I purchased carrier duraedge 1.5 ton ac in 2016 june 30th and after 15 days of purchase its starting automatic cut trip. I complained again and again and customer care gave no response after one and a half month they repaired my ac and since it got problem for low cooling and the technician of carrier are not good. Now my warranty is expired in last month and again my ac outdoor is off after 5 minutes but indoor is on and they got no response for my complaint. Please if anyone want to purchase then it is my suggestion don't purchase carrier ac.

    My name is manish mittal from gulaothi dist. Bulandshahr. My ac is not working since 15 days. I did all the steps regarding complaint but any solution is not provided by the company. The behavior of seriver provider is very unprofessional and now he is not answering my call even he is not receving my calls. I am facing a lot of problem due to ac. I registered the camplaint on 18 july 2017 but solution is not provided by the campany till now. I am very sick this type of company behavior.

      Pathetic service quality..
      Poor response against my complaint and problem still persist in my new split ac.
      Dare of purchase : 02.04.2017 thru golden electronics, tahseenganj - lucknow -03

      Complaint for ac tripping issue (Switch off after every 10-15 minutes)
      Followed up daily and after one week, engineer visited and have done juggad (Not rectified problem), ac worked properly for some days.
      Again after 20-25 days same problem started, but i thought ac service is due, so i called for 1st free service, no problem resolved still the same situation as mentioned above ac going off after every 15-20 minutes.
      Again complaint vide complaint no :[protected] dated 15.07.2017.
      Almost 2 days gone still the same poor response from service.
      I have purchased ac for convenience, not for logging complaints.
      I am very much dissatisfied with the service of carrier ac department.
      From now onwards i will not suggest anyone for carrier ac just because of pathetic service.

        Carrier ac engineer removed PCB for repairing purpose as on date 24th June and promised to replace by 25th june'17 however neither they changed PCB till now nor no one is responding, we are along with my 10 days baby are facing lot of problem in this high temperature days. Complaint no.[protected] dtd.20th June 17 and complaint no.[protected] dtd.22nd june'17
        So pls help to get resolve my issue.

          My ac is not working since 12 june, every time engineer visits, opens both inner and outer unit, but no solution, took rs.1150, as charges, ac still not working. Customer care people dont say anything except saying sorry.
          Once they kept my inner unit hanging condition for more than 24 hrs, pics i have attached.
          Its been 12 days now that too in the month of june, i am not able to use ac which i purchased on 23 april 2016. I want compensation and punishment for the irresponsibles who kept my ac in hanging, which could have ended up or might have ended up in some part damage or could have injured kids playing under.

            Carrier ac is around 2 years old. After 1 year company warranty we had taken amc service from the company itself. Due to less cooling we raised a complain. A technician from the company's vendor visited my place and after inspection told us it is because of gas leak. We asked the next step and he said he will remove the machine and his pickup person will take it to the vendor site for gas filing. After waiting 2 days and multiple calls their pickup person took the unit. After more 2 days we got a call that the cooling pipe of the unit is broken and needs to be changed and will cost us rs. 4500. We raised concern as we are under amc contract and this needs to be covered under that. We were told compressor is under company warranty and this is not. Our understanding is if the units cooling pipe was broken no cooling would be happening. The company mishandled the unit or part and broke it. Now they are pinning it on us. We think this is utter fraud as the cooling rod cannot break in less than 2 year. This could be a manufacturing defect which was found late or vendors fault. Request help on this matter. Carrier is not responding to our calls or mails. We have even tweeted about this but no response. Worst service ever. Never going to buy it again.

              I bought carrier split ac 18k duraedge 3 star ac (Bill attached) on april 15, 2016 whose 3 free services were pending within a year, due to less usage of ac i took one free service within a year.

              While servicing the ac the technician man who came from carrier center told us that there is a leakage of gas from the ac due to which ac was not cooling better and also he will fill the gas for free just because it is a free service of ac.

              Afterwards within 2 month after filling the gas i found that ac was not cooling at all, thus i called the carrier service center again and asked them to check the problem with ac, after a day a technician had come and checked the ac and told us that all the gas from the ac is leaked because a pin was left loose.

              I hardly use ac half hour per day then still happen.

              He told me that i have to pay gas charges of rs. 3000 for filling the gas whosoever was in fault ever our servicing man. When i told him to give some senior person number whom i can complaint regarding this then such person do not even know how to talk with their customers, he told me that (Jikso bi complaint karni hai kar de, tujhe to paise dene hi padege ja) and cut down my phone.

              How gas is leaked after 2 months of filling and there was a fault of technician who left that pin loose, it is not at all my fault then why i have to incur charges for gas & also have to face such person who insulted me.

              Even after complaining still they are saying we will not fill has at our cost even when they were in fault.

