Dear sir, i am a parent of class 10 student who appeared board exam 2019. The sst paper set 3 had a question about regional parties with their symbol. What type of knowledge they are expecting from this question. It has given just for understanding. How cbse board allow this question. Cbse insist to reduce student's work load. By asking such question you are forced them to increase their load without any use.

I don't know is cbse really concerned with student's problems or not? I just saw many comments & complaints regarding difficulty level in set 2 and students being disadvantaged. But none of the action is taken by cbse so far. It's not fair. All the subjects especially sst, science and maths of set 2 (Class 10) were v difficult as compared to other sets. Sir, jainendra public school old pkl schools are not opting ncert books for class 1st to 12th. They prescribe their own books and book sellers. The book costs very high, as for class 1st i bought books for rs 3025/-. Total 10 books, is it correct. The childs are over burdened, no ncert book in the syllabus. Question 9 in class x sst set 3 was grammatically wrong. It misled the students that the question was asking for factors responsible for economic growth of vietnam instead of barriers suggested by paul bernard which were a hindrance to economic growth in vietnam. The hindi translation of the question confirms so. The anomaly can cost some students 3 marks so please kindly look into the matter and grace marks should be given.

Social science exam held on 29-03-19 was very difficult (32/4/1). Most of the questions of 3 and 5 marks were very difficult. The cbse, nowadays is testing the memory of the children and also is not even trying to understand their hardworks and efforts.
