Hello! This is Anusha Gupta. I bought a pair of sandals worth INR 2500 which got ruined in 3 months only.If i invest such amount of money then I at least expect that the product will last for 6 months. My sandals got fungi, the sandal was actually a leather one. I didn't expect this from a company like CATWALK. The company is known to have excellent quality but now i will disagree to the fact. I would either like you to refund my money or replace its pair. I won't be able to show you its bill, but I hope you will address my concern. Also, the lifestyle stores have database containing previous purchases, hope you can refer from their side. Please look into the matter.

    I ordered 2 pair of sandals from paytm mall but i received only one pair but they marked both as delivered.in invoice it was having 2 quantity but i recieve only 1 quantity. I made complained to catwalk but i didn't received any solution. Bad service. Hoping for a satisfactory reply from company. Am attaching a bill copy of the same. Please kindly solve my issue fast its already been 4 days now

    I bought catwalk footwear in the month of May 2018, just after 2 months it got damaged since it was new i managed to put gum and used it these many days.
    now again it came out and am unable to use it. after paying so much and got spoiled am feeling very bad.

      I had ordered a pair of catwalk heels from myntra.
      The heels were extremely uncomfortable and the material was coming off. The place where foot is placed had a cheap old leatherite type skin which got peal off like those old materials which start coming off or get cut
      And this was only after wearing it for some time to check size

      I have already raised this concern to myntra but myntra has not even cared to properly approach me and resolve. They simply say they will not return and refund because it’s used. My concern is that i have to check my size and wear for a while given how uncomfortable the piece is to check it’s quality. It’s a footwear not a clothing material!
      Myntra has stopped responding to my emails

      Please take this up very seriously. I have also emailed catwalk at the relevant id

      This complaint has not been resolved. Catwalk has very conveniently marked it as resolved here whereas over emails they have refused to return/refund my product. In fact, there is no response from there side anymore. I would not recommend Catwalk to anyone.

        I am the regular buyer of catwalk since ages but recently i have purchased the flats from reliance store dehradun and after 2-3 use the product is getting worse this is how you are ditching the customer i an totally dissatisfied with the product kindly do the needful for my loss of money and my emotions because every purchase includes lots of thing this is not expected from the brand call itself an international brand catwalk

          I had ordered for a beige shoe from catwalk through snapdeal.in fact there were two orders from the same brand and am shocked to see the quality has fallen like hell. The brand name is being wrongly used by such partner companies who are spoiling the originality. We had never expected such fraud to happen by the partner companies. To build business and revenue this is going on a wrong note.

            I bought catwalk sandles in June 2018 from online paytm mall, sold by catwalk worldwide private ltd mumbai. I wore the sandles only one time and the steel plate inside the sole has broken. I have been a user of Catwalk products since last many years and have never seen such a quality issue in any of your products till now. I am enclosing pics of sandles and invoice with this complaint. Please provide a resolution to this issue at the earliest.

              I purchased catwalk sandal on 22nd april 2018... I used it only thrice and it broken down... I am highly dissatisfied with the product... I will never suggest anyone to purchase the same... At the time of purchasing salesman assured me for more than one yr for the same. Now i want it to get changed or money back as i didn't use it enough... Local companies also changes the product if they are broken so early... Catwalk is a brand name so please change my product

              I bought a pair of Catwalk heels from a reliance footprints store about two months ago. It was from the great collection. It got worn out an broke after using for a few times. This is extremely disappointing from a brand like Catwalk. I'm a regular user but this is the first time I received such a product. I would like a replacement.

                I bought catwalk shoe type chappals from life style of inorbhit mall here in madhapur, hyderabad... From that day am wearing those dialy but they are still hurting me beacuae of them got wounds on. My foots and they are giving more pain while walking this is very worst and waste priduct from. Catwalk and am very much disppaointed and facing problems with them this is worst and i bought them for 2000 at any view loss to me only... Stupid product.. Worst service.. What to do now...                   I am dr astha agrawal,
                  I had purchased 2 pair of slippers from your kanpur z square outlet. Ones size was tight. But mr sharad sagar forced that it will increase and made me buy. Only hoon using for 2 hours. I got severe blisters in both my feet. At the time if purchase i was promised that it will be changed in case if size issue. When i went to change it after a couple of days. They have completely refuse to do so.
                  This is very bad on the reputation of cat walk.. Making false commitment and then nit dil filling them. I need the size to be changed

                    I have worn these sandals just once. They are biting so much. We do not expect such high quality brand products to give such quality stuff to customers. My skin has been torn coz of the hard material. I won’t be able to wear it any more. If you pay so much for it, the quality also should be worth it. I don’t think i will ever purchase catwalk footwear. This was not at all expected.

