Please note, I have purchased a pair of Ladies shows of MRP Rs. 1995/- on 27th April 2019 from Life Style International shop at Rmall, Mulund West Mumbai on 27th April 2019 and within one use sole broke which was very cheap material used. I have showed the same to the Lifestyle International shop at RMall Mulund West, Mumbai on 22/05/2019 and they are said they will send to Catwalk brand factory. It is almost 20 days and there is no response from Lifestyle shop.
I have attached Lifestyle International at Rmall, Mulund issued slip of service footwear for your ready reference. I have the bill of purchased shoes, however, the ink of the bill is completely faded other than card payment slip which is visible to read.
I have asked a different footwear as I can see the shoe is not as strong as I can wear and there is guarantee it will has strong base.
I have attached herewith service slip issued by Lifestyle for your ready reference.
I would request you to please replace the footwear and allow me to buy different shoes, as the same offer gives by BATA who are always there to give best to their clients.
It is almost 20 days and no reply from Lifestyle shop from Rmall, Mulund West Mumbai.
If I dont receive response I have no option but to approach consumer court for cheap material used on Catwalk shoes.
Catwalk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Amazon provides 30 days of exchange policy which is the longest duration to try and buy. Anything above that isnt acceptable as per even global standards.
