विषय: बोर्ड परीक्षा प्रवेश-पत्र न दिए जाने के संबंध में

मेरी दीदी का बेटा (मोहित निषाद, कक्षा XII) कानपुर, उ.प्र. के श्याम नगर में स्थित सुघर सिंह अकादमी (Sughar Singh Academy) में XII कक्षा का छात्र है । आगामी 02 मार्च 2019 से शुरू होने वाले सी.बी.एस.ई. के बारहवीं बोर्ड परीक्षा के लिए उसका बोर्ड परीक्षा फॉर्म (सुघर सिंह अकादमी की कोयला नगर शाखा से) भरा गया है और जिसका परीक्षा प्रवेश-पत्र भी आ चुका है । इस संबंध में मैं निम्नलिखित मामले को आपके संज्ञान में लाना चाहता हूँ:

किन्ही अपरिहार्य कारणों से मोहित निषाद (उम्र: 16 वर्ष) सितंबर-अक्टूबर, 2018 में डेढ़ माह के लिए स्कूल जाने में असमर्थ रहा था और जिसकी सूचना स्कूल प्रशासन को ससमय दी गयी थी । बाद के दिनों में स्कूल जाने पर स्कूल की प्रधानाचार्या जी ने उसे स्कूल में प्रवेश करने से मना कर दिया तथा लिखित में कोई आदेश नहीं दिया । हताश बच्चे व माँ द्वारा स्कूल में बार-बार जाने पर और अनुरोध करने पर तथा अंततः ये कहने पर कि आप अपने इस तानाशाही रवैया के चलते बच्चे के भविष्य से नहीं खेल सकती तथा हम इसकी आगे शिकायत करेंगे क्योंकि ऐसा तो हमारे कानून और संविधान में भी नहीं है । जिस पर प्रधानाचार्या जी ने कहा कि संविधान को किनारे रखिए, मैं आपके बच्चे को किसी हालत में अपने स्कूल में आने की अनुमति नहीं दूंगी और यदि आप चाहती हैं कि आपका बच्चा बोर्ड परीक्षा में बैठे तो हम अपने स्कूल से उसका बोर्ड परीक्षा फॉर्म भरा देंगे और आपका बच्चा बोर्ड परीक्षा में बैठ सकेगा । बच्चे की माँ इस बात से संतुष्ट होकर कि उनका बेटा बोर्ड परीक्षा में बैठ सकेगा और उसे ही ठीक मानकर घर पर ही मोहित निषाद के लिए ट्यूशन लगवाकर उसकी पढ़ाई जारी रखी ।

अब XII बोर्ड परीक्षा का प्रवेश-पत्र आने के बाद स्कूल की प्रधानाचार्या जी ने यह कहते हुए प्रवेश-पत्र देने से मना कर दिया और ब्लैकमेल करने लगी कि आपको इसके लिए 40, 000/- रुपये बच्चे की मासिक फीस, स्कूल शुल्क एवं विलंब शुल्क के रूप में देने होंगे । बच्चे की माँ ने जब उनसे अनुरोध किया कि मैडम आपने स्वयं बच्चे को स्कूल में आने से मना किया था और केवल बोर्ड परीक्षा फीस तथा प्रैक्टिकल फीस की मांग की थी, जो पहले ही जमा की जा चुकी है । इस पर प्रधानाचार्या जी ने कुछ भी सुनने से मना कर दिया और पूरी तरह से अपनी बात से मुकर गई और परीक्षा प्रवेश-पत्र देने से साफ मना कर दिया ।

अतः इस संबंध में आपसे अनुरोध है कि कृपया कर इस मामले में स्कूल प्रशासन की मनमानी के खिलाफ़ हमारी अति शीघ्र सहायता करें और बच्चे के भविष्य और उसकी पिछली दो वर्ष की मेहनत को ध्यान में रखते हुए एवं इस मामले को अपने संज्ञान में लेते हुए 02 मार्च 2019 से पहले उचित कार्रवाई करने की कृपा करें ताकि छात्र बोर्ड परीक्षा में बैठ सके।

I want to bulge a complain against school regarding following problems:

1) the school provided fake photos of science, computer and math lab.
2) the computer lab has only one computer in working condition and other computer works like television display. Which is done by local engg.
3) science lab is a only showpiece which is opened only once a year and no water supply with fake sink.
4) maths lab was prepared by me it is also disaster.
The school is playing with future of the little students and running school like a business.
They dont have a fear of anyone, they always says "bahot jack hai hamare" when i complained.
I hope that you will read this complaint and take action as soon as possible.

My ward study in gyan niketan school, patna.
The school is forcing us to pay transport fee for 2 months for feb and march but there are no working days still we had to pay rs2600.
Please take action against it. Even in the months of 0 working days, school is taking full fee for us. This is creating problem for us as we are from a middle class family. So please take strict action against this school.

I fill up for additional subject in class 10th after release of admit card i found that my dob was wrong. I went cbse 2 times with my document for correction. They assured me that it will be corrected within 3days but i did not found my correct dob after 12days. My exam is going to start after 10 days. Exam centre superintendent did not sign in my admit card they said that you will not be permitted in exam until your dob not correct
I request you to take an action against cbse careless department as early as possible

With kind attention i want to put in you notice that the school running in this area by the name of raja dalip memorial public school affilated to cbse with code 630114 is provided wrong information to cbse board regarding school like postal pin code, telepone number, principal detail, staff details and lot others.

