I received a damaged catwalk product from myntra.when the product was delivered I checked the right foot and it didn't fit and I put a return request. Because I didn't remove the left one from the box I didn't see that one of the stones on it is missing. Now the pickup guy refused to take the product. I could never imagine catwalk would send a damaged product.

Hi, i had bought a sandal from shopper stop (Online), within 15 mins of wearing the same the heel of my sandal broken. It is even difficult to walk in those sandal. Now the sandal is of no use to me in spite of spending so much on the same.

I requested to you please exchange my sandal as soon as possible.

I tries calling the customer care lot of time, but no body seem to answer on the number provided.

Catwalk classic patent pumps heel. From amazon on 27 june 2020. Size was 5uk (37eu). This size is too large. I couldn't replace it due to replace date was over. I request you pls replace my heel and provide lesse size 4uk.

I had broght the catwalk sandals from the tata cliq online shopping on 29th july'19 as i had good experience with catwalk sandals prior this and had worn it for around 2 years without any damage.

So when i got this sandal in offer i grabbed the offer and purchased due to monsoon in mumbai i did not used it and started using it only in october'19 which is around a month as on today.

From the date of purchase its around 3.5 months and my sandal started tearing within 1 months o[censored]sage, which i was definitely not expected.

Request you to look into the issue and help in replacing it or provide some solution as i liked the design very much and have received many compliments as well for it from my collegues in office.

I bought a catwalk footwear one anhalf month back from amazone. The price was 1885 rs. The product got damaged very badly with in one month even i was hardly wearing it. I used catwalk products before also and i didnt experience any of the complaints. Really diappointed with the experience i had with this. This is against customers trust towards a branded company. The chappal costing around 2000 rs is not lasting even for two months is not at all acceptable. I need either replacement of same item or refund. Please accord priority

I bought a pair of catwalk boots in march from myntra worth rupees 1022. The heels got tilted within a month. This was least expected from a brand like catwalk amd particularly after spending thus amount. By the end of june the other heel got detached from the boot. I was fortunate enough that i didn't fracture my leg. If this is the condition of such branded shoes then it is better to buy tge local ones. I think replacement of the boot would be a good compensation.

I bought a catwalk sandal 3 months back and the material of the footwear is damaging so quickly
I even went at the store complaining.
I need a replacement for the product or refund as soon as possible.
I do have the bill details and the picture of the sandal too.
They said the material is sweat leather and it will get torned but I suppose as I paid 2000 rs for the footwear at least it should be wearable for 1 yr.
Worst company I have ever seen
No responsiblity towards the customer complains once the product is sold

Started using the footwear 3 weeks back
The big toe ring of the slipper is coming out already.
Besides it is a little uncomfortable while walking as my foot twists many a times when I am using this pair.

I have used 2 pairs of the same product earlier & still have the second pair in my feet which is still comfortable.

Please replace this one as it not even a month that I have used & would want value for the cost incurred for the product.

Please note, I have purchased a pair of Ladies shows of MRP Rs. 1995/- on 27th April 2019 from Life Style International shop at Rmall, Mulund West Mumbai on 27th April 2019 and within one use sole broke which was very cheap material used. I have showed the same to the Lifestyle International shop at RMall Mulund West, Mumbai on 22/05/2019 and they are said they will send to Catwalk brand factory. It is almost 20 days and there is no response from Lifestyle shop.

I have attached Lifestyle International at Rmall, Mulund issued slip of service footwear for your ready reference. I have the bill of purchased shoes, however, the ink of the bill is completely faded other than card payment slip which is visible to read.

I have asked a different footwear as I can see the shoe is not as strong as I can wear and there is guarantee it will has strong base.

I have attached herewith service slip issued by Lifestyle for your ready reference.

I would request you to please replace the footwear and allow me to buy different shoes, as the same offer gives by BATA who are always there to give best to their clients.

It is almost 20 days and no reply from Lifestyle shop from Rmall, Mulund West Mumbai.

If I dont receive response I have no option but to approach consumer court for cheap material used on Catwalk shoes.

This is not a complaint. I love Catwalk footwear, very comfortable and durable. However, I have been searching for a particular pair of wedges for very long time now. I have checked all the website where Catwalk sells its products.

The wedges:

Colour: Black
Type: Wedges with two straps
Look: Classy

Please direct me on where can I buy them. they are the only comfortable heels I can wear. This particular model has wide wedge which doesn't get slimmer at the sole. They maintain the same width overall, hence gives amazing support. Please refer to the photo of this product as reference.

