I have try to book one bus ticket from kallada tours and travels for that i have used the payment option for ccavenue but the amount for rs.[protected]*2) has been deducted for two times and i didn't get the ticket also. Kindly check this transaction and refund the amount as soon as possible.

My order tracking number is 488042 and dated 4th nov 2018

I have paid bill of 1414.82 rupees to"myaccount. Intechonline.net" to my user id "premchand448" on 1st march 2018 time 09:16:59 ist and this amount already has been deducted from bank account and bill is not reflecting as paid.

Transaction id: avenuesflat[protected]

I have attached the screenshot of my bank debited details.

We were using CCavenue Payment Gateway. An amount of Rs. Rs. 1, 08, 390/- is due with the CCAVENUE.com. On telephonic conversation their Representative told us the amount will be released after 18 months but it is already 20 months they have not made the payment to us. When i mailed them to release the amount they blocked our account and we are not even able to login into the Merchant Panel.

I have invested so much of money...

6 months ago a transaction was not completed successfully via myamcat.com after 6 months of fight they decided to refund my money they told me that already refunded i didnt receive they gave me an ARN no but bank people say they cannot trace on that and i didnt receive any money back...

i have made a transaction from www.rechargeitnow.com to recharge my mob no [protected] of INR 333.0 .The amount is deducted from my pnb (punjab national bank )account. then i got a mail from rechargeitnow which states that
"We did not receive a response from the payment gateway for the transaction you initiated as per the following details:

Hi,
I made online payment to DVOIS Broadband Internet services on 4th Jan 2023 of Rs.470 for renewing internet account.

Amount got debited from my bank account but Transaction status is Awaited and Merchant account has not received amount.

CC Avenue Ref No[protected]

It's been more than 24hrs still Transaction Status has not changed and I have not received refund of my amount.

CC Avenue customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Today is 5th day of transaction, still these people have not resolved my issue. they are not ready to tell where hell money is gone.
Neither merchant says they received amount, Nor Bank has received refund.
I have mailed 20-30 times now, everyday I sent 5-10 mails no response on even 1 mail.
Please help!!!

Today 4/Jan/2024 i made a payment of rs 918.50/- through CC Avenue payment gateway, the amount got debited from my bank account but it was not credited to merchant HP PAY, could you please help me to get the money back to my account.

RS 922.01 Paid from my SBI Credit Card to HP GAS Cylinder Refill booking vide CCAVENUE GATEWAY, Amount deducted from my account but payment not completed and stuck with ccavenue.

Rs 922.01 SPENT ON SBI CREDIT CARD AT HPCL LPG SBU ECOLLECTION MUMBAI ON 19/11/2023.

Ccavenue showing following error message:

An Error occurred on processing your request.

CCAvenue has not refunded my money, they have made false claim about refunding money to my account and the timeframe they gave was 2-4 days.

10 days have elapsed, and the money is not reflected on my account, the customer support is unresponsive, the CCAvenue payment gateway are clearly in breach of their legal obligation.

Amount not refunded = 3168/-
Reference number:[protected]

Kindly do the needful, as it's already beyond reasonable timeframe.

I placed an order in Gita Press books online & I made the payment through paytm upi of Rs.502, however the Order is not visible in Gita Press website but I got confirmation from CC Avenue as below:

Your Order#136871 on https://gitapressbookshop.in for INR 502 was successful. CCA Ref No:[protected].

I have raised this concern to both Gita Press and CC Avenue but not yet got any response from any of them
