Central Plan Scheme Monitoring System [Pfms] — she inspire scheme scholarship

Sir,
I'm sujeet kumar. My scholarship was approved by inspire team on 25/04/2018, and i was asked to track the payment status on pfms website. Since then it shows only one status "under processing (Bank cbs)".
What's the reason, sir? Why the scholarship is not being released after it is approved? I need money to continue my education.
I got the my previous installment in same sbi account, but this time it's just stuck on the status "under processing (Bank cbs)" and credit transaction id "44740_73"

The amount has been released via PFMS portal by BCIL under DBTJRF programme for month of april with UTR number[protected] on 11.07.18. it is not credited to my account.. when i check the status it is showing under processing (bank cbs)...thank you

Credit transaction I'd C[protected], it's shows under processing since last 2 days Agency is Juidco Ltd (child) JHRA00009529, National Ganga Plan, beneficiary Tekriwal, account no sbi, godda account number [protected]. Sir, bank will closed for 4 days. Plz do the needful

Sir my 5 th inspire schoolarship already sanction but not release in my account I sent many email to inspire but not response please help sir for release in my account