Hi i got catwalk most durable and comfort sandal worth rs 2400 and i wore it for compartively less and it both sole got broken and wesring it during office time and i u see as if i have climbed a mountain...
I am unsatisfied and shocked with Brand delivery !!!

I have wore non branded and that was last for 3 years...better to wear non branded then
I want a solution for this!!!

I baught a pair of sandles through tata cliq on 9th april 2019 which was delivered to me on 20th april 2019. I used it around for 10 days and its sole is broken and also the color is fading in some area in patches. It looks so bad now that i don't know what to do with the sandal.
I have attached the photos of the shoes in the complaint. From the photo, you will get a clear idea about the exact damage.
I want refund for this damaged product.

I, Sharmeen Sheikh, had purchased a footwear from your outlet in Phoenix mall, Pune of Catwalk brand on[protected] for Rs 1799/-.

Within 3 months, sole of the footwear came off. So, I took it to the customer care department of the outlet on[protected], they took it for the repair. They took One month to paste the sole & returned the same to me on[protected] after several reminders & promised me that if it happens again, it will be replaced by the Reliance Trends.

But within a month the sole came off again. So again I took it to the customer care department on[protected] & requested them to get it replaced as I've been promised by them last time.

It's been 18 days now that they took my footwear. Whenever I go to them they make one or the other excuses. Last time I went they said the sales person who took it is on leave for 10days & no other person knows about it!!! It was hilarious to listen him give me this lame excuse. Does any big outlet work like this that if one sales person goes away then everybody is lost???

After taking 18 days they have returned me the chappal with out Pasting. This is very ridiculous thing. I am attaching the picture of the chappal.

I always buy from Reliance Trends in good faith that the store only keeps the products of the brand which it trusts. I came to you in good trust & bought the product, so now it is your duty to satisfy me of the products you are selling.

It's been harassment. I spent good money on a product considering it of good quality & if it is not. I request you to replace my footwear as more than on feet it's been under repair. Also I do not have this much of time & energy to spend on a product's repair which I bought to use!!!

March 2nd, 19 myntra delivered me catwalk women navy blue sandal. I wore the product on 13 th march and 2 to 3 times till march end.
1 st week of april i wore 2 times n observed the heel color is fading in some area in patches. It looks so odd now that i am don't know what to do with the sandal.
Highly disappointed with catwalk brand.
I wasted my money n precious time in purchasing a defective product.
Pls contact what shall i do with this product.

I have bought a heels. How can that even happen like in just a first time wear. I want it to be replaced. Atleast it wouldn’t be remove upper layer in first time wear. You have to maintain your quality and i want it should be replaced. I know about the catwalk quality thats why i bought this heels but this time is not worthy and for next time when i am buy the heels from catewalk need to think about twice.

I have bought a black boots with pencil heels a week ago i wore it just once and now its broken... How can that even happen like in just a weeks time... I want it to be replaced or i want my money back cause its not even having a moderate price its worth 3500 but not worth it would have been better if i would have taken it from streets atleast it wouldnt break in such a short period..

I took one sandle of rs 1900 in the month of oct 2018 from pantaloons borivali west they kept catwalk sandles

I used that sandle only for a month regularly but it was broke in a month when i went to pantaloons for exchage the same but they are not ready to do than not even give the solution or credit note

Very disappoint with the product. We will not suggest anyone of catwalk brand

Today i have purchased a catwalk shoes from shopper stop city centre 1 kolkata. When i m going to use the shoes it start paining in my fingurs and i can't walk properly. This is my 1st purchase of catwalk shoes and the experience is so terrible.
Now it is my kind request please give me some way out to solve the issue and i am very sure that next time onwards i will be sceared to use the shoes again. So kindly suggest how my purchase give the value for me as well as you.

I bought these sandals about 20 days back and noticed only 5 days before that the sole had broken and are not usuable anymore. I bought them 1400 inr and didn't even last me for half a month. If i had to buy something usuable only for 15 days i would have take something cheap. No reliability anymore. Highly dissapointing and i have been using catwalk footwear for the past 5 years.

I bought a pair of footwear and on very first day back strap is coming down from ankle while walking. Even from front left side i had a shoe bite if such things will happen with catwalk footwear then its better to switch preference to local footwear atleast they will be much better. Very dissapointed as this is happening for the third time with me.