                First of all call center executive inspite of having all the relevent information will ask all the prioduct info. And address and same set of info. Need to be provider to service center and than to service person. (3 days)

                Service center wil send a junior techician and than based on his report slightly sr. Person will come and try servicing the product and give report service done. (7 days)

                Problem repeats again after 7 days and than call center to service center to...

                  I am sreehari. K from coimbatore and i bought carrier 1.5 ton inverter ac from bharath electronics and appliances (Coimbatore) 2 years back am really sorry to say that a worst ever service i have got from the bharath electronica and appliances because they have repaired my ac 4 times for the continuous complaints. I started receiving the complaints frequently and over 10000 rupees i have spent for this particular ac. Please help me its been now more than a month now that they have dismantled the indoor and outdoor unit from my house and still i dint know the status of my ac. This is the way they treat us as a consumer the problem is i have chosen carrier company product. Is that my fault?. I have spoken to all the service head and service advisors and even the managing director of the concern (Bea). Still i have not received my ac. Also every time they are charging very high and am totally fed up with it. They not at all treating me as a consumer and the way of speech from them is really terrible. I wish to know that is your product not having any quality or this the way i get service from the carrier. Please treat this as a serious issue and solve my problem with high importance. Since a long time am waiting with patience still the answer i get from them is carrier company is not having spares stock it seems.
                  I am waiting for a favorable reply else am going to log complaint in consumer court.

                    We raised a service complaint Id#[protected] a day before for water leakage problem in my split air conditioner. I was told that the technician will visit my place within next 24 hours. This is a sheer disrespect to anyone's time and keeping anyone held up for the job. Despite telling them that we won't be available on the subsequent day as we are working couple and no other than us are available at home. Such a pathetic act by customer care, neither they intimate us as to when the technician will visit nor did they value time and kept us waiting for the technician and following up with the concerned person. Can the concerned department show some responsibility on after sales service as there are other options available to the customers and it's the word of mouth through which the brand credibility spreads.

                      Hi, We have recently purchased Air conditioner of brand Carrier 1.5 ton 5 star octra. Now we are facing cooling issues.I have lodged a complaint on 18 May 2018 with customer care executive via complaint no:[protected]. Till today nobody turned up. Again when i called today and asking about the status of the existing complaint no, they have raised another no:[protected]. They are asking me to wait till "as soon as possible" for which there is no certainty. They are keeping my call on hold for almost all 1 hour. The customer care executives are real hopeless, they are giving a no [protected] which is switched off. They will say they are going to solve the issue in 24 hours they will never check whether the issue is solved or not. If customer is going to call they will raise another complaint asking to wait till "as soon as possible". I do not know the time of "As soon as possible". I wanted you please take a strict action against the carrier company so that no other consumer face these kind of issues will not occur in future

Same got defective just after ten days due to all its main parts got faulty.Now repaired AC is giving by dealer in place of new one after passing one month of critical summer time.I am not in situation to believe in its reliability .hence Kindly arrange to give justice for my harassment and new AC in place of repaired or its cost to be returned

                          I'm customer of carrier ac and have bad experience regarding this company service. Previously i reported gad leakage problem
                          Then s. N enterprise say this installation problem when we approach adams then no one help me. Installaption fault company or authorised dealer halding not customer. If you and dealer give better service regarding this max customer want to buy this company ac friendly. Chargable amount is not fact for me, but this experience no one buy carrier ac.

                            I have lodged a complaint with the above reference number on 04.04.2017 and i have received the information from the technician that he is going to visit on 05.04.2017. but he has not come. on 06.04.2017 i have received a call from the technician that he will be coming on 08.04.2017. but to my surprise i have received a message on my mobile that my complaint was closed because of door lock. but without coming to my home they have closed the complaint. and today morning i tried to contact the technician for resolve the issue. but he has not responded my calls (10). give me the solution for the issue.

                              I had purchased two carrier split ac from khosla electronics, garia, kolkata on 14.03.16. The invoice number 2624/1516/24547 and 24549. There was 1 year guarantee and 3 free services.

                              But i got only 2 services. When i called to the carrier customer care yesterday (17.03.17), they told that my products was not under guarantee as 1 yr over (Only 2days) and i have to pay full amount for service.

                              They are not providing the services and cheating with their customers. This is not expected from such a brand carrier

                                I have purchased a carrier window ac 1.0 ton. I have done all the 3 free services for one year. After 1.5 year (6 months after warranty) it stopped cooling. The reason for not cooling is "gas leak" as sited by carrier service engineer. This very bad for a new ac to leak refringent gas like a balloon. This is due to poor workmanship and inferior quality of materials used. Carrier service manual says to write to their managing director [protected]@carriermidea.com to resolve the grievances. But when you email to the md you do not get any reply. All these are only gimmicks to attract customer. Poor consumers are cheated in the name of technology and advertisement.

