I had bought a pair of black flat shoes from Catwalk 45-60 days back and wore them twice. each time i wore them i got badly cut at the back of my foot. the leather cut me, causing great discomfort and deep cuts.
I went to the santacruz store to complain. The person there said they will repair it and call me in a week. they obviously did not call back.I went again after 10 days and tried the shoes again. they were still biting me. the person in the shop very rudely says that he and the company cant take responsibility for the same and its not their fault! Not their fault? The shoes cuts me and is impossible to wear and I am told they are not responsible?
They again keep it to say they will get some cushioning done and deliver the shoes home in a week. 10days have gone nad still no news....

Very very disappointing!

Worst QUALITY

Pair taken in Apr (Model 7277, Bill no 761), for party, post wearing one time it was given for material peel off issue at Pune store (Inorbit). Post 1.5 month of follow up the pair was done a patch work repair and returned with a rude customer service. The pair again worn after 2 months, had the same issue recurr and the customer service denies to repair it.
The material used is PATHETIC, it peels in one wear, the Customer Care is RACIST and deny any support knowing their QUALITY IS WORST!
No wonder they have to go for online deals to clear stock.NEVER BUY CATWALK, it is WORST than ROADSIDE SANDALS
CHEAP and USELESS IS THE word!Talked to Shagupta Khan(Emp code 1004), full useless service too!

    Picked up a pair of black formal shoes from catwalk Globus counter in Bandra, After exactly 3 times wearing it the shoe is in shambles
    On taking the shoe to the nearest outlet of catwalk from my residence which is in Atria Mall, the store has the cheek to tell, you have to take the shoe to Globus as this was bought from there

    You run a brand supposedly as big as catwalk, at least have the decency and the courtesy to service your customers across all stores. Is Globus the brand of the shoe or Catwalk

    The sales men sitting at our store are so complacent that just because it is a complaint they make the customer wait and attend the ones buying new pairs

    Trust me it is not the cost of the shoe which bothers me but the disgusting attitude you carry as far as complaints are concerned

    If anyone from Catwalk is bothered, I can be contacted on the below mentioned number

    I got 3 pairs in march ones shoe bite second and third wear and tear on asking the shopkeeper said you should have bought just one. Bas 2 boond fevikwik aur 1taka... Is this the way catwalk deals with its customers? Branch linking road opposite KFC

    Catwalk — Pathetic Quality

    I bought Catwalk footwear 2 months ago and the next day itself i found the sore coming off. After wearing it for 15 days the base of my sandals were ripped off. I'm attaching pictures of my footwear after wearing them for just 15 days. I feel extremely dejected and disappointed. Please DO NOT BUY CATWALK !!!

      Hello Sir,

      I have a repair slip dated 11th sep 2008 of a new pair of shoe which was purchased just a one month ago from Catwalk Select city walk saket. The cost of the footwear was approx Rs 1500/- and the sole got broken in just 15 days. The staff has been very manipulating and told me that there is a 6 months replacement guarantee in order to increase there sale. When i went back for replacement they just gave a slip of repair receipt number 07598 dated 11th sep 2008. Since then I have been following up with there staff however did not received any response. One of there staff members misbehaved with me saying that "kato jetne chakkar katne hain kato". I tried to complain it to there representative Miss khan in Mumbai however she herself is least interested in resolving the issue and gave me wrong commitments like a dispatch at my house address etc.

      It is not about Rs 1500 however it is about the kind of misleading commitments they give. I used to purchase approx 4000/- shoes per month and now after this case I m highly surprised with the unprofessionally. I have spent almost 5000/- Rs in following up over the phone at their Mumbai branch and going to select city walk every weekend.

      Also the repair slip was given to me 15 days after I complained about it.

      I think such stores should be closed down who do not value there customers and they should atleast change there staff. One of the manager there was laughing when I went there asking if they got back my shoe.

      Kindly suggest as the committed me a replacement in 15 days and it has been 40 days.

      Yes, the store is really bad and the service of quality is really bad. They do not enteratin their customers properly and do not listen to the customers query. The store is really expensive but the service in not up to the mark as the name suggets.
      I totally agree. I had bought a shoe, agreed it was from sale ( but still did cost about 1000/-)but within 2 uses the shoe gave way . At the store, they agreed to paste it . On receiving it about 2 weeks later i get ONE SHOE with red marks on it n the explaination i get is that they glue marks .If they were aware that the glue used would leave marks i would have expected them to warn me about the same n let me decide if i would like to go ahead anyways .
      On refusing to accept it they said they would fix it with with some special polish . One month gone by, n still no solution n the guy at the store has the audacity to tell me to wear it as is.
      To add to it, his statement made me feel like he was doing me a favour by agreeing to paste it
      " because ur a regular customer i agreed to mend it or else i would have flatly refused . In his words the material has expired n we cant help it .

      I could have sworn by quality n service catwalk provided years ago when it just started . Till a few years back i had shoes bought 7-8 yrs back( be it from sale or fresh stock) n have thrown awaycoz i was fed up of wearing but no problem with the shoe .
      All i can say is cost of their shoes hitting the roof n service going to the dogs.