So sir it is requested to enquire all these things so that students should have proper certification from cbse. And in future they shuold not have any problem.

I am stuying in class 12 in indraprastha public school, begumpur. Rajeev nagar ext. This is to say that we are charging rs 200 fine per day on making absent in month dec. Jan and till 15 feb. They are also telling. If we will not submit fine, they will not provide admit card, they also not follow many rules which are guidelined by cbse, such as 2nd saturday holiday. They also make attendace for those student who dont come to school whole year but in return they demand double the amount of monthly fees. Stirct action should be taken against them. Please make the judgement in our favour. I'll be very thankful to you.

Respectable sir,
I am a student of dps ruby park kolkata (School code:56029), this is to inform you that i am continously being harassed by our school authorities as they are going on taking number of tests without any justification. This has come to my notice that it is not only me but many of my other schoolmates are going through the same process despite of them getting the pass marks in the preboards which was conducted by our school.
Due to these constant tests and other curriculum we are being unable to concentrate on our aissce exam which starts from 2nd of march. School is taking retests till now, whereas the official board exam has already begun from 15th of february 2019.

This is my request to you to look upon this matter so that we can now concentrate on our board exam and not be constantly threatened by our school by telling us that they wont give us our admit cards. I am not revealing my name because school might take actions against me.

The principal, ms. Gupta has issues with guardian calling her teacher by name but fine with teachers raising their voice on guardians. She would emphasize more on missing salutation rather than distorted education at her institute. 9th standard social science teacher does not know enough english to frame a sentence yet teaching a full subject in spite of millions of complaints. The teacher is not ready to admit his mistake and principe is backing her teachers for their unacceptable behavior. Some of the teachers even disclose their examination questions in their private coaching classes. Miserable teaching methods, use wikipedia for teaching, do not follow books at all and blame students for their failed teaching methods.
Disappointed!!

Bangalore international kids high school, uttrahalli, bangalore, collecting re-admission fees of 10, 000 every year. Is this a normal behaviour of all the schools in bangalore.

This year the school is going to collect the re-admission fees.
Can the concerned officials look in to this issue and take appropriate action against the school and the management.

Dear all,
I am a student at glocal school mirzapur pol road delhi yamunotri marg state high way 57 saharanpur up 247001 of class 12th.. During my practicals i. E. From 20th jan 19 to 12th feb 19... I was suffering from typhoid due to which i was unable to attend my practicals also the school did not help me in attending othet practical which i can attend after some health improvement. The school asked me not to attend any practical as u have left the previous one... Please help me in resolving this as my acadmic year is at stake...

Dear sir,

I am studying in chandrasheel vidyapeeth kanti muzaffar pur. I am in final year and going to give the exam this year but the school is demanding february and march month fee then they will provide admit card for exam. If the exam is starting from 16 feb 2019 then why they are demanding both feb or march fee. Please take the action against the same.

tomorrow will be my board practical exam for class 12th but the invigilator told the previous batch student that you have to get combined practical file with manuals with that you are not supposed to allowed to give practicals and don't care about the report written by a student this is very bad action from invigilator to favour certain publication

But when i sign up with my mobile number, i get message that you are already registered and when i try forgot password option, i get message that your account is not active. Sir /madam please help me. I need my ctet certificate and i am not abled to get it through digilocker please help me.

My son is studying in aditya vidyashram villianur, pondicherry and school is taking unnecessary fees and increased fees from class 9th to 10th almost double without prior notice, there is no results we got for our son from class 6th till now, when we ask for results they say school never disclose results, if you want to know we will write in a piece of paper and will give, it's first cbse school in my life i saw where children are not getting progress report. They don't follow the child's growth but only focusing on money. Please see.

I want to know that, where is the provision that the schools will close early to the day of jummah. Some schools is closing early on the day of jummah at rampur district. It is not good for schools. Schools having all communities students there. Kindly look into this matter.

Sir, my son mandip rai applied for verification of his senior secondry (Class 12) certificate in the second week of october, 2018 by submitting the requisite fee. The verified certificate was to be sent direct to world education services toronto by the cbse. But it is the height that nothing has been done till now. Cbse ajmer does not respond to any phone call by me and to numerous e-mails sent to them. Its more than three months. E-mail address of my so was very much available with the board. I observe from my 3rd standard daughter that there are various projects/activities given as home work. I feel it is a home work for parents and not child as i don't find learning happening. Each student prepare so many projects which goes into dustbin the next day. Instead school should engage children by forming a team and ask them to submit in the class. So much of paper and other resources wasted in the country by such learning. Please find a proper, economical and eco friendly teaching to children. So that they become more responsible citizens when they grow.

Sorry to have bothered you with the complaint. The problem has been resolved amicably and no further action is required regarding the captioned subject. Thanks in advance. We have sorted the matter with the concerned authorities and the concerns have been taken care of. Thanks for the prompt reply and no further action needs to be taken on this matter anymore. The complaint can be ignored totally.

My ward studies in the above school and every passing day has become a living hell for my ward who is in grade 9. The principal of the school tortures and torments him by making him stand outside the classroom as punishment and ill treats him as we complained against the injustice meted out to students by her. There is no safety at school for my son. He is traumatized and hates going to school. The school authorities are ruthless and insensitive to the needs of children. Students are being beaten up by the teachers of the school. It is such an unpleasant feeling sending my ward to this school.
