty now.

                                    Sir, i had amc of window 1.5 ton ac for a period of three years which is still valid but expiring on 01/04/2020. On 9th march 2020 i requested for servicing of my ac when i was told that my ac needs gas refilling but the matter seemed to be delayed intentionally by your contractor. registered the complaint thrice but my complaint was closed thrice without taking any feedback from me. The last one was on 18/03/2020 vide your service request no[protected] but again closed on 21/03/2020 at 11.05 pm again without enquiring from me. But on 20/03/2020, your contracted had visited for gas filling when he noted that one part probably pd is not working and he took it away for repairs at his workshop alongwith the display of the ac. Thereafter due to lockdown, my complaint is not redressed.
                                    It is therefore requested that my complaint which is as old as 09/03/2020 should be taken up on priority when the conditions are normalised.

                                      On 11/09/2019 I made a call to toll free no.[protected] for repair of my AC(make:Carrier).Their Docket No. is AAK3491. On 12/09/2019 two persons came from Sintech Techno Appliances for inspection.After inspection they told me that the Circuit Board of the AC is not working and have to be repair at their workshop. I asked them how much I have to pay for repair? they told me they will inform me tomorrow after calculating it at their workshop.They opened the circuit board from AC and took it with them. They also asked for the Remote.I gave them the Remote.They took both circuit board and remote with them.Then they asked for Rs.500.00 as their inspection charge. I paid Rs.500.00 and asked for the bill.They gave me the bill (copy enclosed).On 13/09/2019 they informed me over phone that the cost of repair of circuit board will be Rs.5, 300.00. I tolled them that the repair charge is too much and I do not want to repair the same and send back the circuit board and remote immediately. I send them a email requesting not to repair the circuit board and send back the circuit board and remote taken by them. I also send a email to Carrier Airconditioning & Refregeration/Carrier India informing that I am not interested to repair the circuit board and return the circuit board and remote. But till today till 9.00 p.m. I am yet to receive the circuit board and remote.

                                        its not working properly since installation. every alternate day a technician from the company is standing at my door to repair it and this is extremely frustrating, every day it giving some problems. they replaced the indoor unit also but still some problems are there in display.