                                  I want to complain regarding the ac i bought from the carrier.
                                  I bought ac last year and have all the documents and bill.
                                  Last year the product which was provided have an issue with the swing. I complaint last year regarding it but nobody turned up, this year from march i am chasing but nobody turned up till date.
                                  I was promised 2 free services, i even requested for it but again nobody turned up.
                                  When i call customer care they just give me complaint no and commit to resolving the issue but actually no action is been taken yet. When i call the local regional office in gwalior to resolve the complaint they say they can't do anything as the company is not supporting.
                                  I am very much upset chasing the company for the issues from the past so many months.

                                    This is to inform you that i, rima bhowmick, is a resident of new garia, kolkata had bought an carrier 1.5 tons 5 star split ac white from flipkart order#od[protected] on 24/03/2016, but right form the day of purchase, we are suffering with its deformities and inefficient working problems due to some internal fault. After several complaints to the service center the whole machine was not changed and the respective problem continued. Then we again lodged a complaint to flipkart but they asked us to complain to the carrier customer care at their center and they told us that the problem will be surely solved by our technicians. After 1-2 days they send their unskilled technician who was not able to even handle the situation. He even added to the malfunctioning of the machine. Due to unsatisfaction, we again complained to the authorities.

                                    We bought this a. C around 3 months back, since then number of carrier service technicians and flipkart technicians came but unable to fix the issue with a. C.Initially a. C was not cooling proper properly, then they told the installation is not proper, after few days they found gas is not enough, then water is coming out of that system, now again technician is telling gas is not there. We are literally fed up of this. Now carrier service is telling to check with flipkart about the product they delivered.

                                    Even after spending a big amount for buying the air conditioner our satisfaction was not fulfilled and we felt like somewhat cheated and betrayed.

                                    Our guarantee period will be getting over after few months, what will happen after that?

                                    It’s a request that respective action should be taken against carrier airconditioning & refrigeration ltd. They should be ordered to replace the ac or give our money back.

                                    I hope our complaint will be heard.
                                    I would be highly obliged and thankful to you.

                                      My humble request to all the consumers, and i want you all to not go through the pains that i am currently going through: please do not buy 'carrier ac'i would like to draw your kind attention towards the problem faced by us but right from the day of purchase has been suffering its deformities and inefficient working problems due to some internal fault. After several complaints to the customer care, but still the satisfaction was not gained and the respective problem continued. Hereby. We again complained to the carrier customer care, so as per that we compalined (Complain no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] at their centre and they told us that the problem will be surely solved by our technicians. After 1-2 days they send their illskilled technician who was not able to even handle the situation. He even added to the malfunctioning of the machine. Due to unsatisfaction, we again complained to the authorities, and we suffered with the fault machine.


                                      After that once they sent their technician who told ur that this carrier ac plastic is poor or bad qualities by the company due to several faults in this respective model. He even said this problem can not be handled and faults will prevail. Even if by some handy operations he fixed the problem, but after few days the same problem would reoccur.

                                      Even after spending a big amount for buying the air conditioner our satisfaction was not fulfilled and we felt like somewhat cheated and betrayed.
                                      . From the day we purchased the same we here a lot of noise as if a grinder is put on. Also it failed to give the respective cooling. Today also the ac makes a lot of noise and doesn’t give the cooling even after half an hour when its temperature is kept at 17degree. We repent having a ac of this brand and wasted from the same. We trusted the brand as it is very old in the field and changed our old ac and inspite of having a range of latest techno. Brands we choose carrier. We have lost faith now.
                                      I have purchased new carrier ac 1.5 ton split supiriya 5 star from raj electronic several times flapper issue and they repaired and within next day or 10 days, again it will be same problem. No service engineer resolves this problem
                                      I think that no service team understand this problem how to solve this issue. You must be knowing it is summer time and very hot in odisha. Our family members are not having proper sleep for almost a week. Saddest part is my kids are unable to concentrate on the exams due to disturbed sleep. I want carrier to take immediate action and provide us a solution for this


                                      Our guarantee period is getting over within couple of months, but still they are not listening to our problem

                                      Its a request that respective action should be taken against carrier airconditioning & refrigeration ltd. They should be ordered to replace the ac or give our money back with interest.

                                        I have purchased my split ac on march 19th 2016. I had a blower problem while installing that ac. Due to that problem my ac vibrating like anything. Regarding this issue i have created 'n' number service requests/complaits through customer care. As of today its around 45 days crossed.. I never seen this type worst customer service. My request not yet processed and no response. I dont know what hell happening. But at last i getting irritation because i dont know why i purchased this brand.. Because the seller in showroom said "best customer service"..