                          I have purchased a flat heels of catwalk brand for rs.1695. I wore 3 - 4 times. The whole sole torn out badly. See pics. Anyone can make out from the pics that these flats are not worn more than 3-4 times as these r not having any footprints on them. I don't have the bill with me. Who keeps the bill for repairs and wearouts for such a brand considering the brand and its quality. Please refund or exchange my flat heels. Otherwise i will spread these pics all over social media. I have always believed in your brand and a regular customer.

                          As per our record of this particular footwear, we have launched this product back in 2015 & this product hasn't been re-launched because we intorduce new designs 70% of the time every new season. Also this product was later sold on discount for 599, which is again not available right now. We have a clear policy on Bills, website & Social mediia that we give a 10 days guarantee & 180 days repair warranty, after which we do not take responsibilty of any wear & tear as there could be many reasons why a product coul get spoilt. We regret to to inform you that, Since we do not have this footwear, we cannot even repair it as it's 7 seasons old.
                          Please replace belly shoes which i was purchase on 23 feb. 2018. The shoes are not in a good condition and I have also attached the image of the same for your consideration.

                              I have recently purchased catwalk shoes from shopperstop.. I really regret for the purchase i did.. It is big waste to spend 2000 bucks on that bloody shoes.. Very hard leather and no comfort at all.

                              Iam not going to make any purchase in future.

                              Most worst brand. High price low quality

                              I will happy if someone help me in changing that bloody shoes.

                                I recently purchased three pairs of shoes from online of Catwalk Brand since i am regular customer of wearing this brand and fit .

                                I had placed an order of Size 39 which exactly fits my legs .However i have received only 1 pair which has right size and fits wherein other two pair is completely miss fit (size printed on shoes is 39 but fit is completely different/ wrong ) .Knowing a brand catwalk i didnot expect wrong product delivery..

                                      I bought a pair of Catwalk shoes last month from JABONG. After that I wore it 4-5 times and each time I wore them I got really bad shoe bites all over my feet specially ankle area. Ankle bone hurts even after taking off the bellies. Also one shoe is perfect fit while the other is tight and condition remains the same even after wearing it 5 times. The bellie material from inside is very harsh and I get scratches on my toes. It is impossible to wear them. Please look into the matter asap. Hoping for a positive response.

                                        i am lodging this complaint to bring to your notice the poor service this brand has provided. i bought a catwalk shoe with product code 8426PK and bar code[protected] on 12th of April , this year. i wore it for the first time on 26th of April on an occasion. the next the sole came off. when presented to the authorized catwalk dealer in kolkata Forum Shopping Mall, they sent it to the head office for pasting. i am not sure if this is the correct protocol that they are told to maintain. but just by wearing the shoe for the first time, the sole comes off, it is a manufacturing defect and not a customers fault. though repeatedly telling them to offer a fresh piece they took no heed. gave them the shoe for pasting of 1st of may received it on 15th of may. though the shoe is pasted but the back leather portion of the show is completely charred and torn off which was not the case when i gave them the shoe for pasting. on telling them , the sales assistant behaved very rudely and were not at all co operative. i being a loyal customer of catwalk have never faced such a problem with the brand. also when the took the shoe for pasting they asked for the bill and never returned it. when asked for the bill they told they are not allowed to give the mill and the manager only can provide it. it was my bill in the first case and why should they not give the bill along with the product is what i don't understand. i am attaching pictures of the portion which is charred and the leather finishing has come off. i gave them the product new. i had worn it just of a single day. but when i got back the product the shine, the look was gone. it was not looking new at all. very disappointed with the service and especially the behavior of the sales assistant. kindly revert back ans provide a solution.
