My sister has passed 10th as private candidate from CBSE board in 2004. Recently she has applied for the passport which was rejected due to mothers name being different. My mothers name is Sheela. Her name is given as Shella Sinha She is in pune working. Could you please tell me the procedure for change of Mothers name. Its important its her carrier at stake. There are so many school, which are running classes 1-12th standard. But there is no payroll system defined.They are doing the exploitation of the teacher. On the paper, they are showing the salary on Paper to the CBSE Board Panel.But in really, they are giving only below 15000RS/month - 05000RS/Month maximum Faculty Teacher. School has salaried account for each member in Private banks and showing maximum salary (example 20000rs/Month) to CBSE panel. In the background, School Administration has involvement with bank manager to show amount is coming to account as shown to CBSE panel.After each month, they take out the money from bank account. Faculty has no option as they have higher qualification, but no option for Govt. Job. I would request to CBSE board to take strict action on this type of school. And must monitor these things. we the students of symbiosis inst of technology and science college, pursing B-tech 4th yr ..wants to state that we are appearing for B-tech 4th sem exam at mallar eddy inst of tech and management .we were late by 4 minute for entering the examination hall due to transportation problem ... the management did not allowing to write the examination, .. ..though we pleaded for mercy and allow us to write the exam insted of helping they abused us and our college.our parents shocked to hear and can under go mental distress or sickness .and This act of theirs can damage our future...Hence we request you to take action in the meter .reliving parents mental agony..

I did my passport verification on 26 november 2014, my file is pending for verification in SP office. I am a student of VII std. My school is st.johns St. Sec school and junior college, mandavelli, chennai-28. my school is having two shift. Now cbsecbse-i is going to start in coming academic session. They compel all the students to select the II. Shift. They increase the I shift cbse fees to push the Stu to. II shift. Then only It is easy for them to take new admission with high donation. Present CBSE system spoils the education of India because in this system various faults are present. School based examination system is worst and spoiling the new generation. CBSE board is just like a doll which is in the hand of broker. It is just like saksartya misson . If it is not changed then it Would be black era for education. Plz immideate take action and school based examination should be restricted. The question leaked before 2 days of examination. For example today is 18aug and psa is on 20 and QuEstiOn is leaked and is in hand of mostly student . The question is selling and students are gotting it. this board is spoiling the carrier of students. So i want to restrict this school based examination.

Respected Sir/Madam, I am a student of class 10 th in HOLI POINT ACADEMY BHARTHANA (ETAWAH) Our school is lack of Science teacher for the past 1 Year . This year over 3 teachers (temporary) were changed but we didn't get a permanent teacher. Now a teacher has been teaching but we are unable to get him well, he is not clear with his concept he become confused all the time. He want that we should take private tuitions from him There are many chapters and all practical are not completed. And there is no time to revise as well practice for our board exams. We complained several time to our Principal & Manager MR. Panday (Honor of the School) Sir but he replied in a irresponsible manner, We have no other option to take private tuition from him. Sir the economic condition of my family is very poor so I am depending only your decision. Kindly take an early action against them . Thanking You

Respected Sir/Madam, I am a student of class 12th in KV thakkolam, TN. Our school is lack of Chemistry teacher for the past 2 years. This year over 5 teachers (temporary) were changed but we didn't get a permanent teacher. Now a teacher from neighbour KV has been teaching for us but then also we can't predict when he'll be present. There are 5 chapters and all practical are not completed. And there is no time to revise as well practice for our board exams. We complained several time to our Principal Sir but he replied in a irresponsible manner, and he is telling us to go for private tuition's. So, Please take some actions on this issue, we would be pleaseful for you if you do so. I had registered for Gate 2015 online (http://gate.iitk.ac.in/GATE2015/). My enrolment ID is G587T31 and registered email id is ayushtripathi.[protected]@yahoo.com . I tried paying my application fee using debit card (Bank of India) on 12th October. The transaction process failed 2 times deducting a total amount of 3025.50 (1512.75 x 2). It was published on website that starting from 21st October, money will refunded. It has been 30days since deduction, and still the money is not refunded. I have tried calling on the number provided on Gate website many times and also dropped the mail to IIT Kanpur contact, but there was no response. Kindly see into the matter and please refund the money at the earliest.

my name is madena yernaidu. my father is also yernaidu(late). I was applied for gate 2015 previously using net banking of "STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD", at october 9th wednesday. And finally results shows you not using this site, my application is not submitted successfully, but my money has reduced. And finally shows that you have to applied SBI for better submission. Then later i was applied on next day october 10th i was used as sbi netbanking process then message shows you are successfully applied for GATE. 2 times i was applied and 2nd time i got successful message..first time has reduced my money... but not get my money till now. iam studying in nirmala central school cbse korba risdi my complaint to you is that no one teacher is teaching well our principle is taking any one who dont know to teach if they will not teach will so how we will get good marks. my request is that to cbse to take action after our school please!please!please!...please!

Dear sir/Madam, I want to file a complaint regarding violation of RTE by St Joseph Co ed School Bhopal (m.p)My ward is a student of standard 7th of St Joseph Co ed School Bhopal. My ward is an average student In a PTM which was organised on 01.11.2014 (Saturday) in the school .I was forced to sign an undertaking stating that my daughter is weak and if she does not do well in her SA II the school authority can make her repeat the same class. but I know that she is an average student and according to the ARTICLE 21 A and RTE it is compulsory for schools to promote a child via grading method . and girl child gets special provision to get promoted .I want to ask you to take necessary measures against the school because we as parents are very tensed by this behaviour of the school authorities .and also sometimes the teachers use words like slow, duffer, not having knowledge of any subjects etc. which is causing negative impact on the child's mind. I request you to please consider my complaint seriously and take action against the school so that their such rude behaviour be banned.Thank you.

Dear Sir, On 06/11/2014 i made online fee payment for NET examination(December, 2014), of Rs.450/- through my SBI Debit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". I have a complaint against New Horizon Gurukul school in Bangalore. They compel all employees (teachers) to submit their certificates with them.certificates are returned only after paying 2 months salary although there is no such clause in appointment. Even if an employee resigns after a proper notice period, the certificates are not returned without payment. Can CBSE not look into the matter?

School and I sent my result many times to the board, but board didn't provide my marksheet. My regional board office is dehradun. Please provide my marksheet as soon as possible .

I appeal authorities to take action to prevent others from getting cheated. I'll also lodge a complaint to Local Police.
