My name is Ashutosh Bansal and I had ordered train tickets of RS 1690 in Amazon on[protected]and after (cancel it on[protected]rand odererd another train tickets of RS 3545 and cancel on[protected] due to personal reason.Date on which refund initiated of 1240 is[protected] and refind of 3380 is[protected]
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number for Rs.1240 is

74332740315031420152191
and for Rs.3380 is

74332740321032099120040

and told me to fill charge dispute form but central bank of india doesn't have such policy. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]

            I ask Costumer care of central bank of India ([protected]) (Mr. Nitin) for help but they cant give any solution,

              I am Sayak Mandal, a customer of central bank of India with the account no [protected].
              Recently I have received one refund on my Visa card, from Flipkart with the amount of 43890/- on 04-11-20 and it should be credited before 13-11-20.
              But after 11 days also the amount is not reflected on my account.
              I visited the nearest branch with the branch code CBIN0281600, but the manager completely disagree to help me and also he protested to give a charge back form.

                              Hello sir, last month on date of 17 oct 2020 I cancel my flipkart order of rs.998 and refund will credited in my bank account on 29 Oct as per flipkart info. But still refund is not credited in my bank account. I complaint flipkart customer care about my issue but they tell that refund successfully initiate by seller on 17 oct and by their side on 27 Oct, So they tell that complaint your bank, so I went to central bank india but they told complaint flipkart again, what I do . I also see my last one month transaction but money not credited. Today again I complaint to flipkart and tell my issue but they said transaction is complete by our side, you should complaint bank grevience cell, so Sir please solve my refund request as soon as possible Thank you
